This may be my first review for any company ever. I only had the option to give Gonzalo 5 stars on this review but I would give him 10 stars for sure. Hands down top quality service. Gonzalo towed my car (short distance) yet the lowest price I found in Oceanside. He arrived within 30 minutes of my call. Not only was he very professional but helpful as well. He took the time to help me with my car issue and didn't leave until he made sure all was good. Completely impressed and thankful beyond words. I will definitely be contacting him for any future towing needs and referring him to anyone that is in need of his assistance.

After my roadside service company failed us, after waiting 3 hours, we called Oceanside service and Gonzalo came to our rescue within 24 minutes! He took care of our vehicle, assured that my daughter and I were safe. He was very professional, concerned and considerate. I would recommend them to anyone! I felt like my family was taken care of.

Called Gonzalo to help my military son with his car when his clutch went out. He was very responsive, quick to get him taken care of, and reasonably priced. Thank you for doing a good job taking care of my son in his time of need and for being so communicative.

Gonzo was amazing! I called for a tow and he was able to give me a quote immediately. After I said yes to his services he was on his way and even came onboard Camp Pendleton to get me unlike other towing services. After towing my car Gonzo even gave me a ride as close to home as he could and he had great conversation, was very friendly. I used his services before and after today, I think he will be my tow guy forever! Thank you so much!!!!

Gonzalo was so great. Coordinated with him throughout the week scheduling a tow. Always responded, arrived exactly on time and was professional and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This gentleman was awesome! He was fast, friendly and helpful. He came within 10 minutes and offered my car a jump just in case that’s all I needed. And it was!! He started my car and i was able to drive home. Anytime I need a tow, he will be my go to guy! Highly recommend this service.

Was in an unfortunate accident around midnight due to an animal on the road. Was pretty distressed and not many towing business are open at midnight. However, Best Choice Towing/Oceanside Towing was able to get me squared away with this in about 45 minutes; from my first call, driving over, loading up my car, and final transactions. Had Gonzalo come out, ensured I was okay and gave me a really good quote for some storage over the weekend.

I highly recommend Oceanside Towing. Gonzalo communicated fast and showed up when he said he would. He did a great job and also provided good advice about my pickup repairs. He was cool at all times and provided great customer service.

I locked my keys in my truck and I called 5 different towing companies in Oceanside (where my truck was locked) and not a single company would come and help for less than $100... I called Gonzalo with best choice towing and he came by in less than 30 minutes for $45!!! He’s genuinely a really nice guy!

Said he would be there in an hour and rightfully did. Communicated with my dad and I that he would send photos and info as to where he would drop my car off at the dealership. About 45-1 hour I received photos as to where my car was parked. 10/10 recommend.

Guy answered “Roadside Assistance”. Asked if this was Oceanside towing and then silence. Asked for a price and was told no one was available tonight. Umm…ok. Seemed like I was bothering him by calling and that I should have known the price and availability before calling. Glad it’s not an emergency… it says 24hr, Guess not..

They did nothing at all only came to help for 3 minutes with no tools

Don't call this place I was trying to get a quote and whoever answered was not professional at all. Very rude. I was explaining what I needed to have done and he didn't know what a Stepdeck trailer was and that I was not trying to load a truck into a container. He kept saying I was not explaining myself correctly.

My insurance roadside assistance was going to take over 3 hours to arrange a tow so I called Best Choice and they showed up within 45 minutes. I would absolutely use them again if I found myself in need of a tow!

Rude tow truck driver yelled at me because I didn’t know what was wrong with my car. I tried describing what was wrong. If I knew I would have fixed my self.

I needed my vehicle towed on January 2, he came out in 20 minutes and even recommended me a mechanic all on a Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend this service to anyone in the area

First off before I called this tow truck company the night before when my car was stuck on the freeway I had to call different company and I pretty much got ripped off the price was outrageous but I was stuck on the freeway with no other choice anyways when I called this tow company the driver was very aware of these tow companies that take down your information and never show up and just rip you off with a huge bill we need more people like this company I really forgot to ask the guy his name but he was very kind and very knowledgeable about the area give me a little 411 on which tow companies are real and which are not other than that he was very nice very friendly we got to the destination a good time I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area they don't go outside of ocean side as I remember but definitely call this place in a very reasonable price thank you for taking the time to read my review 😎

The rudest guy on the phone asked me if I spoke English when I requested for him to confirm a simple request of information. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not hire these guys unless you want to be insulted!
