Placed a request by AAA. They had picked up the vehicles on Friday& towed it to my home , The shop was closed the weekend so I couldn't tow it there. I called Monday to get a tow to the shop NINA from NK Towing called to say the company is declining the tow that it's not covered When I explained that her company towed it Friday she said she didn't care and she denied it and for us to call AAA back. She was RUDE & unprofessional We request that AAA doesn't use this company . Customers shouldn't wait 3 hrs for a service.
My car got a flat tire early in the morning and left me super stressed on the shoulder of the 76. We called triple AAA who sent out Gordon. He arrived quicker than what were told and called to give us a heads up. He was so cheerful, professional and gave great advice for me and my Dad!! Luckily we were close to discount tires and everything worked out seamlessly. Gordon truly made us feel safe and comfortable the whole process. Thank you to him for coming to the rescue!!!
Shout out to Andrew who called to let me know he was on his way in a timely manner as AAA gave a later arrival time. He was professional and made us two females feel safe on the side of the interstate at O dark hours as he changed my flat tire. Thanks again Andrew. Sincerely, KB
When I called AAA for my flat tire, they sent these guys out who were such a great help, arrived quickly and were efficient and very kind. They made me feel like I was getting taken care of and eased the stress.

Customer service was horrible from office manager ,, was very rude combative and only help provided was to escalate my already stressful situation and when shared I had medical condition triggered by being over heated and kindly asked to try send someone soon instead of saying she would try she said I can’t help with that call 911, obviously I wasn’t asking for medical attention Simply some compassion and customer service and asking them to try to get someone out there soon instead she made me wait two hours,,this person shouldn’t be in customer service let alone a manager for the dept, I’ll never use them again and making sure AAA does something about contracting with them
NK towing is excellent. They responded and had a truck to me within 20 minutes. Gordon Patterson was the technician who helped me and he was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. Truly a class act - he brought calmness and laughter to a stressful situation and made things easy! Can’t say enough good things!
I had an excellent experience with Tim from NK Towing. He arrived quickly, was very friendly, and handled everything with safety and professionalism. He made the flat tire process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciate how hard he worked to take care of both me and my car. I had a bad experience with an NK driver today. The driver was blocking a one-way road while picking up a car. The first issue is that the car runs & drives. The people drove the car, turned it around, & drove up on the truck. There was room for the tow driver to pull to the side of the road, just another 50'-60' further up the road. If the car was able to drive, why not pull off there to load? Then, after loading the car, the driver remained in the road while talking to the customers, & tying down the car. After waiting for a little over 15 minutes, I got out of my car to ask the driver to move to the side to finish tying down. Before I got close enough to talk, he started yelling at me to get back in my car because I was just going to make him take longer. I asked in a respectful tone if there was any way he could move to the side of the road to finish. He responded that it was stupid for me to even get out of my car because he was going to finish, & then I would be the one blocking the road. I realized civil communication was not going to be possible, so I returned to my car, & called the tow company. They said they would call the driver, but he still spent another 5 minutes blocking the road while talking to the customers, before finally driving away slowly. Oddly enough, he did pull over to the side just a little further ahead. I'd love for this issue to have been avoided through consideration from the driver in the first place.
Will put 0 if has it option. Run a way from this people. Terrible experience with them. They tried to sell me a new battery instead of replacing the current but bad AAA premium battery with 3 year warranty. They are telling us " You are unreasonable person". What are un professional performance by NK Towing staff. Never again with them anything.
We have heard that Person who wore Their uniform, has a bird and driving their truck, with clear markings, NK Towing, was shouting on our neighbors, "You are unreasonable " several times. We considering to write about this unfortunate situation, that our neighbors had to go true. He was shouting " Give me a phone, to talk to them". We live across the street and it was such obvious loud noise by person who wore NK Towing uniform. We will avoid contacting this people, since we encounter huge issues within their business performance. Hope to never see them in our neighborhood.
Woke up to find I had a flat tire, car was in my garage at home. Cadillac Roadside Assistance sent out NK. The tow driver Jon kept us updated on his progress, he arrived in just over 1/2 hr. He was so professional & nice and took great care of our car. We received a photo of our car safely unloaded at the dealership. Very happy with Jon and NK.
I would like to briefly praise Mr.Tim harwell .. who has showen extraordinary and extreme professionalism and great positive attitude and customer service. He jumped a hurdle or 2 in order to accomplish his mission... My husband and son was having trouble with his vehicle at Camp Pendleton Ca...But God sent us an Angel Mr.Tim to the rescue... I locked my keys in my car.Daniel Garcia showed up within 10 minutes. He was delightful.He had a great attitude and represented NK TOWING beautifully. My 39 year old son even made a comment on what a nice guy he was.Thanks Daniel for showing us there are still kind people in the world.
Dylan was not only super professional, friendly, and quick at fixing my lock out, but he also arrived within a matter of 15mins. If I need service again, I’ll definitely call NK Towing!
I cant say enough good stuff about my driver Kris. When I broke down in my 32' class A rv......only 19 k miles , it was un imaginable. Kris showed up way faster than expected, calmed me down, towed me back to my house.....in residential neighborhood and parked it front of my house. His professionalism behind the wheel was exceptional and I think he deserves the highest pay in his department. NK towing # 1 by far

BTW tell Gordon that the Kia still loves me. I got her fixed up and we're back on the road together again.
I just had a terrific experience using this company. Isaac was my service person and he was so professional and polite. He changed my battery quickly and I couldn’t be happier. He was so nice to deal with. It’s not every day that you run into excellent and polite service. Bravo to Isaac! I used my AAA service for this and everything was smooth as silk.
Called AAA because of battery problems.NK showed up they tested the it showed 375 amps but full charge. They put a jump box on it and the car would start. I worked at AutoZone for ten years and I know that a battery with a dead cell can show good but you will not be able to jump it. The battery in question is anAAA battery that I bought 2 years ago.Iasked the driver to try to put a new battery in to see if it would start he told me he could not do it and I would have to get my car towed to a shop to get it diagnosed.Wort customer service I have ever experienced in my 18 years that I have been with AAA
Can't speak for any of the negative reviews here. I called AAA for a tow and NK towing arrived ten minutes before expected. Tim and Adrian were very quick, courteous, and professional. Not the typical operators in my opinion. The central office even called me to ensure things were going well. Thanks guys!

NK Towing was professional but expensive. The gentleman that towed to the repair shop was great to deal with. Impound fees were expensive but that's going to be just about the same for any towing company impound fees.
Riggo (spelling?) handled the tow pick up and drop off with expertise at the max! The dealership was so packed with cars he had an inch of space on either side. When AAA made the referral we received a call in one minute! And driver showed up in 20 minutes! A relief for a crazy long day. Thank you.
On Saturday, July 27th, Mario, a NK Towing Roadside Service Driver, was sent by AAA to tow my car to a Discount Tire location in Oceanside. I was pleased with every aspect of how he handled his job. We had a good chat while I rode along in the cab of the tow truck. Mario's a hard-working father of 3 young children. I wish him well and to keep up his strength and determination to provide for his family. Funny picture included here, but I was interested in how detail-oriented he was with getting my little car secured on the truck. Also, I didn't want to put Mario's face out here in the public's view without his permission.
Richie is great, so helpful and honest- everything you’d hope for in someone that comes to help when you’re having car troubles. I was having issues with my car alarm and because of that, my car wouldn’t start. Richie gave me some really helpful advice that also ended up saving me money and I am beyond grateful for his compassionate, generous nature, and of course for his knowledge and understanding of my situation. When you’re already distressed stemming from issues with your vehicle, the last thing you need is a rude person that’s supposed to be helping you but rather adds to your distress. I am happy to say he was the opposite of that. NK Towing is already great in my book for recognizing how valuable of an employee they have in Richie. It is one of the tow service companies provided through AAA’s roadside assistance and I will also be letting AAA know that this company provided me with excellent service. Next time you need a tow, ask for Richie! You won’t be disappointed!
