Food was phenomenal! They anlso have nice TVs so great sports watching environment! Amy put server was bubbly and great and Jamie the manager came and introduced herself. Also very nice and you can tell she loves what she does! I think prices are are reasonable as well. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

Lots of great quality TVs and fun sports vibe.... Friendly service but the food left much to be desired. It's the most popular option in a secluded retail strip housing just about 4-5 small dining options. There is literally nothing else but businesses in this district.... Nothing to do or visit within walking distance.

New super kool owners who Know how to run a business have already hired a new awesome chef who’s upgrading the menu and food quality and everyone will love it! Expanding outdoor patio too. Check it out and keep going back and you’ll see the transformation taking place and be apart of it yourself.

This is one for the books!!! Went to this bar to meet a friend and catch up over some drinks. We were having a good time talking and catching up when we were asked to leave with no explanation. Then they over billed us on drinks by 7 mixed drinks. Nothing I could do because they had my credit card. When asked to leave we did and stood outside waiting for our ride. The boss and once friendly wait staff turned into crazy people. One lady left because of their behavior and said that they didn't do anything wrong. So now we are in the parking lot waiting on our ride and one of the waitresses run out and across the parking lot to get the security guards. So they came over and talked to us and said it's not you guys it's this establishment and this happens alot. I have found out by reading the reviews for this place he was right. Many similar stories to ours. Still SMH at what went down at this place. I would not recommend this place unless you like getting treated like a criminal and getting over charged on drinks by 7.

Good size crowd for Saturday night karaoke, starting at 8pm. Plenty of tvs to watch the NBA playoffs too. Wait staff was attentive and promptly brought drinks. The sound system is sounds great and the KJ does a great job keeping things moving. Plenty of singers, so get in early.

I was a regular at Junkyard since they opened and were in the smaller unit at the end by the entrance to the complex. Stopped coming during the pandemic. Have been there a handful of times in recent years and it's been in steady decline. We popped in on a Friday mid-afternoon. They only had 1 bartender/waitress and I'm assuming 1 chef, so a wait was to be expected. Wings were decent, but the nachos were a joke. We asked for the beef option thinking it was going to be ground beef scattered over the nachos. Wrong, they were like hamburger patties torn into pieces. Asked for a side of jalapeños to make the nachos a bit more pleasing. Took a while to get the food both times. I ordered the same drink 4 times and it got messed up twice. Again, the bartender was alone so I didn't complain. One positive is that on the way out I spotted a sign stating new ownership is underway. In some reviews customers mentioned problematic management. I've gone there long enough to know that concerns and complaints fall on deaf ears. Hopefully, the new owners can turn things around.

This place is deep fryer heaven. Everything I ate had the same greasy taste. The beer is super cold. I had a Stella Artois and a Guinness. Stella tasted like Bud Light and the Guinness was too cold. Neither were right. Everything I touched was covered in grease including the Malt Vinegar bottle and salt shaker. I had to handle them with napkins. The Fish and Chips were just fair and the Mozzarella cheese wedges were overdone. This is just a sports bar, noisy and dirty. The service from Amanda was excellent.

Myself and 3 of my coworkers showed for karaoke night...tonight, 13 December. We were participating in the karaoke, purchasing items, and being complemented by the wait staff. At about 10:30 pm, the "Boss" as the wait staff called the lady in the purple tank top told the bar tender to cash us out. Many of the patrons and wait staff asked us why we were leaving, and I had to tell them the "Boss" asked us to cash out. Not sure of any offensive thing we could have done, but the karaoke didn't end until 12:30. We will be back to the hotel in the same parking lot next month, but I don't think we are going to attend any events there. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I will say the atmosphere is awesome, and the wait staff is amazing. If not for basically being asked to leave, it would have been one of the best places we have visited...and in the parking lot of the hotel makes it super convenient! I don't know if that is why they do this...they think folks are not coming back, but this is where we stay for 3 weeks at a time at least once a year. I hope the "Boss" can explain since she just waved as my group left.

I had a medical son and I had to rush home.i was terrified. These bat tenders LOVED Ito make them feel better …..

This place has a great ambience. The staff are amazing and provide excellent service. Jaime is AWESOME and always creates a fun atmosphere with her energy and smiles!! The food is delicious! My goto's are the Junkyard dog and the cheese wedges. This is also hands down my favorite place to go for karaoke on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Definitely a hidden gem here in Oceanside.

And that is for the service, my waitress was young, but really on top of it, polite, friendly, courteous. Food was a 4 maybe 4.5 so good pub food but not great. Price was good so I felt that I had, (for the money) a great experience. With that being said, this is for the locals, don't change anything. I know better food quality means a big price increase. So leave it as is and keep the place packed.

Fun little Bar & Grill, with a bit more focus on the bar part while the grill part is only average. Wide range of local beers on tap with a full bar and good happy hour specials. Also do live music and other nightly activities ranging from karaoke to goldfish races.

I would highly recommend Junkyard Sports Bar & Grill to all my friends and family!

I like it. its my first time here. I went here for date night we always passed it but never tried so we finally did. we thought it would be super expensive but its not. it has really good prices, I was surprised. the food is good and I love the cars.

ast night while enjoying Wednesdays night Karaoke I had rude unprofessional experience with Jamie the floor BOSS. As me and my friend was talking to a waitress about ordering more drinks, Jamie interrupted our order transaction and told the waitress to go clean out the ice trays. The waitress looks at us and said she is the big BOSS and did as she was told. Jamie walked away as if we didn't exists as a costumer. As Jamie walk around the bar I waved down so I could express my concerns. I told her she interrupted our order and upset my friend. She said she was letting her know her duties. I told her that her actions seemed to be unprofessional and she turned and walked off. She walked in the back and talked to Jo the owner I think and returned to us to explained her actions. Once I told her I don't feel she understood what I was saying and my friend has decided he doesn't want to come back, she walk way and shouted at us " I don't care if you guys come ". I'm sure this won't change her actions but at least I got the express my concerns. We will be going to Rookies next week to see the difference.

They have a robot!! That was interesting to see your food come out on it. Great place to socialize with drinks. Didn't like the food at all. Staff were great. I wouldn't come to eat but would come again for drinks.

One of the best places i have been since I moved here 2yrs ago.

This place is amazing! At first I underestimated this place as just someplace to go for lunch or after work for a beer. I had NO IDEA how active and fun this place is! They have Karaoke and live music. Their staff is amazing. I know all of them by name and I've been a regular since last summer (2022). Be sure to arrive early because inside can fill up quick to standing room only. There's also plenty of covered patio seating with heat lamps too.

Across the street from where we work...we couldn't drink cuz we were in the middle of work...but the food and service, both were great! The interesting thing is, they allow you to bring in outside food! The couple next to us ordered pizza from next door and had it delivered to them at the bar....

Nice place, not too loud. Liked the robot that brings the food out.

[love the Junkyard! some of the best food in town. They have an extremely friendly staff. Went there with my girlfriend for the first time last week. amazing service! Jay the owner makes a good Martini, the dirtiest one in town! He kept the olives coming. Great food. my favorite was the junkyard Dog. I added chili beans. Delicious!

Update, 3/23. What a difference all the friendly staff is gone and the food was awful( the oil in the fryer is burnt, yuck! Won't be back!! Go to The Draft everything there is better

This is my first time here and by looking at the menu I see they have a variety of good options. I see they have side options called side car, and they have tasty tater tots and check the engine Chilli. Maybe if the joined those two menu items together and put it on the forklifter side of the menu it would be a big hit.
