Driver tried to intimidate me and my camera in the rear showed less than two feet behind me from a large flatbed tow truck for three stoplights. Very nice customer service on the phone. Reading the reviews I wonder if it will be resolved
My daughter had an issue with her battery and was almost late to her soccer game down in Carlsbad. We called AAA to replace the battery so we could make it home safely. Mark came out to help us do this and he was great nice and professional. He made sure to run test on everything so that we knew without a doubt it was the battery. Mark help my daughter out we are very thankful

The dispatcher was friendly and efficient, and the tow truck arrived incredibly quickly - I was expecting a much longer wait. Waited over an hour for a simple fuel service that the dispatcher of this very unprofessional company told me will take 20 mins! Avoid at all costs. They wouldn't even comp the $7 for gas which means they don't care about the reputation of their company. So I will be reporting them to AAA and I'm certain they will remove their contract because AAA actually has much better standards!
Called AAA because my car alarm system wasn't working and they sent out Issa from Angelo's Towing. He arrived on time and with a good attitude and fixed my problem in no time. Great job Issa.
RIP OFF!!! Hyway patrol told me who towed my car. Angelos refused to confirm they picked it up. Told me to call back at closing ( so they could charge an extra $175 after hours fee). I could have met the driver well before this had they confirmed what hyway patrol said.When they closed I called back, they still could not confirm that they towed it!!!! They kept it over night for an additional charge. $600!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!

Andi was 100% A+ with his customer service skills! My father's van had the catalytic converter stolen overnight. Andi had knowledge on subject incident and conversed with both my father and myself and put us both at better ease . Even after dropping off the van at the shop, he took extra care of making sure we were taken care of.
We need more Andis out there in the world!. Your very fortunate to have his customer service skills on your team!

Scheduled a tow for 12/30 at 9 am. Was told to confirm it the morning of, so i called at 7:45 am. The man on the phone told me it was all set up, so I got ready for my day. By 10:45, no one had shown up so I called to see what was going on. They told me they had no record of a scheduled tow EVEN THOUGH IT HAD BEEN CONFIRMED. When I told them to get me a truck ASAP so I could get to work, they told me to call back in 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Its insane that this company just doesn’t care about their customers or gaining money. Take your car to LITERALLY ANY other tow company cause these guys love to waste your time and mess with your work schedules:)
I’ve been in this area for the last few years and have used them for battery and towing and they have been terrific. I don’t know why their score is so low, but I don’t think it’s deserved. So I thought I’d give him a five star rating and try and raise it up a bit. Thank you.
I’ve had an amazing experience with them and they helped me get my car towed when I was in a reck. Customer service is the best I got greeted with kindness and gratitude during the whole process! I highly recommend them and I hope everyone has the same experience!
I have been with AAA for over 20 years + am not pleased with AAA robots + long recordings if you're waiting roadside. Neighbors feel the same way. Angelo's Oside is contracted with AAA.
Crystal -- a human -- answered at Angelo's right away. She not only explained the help policies but also the prices if we decide to go straight to Angelo's in the future. Robots don't give suggestions to help clients. AAA needs to rethink its robot business model, + hopefully Crystal feels appreciated by Angelo's. Give that girl a bonus! Don't lose her!
I never write reviews but this one was for sure warranted. Angelos towing is the ABSOLUTE worst! Spare yourself and tow your vehicle elsewhere. The manager is rude and has zero people skills. My car was recently towed there after an accident. Thankfully, I had taken pictures of what the vehicle looked like prior to being towed because I was in complete disbelief when I arrived to the tow yard the next day to empty out my car. The damage to the vehicle was significantly worse and the manager could care less stating “that’s how it came”. He refused to look at the before and after pictures I had in my phone and never cared to make eye contact with me or get up from his chair. When the car was towed from the tow yard to the auto body, additional damage was again noted. When speaking with the manager and asking for pictures of what the car looked like prior to tow he said he never took pictures (the entire time the car was in the yard) and proceeded to curse me out and hang up on me after I insisted on speaking with someone else. This place is DISGUSTING and could care less about your vehicle or the customer service they deliver. BEWARE!
Called AAA to get our battery replaced. They sent out Angelo's. The AAA online price showed $187.99 so when the technician told me it would be $300 I was shocked and said the online AAA prices are not accurate. I went ahead with having them replace the battery. I contacted AAA about the issue and they told me I had two options for my car, $187.99 and $219.99. Turns out I went with the $219.99 option and only after doing the math I realized I was overcharged. When I called to express my frustration for the math on the receipt adding up, I was I quickly dismissed telling me about about a service fee for using a credit card. I would encourage anyone who uses this company to ask the technician to break down the bill, they do not disclose there is a service fee for using a credit card.

Great service. Not fast to respond but Carlos was very pleasant and friendly and easy to work with. Everything with the car was taken care of properly and he dropped us off exactly where it needed to be taken. 9/10 experience! And the office called me after to make sure I was taken care of well. Great people!
Contacted them through AAA for a tow and was never contacted by a member, for any updates. Was dropped for another contactor to pick up, and was never notified of that EITHER. Terrible service, garbage communication. Would have been disastrous if I was in a dangerous situation. Do not recommend using this company.
AAA sent Angelo’s to tow my vehicle. Needed it taken to my mechanic after it broke down while shopping on a Saturday Night. Jorge, my attendant, was personable, polite, concerned for my situation and did his job efficiently & with care for my Mercedes. Asked good questions & waited for me to confirm with mechanic where to do night drop of at. Excellent experience. I would definitely use Angelo’s, and Jorge, if I’m in need of there category of services in the future!
I called AAA and they dispatched Angelo's Towing of Oceanside to haul my vehicle from an impound yard to my home. The impound place told me they'd take 2 hours to get there...Angelo's Towing was there in 20 minutes and got me and my vehicle back home in less than an hour from the time I called. Gorge the tow truck driver was awesome. He even rolled the car into my garage with his flatbed. Very skilled and professional. Afterwards I received a courtesy call from their Manager Rey to find out how the service was and I replied "excellent". Thank you Angelo's of o'side and AAA for referring you to me.
Angelo’s towing company does not care about its community or the rules of the road. exiting the freeway in a two lane right turn one of their trucks merged into my turning lane while both of us are attempting to make a right turn, nearly creating an accident. Upset at the driver I motion to him and honk showing him he’s made a mistake. Instead of gesturing he is sorry about his mistake he continues to mock me while we drive down the same road for about a mile or so. The people that Angelo’s towing company hire have no care for fellow drivers on the road.
I was very happy with this towing service company.AAA sent this company out to help. They responded quickly and helped us get the car to Discount tires. My daughter's car was stuck in front of my house with a completely flat front tire and the other almost flat. Mark, the tow guy was so kind and efficient! Thank you Angelo'S Towing!
I needed my business wheelchair bus from my company towed. They promised me they would come to my location on three occasions. They said they would be there in 45 minutes, the next time they said they would be there in 20 minutes. The next time they said they would be there in 10 minutes. All I got was absolute lies from this company. I would never use them. I don’t know why I called them after I saw that they only had a 3.0 rating. Steer clear because they will tell you a lie and have you waiting and never show up.

Unprofessional! Our driver never showed up. They kept accepting our order for a tow and then denying it so that no other company could pick it up. Very disappointed that AAA uses this company and would never recommend anyone using them unless you’re absolutely forced to. After reading other reviews, I’m not surprised that we also had a bad experience.
I called multiple towing companies and Angelos was the best value. Felix was our driver and was there 20+ minutes early. He was professional and patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the tri city area they are awesome!!!!
AAA sent this service to tow my antique car to my new home. It was in the driveway. They did not secure it properly and it went backward down a steep hill, crashing 3 times and was totaled.
They assured me they were insured and would handle it. It was towed to their lot. It was several days later I was informed that they were “self insured.” They wanted to make payments over 6 months, keep the car, on and on. Finally, I called my insurance company, my insurance towed it to my brother’s storage. I was paid within the week and kept my salvage.
I owned a towing company for 10 years and clearly recognize negligence and deception.
I do not recommend using this service!
I left my phone in the car I was having Angelo's tow. I called them to make sure that they check the car for myphone when they got to the location. They make sure to get my phone and even offered to charge it up for me. The driver was friendly and they have great customer service.
