I would like to advise everyone to STAY AWAY from this business. Currently experiencing extreme trouble while in efforts to get a refund after purchasing seats fo $1250, then being forced to send $750 in fees as they said “they won’t release them” unless I paid the fees. I want anyone and everyone to avoid this business under any circumstances. I will update this review if I get helped, if not. Please save yourself. So far, I am out of $2k.
Bought a set of calipers and rotors from Straight Six. Very well packaged and quick communication. Unfortunately two of the rotors where slightly bent, even though some time had passed (as I’m not US based) they offered me a very acceptable solution. 5 stars!
Bad business avoid. They cancelled my fully paid eBay item after 4 days saying they already sold it to someone else. This is how they treat returning customers. Check their eBay feedback, it’s been happening to other customers this year
This place is an Auto Dismantler for used BMW parts / auction purchased cars and parts. The prices they charge are 80%+ of what the price of a new part cost. Good communication / Overcharge pricing.
Recently had an excellent experience with Straight Six Auto Parts. Inquired about a part on Instagram, quickly received tons of in-depth photos and had the part delivered across the country within a few days. Super happy with everything and will definitely be a returning customer! Thanks again.
I have recently worked with this company and had a very positive experience. I ordered some equipment for my older BMW and unfortunately some parts were not compatible for my car. They quickly offered to accept the return of the item and refunded my payment the same day the item showed as being delivered. That is good service. Shop with confidence. We need more businesses like this for our rides, or else we'll be stuck with expensive service dealers or have to resort to using cheap after-market parts.
I bought some modules for bmw 330i i got trash parts i send it back they refuse to refund my money waste my money and alot of time i dont recommend this place .....
Sent me wrong part even though I gave them the right order part. Took months for them to give me the right order and were very reluctant and rude. Will never use them again.

Bought Tesla part was broken, refused to return because eBay 90 day return policy on day 91. Took 90 days to find a shop to install a used Tesla part. They chose to hide behind eBay policy rather than refund a broken part

This place is a joke! They do most of their sales though Instagram where they send you a picture of one item and send you something completely destroyed. For instance, I ordered a trim set for my car and they sent me pictures of a set on instagram that was in pristine condition, they then shipped me a set that was absolutely destroyed, tons of scratches Knicks and overall heavily damaged. Thats called BAIT AND SWITCH. Extremely pathetic that they try and do this. Contacted my credit card company and had the charge reversed. Also reported them to the BBB. These dudes are scandalous and should NEVER be trusted. Please find your car parts from a different seller. This is a clown house. AVOID LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE
The guys at Straight 6 are super helpful and on point! They have great connections in the automotive industry, and are willing to make the connections for you.Anyone building or rebuilding a car can benefit from these guys. I've dealt with some pretty prideful dismantling guys in there past, these dudes are setting the bar high.theyre industry can seriously benefit from the system these dudes employ.

I’d like to say amazing service and a special thanks to Kyle with the e46 m3!! The shop was closed and I drive 2 hrs and just missed him but he saw me and took the initiative to help me out and get my going again. If it wasn’t for him I’d have to wait another week and he just made it 10x easier for me , knowing he didn’t have to do that meant a lot and that’s a person who values his passion for cars specifically BMW. Searched high and low for a used trunk lid for our 2009 335i Cabriolet after an unfortunate incident left it non repairable. Our premiums were going to skyrocket if we had it replaced through our insurance so the hunt was on. Straight Six had the part...IN THE CORRECT COLOUR!!! So after a few conversations with Andrei I decided to make the purchase and have him ship it from his location in San Diego, USA, to the Okanagan Valley up here in Canada. The process from start to end could not have been more straightforward. The Space Grey Metallic lid arrived as scheduled, one week later. It was packaged very well and the part was 100% as described, no misrepresentation whatsoever.
I installed it here at home and was very happy to find that even though it came from a car that was two years newer, the paint colour and metal flake pattern were a perfect match, it even has a couple of faint scratches (as advertised) that match other ones on the car from our kids and their bicycles haha.
All in all this was an excellent experience. From Andrei's excellent manners and extensive knowledge, to receiving and installing the part. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Straight Six and if the need arises in the future, Andrei will be my first call!!
