Being a family owned business up in the Julian area, I do understand you have other locations, but where we needed to be towed from was fully accessible by a container drop off truck trucks and the fire department and SNR can’t come up the road! They left us in the lurch and the last guy we talked to hung up on us and said we’re canceling this. We cannot get up there thank you ma’am and have a nice day.

My dodge grand caravan die on hwy 78 on a bad curve in the witch creek area bettwen santa yesabel ans Ramona California.
I called the chp and AAA for a tow.
Had my elderly parents who has health problems. Lots if traffic. S&R towing was dispatched and. Got there right away. Thank you. Was in a really bad sport . Would have been easy foe some one to hit us and cose a major accident. But Michael did a amazing professional job went above and beyond.
I thank him S&R for all they did.
Honestly this could have ended a lot different if it wasn't for them. If I could give I 100 stars I would have . I highly recommend them.

This Christmas Eve, my wife and I drove to Julian for Pie, like most people, and took our Shelby GT500 - on the way back, in the late afternoon, a truck lost firewood, and we hit it on the road. Stranded by the side of the road on such an important day, we figured we’d have a hard time finding a good towing company to help us.
We were wrong; S&R Towing was awesome! They were empathetic and showed up ahead of the forecasted time. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and proactive communicators, keeping us up to date. They handled the car with care and towed it to Escondido Ford. It went as smoothly as it could have possibly gone, and it didn’t ruin Christmas.
Big ole thank you, S&R Towing; we’ll be using you again! These cars are prone to injury, lol.
Kristen Miller created an amazing S&R towing experience. Because of Kristen I had my first excellent towing experience. The situation that created the car being towed was unpleasant and Kristen was able to create an environment that was enjoyable, kind, and extremely professional.
