Last Thursday February 5th I go in contact with them from my car Roadside assistance and the guy who I got put into contact to know where I was located was VERY RUDE by making unnecessary comments. I told him I was in highway 98 and had to take a dirt road with no street name to get to my location but I guess that guy did not get that because he was yapping about how all streets have names and in the end they said they could not come provide service bc it was a dirt road when I had already told him. That guy needs to learn to listen and YAP LESS.
AAA scheduled a roadside service for a flat tire, ETA was 1hr. A hour passed so I called Premier Towing for an update. The male representative was short and rude as could be, stating they would need an additional 1h30mins to get to me. If I hadn't left my jack i wouldn't have needed this worthless company or my family to drive 40miles to help me !
Highly recommend. Thank you for the exceptional service you provided us. We had our truck towed 200 miles. When Rudy called he was extremely nice. We exchanged a few text and definately sent the right tow truck. The driver wish I apologize I dont remember his name was also very pleasant. He explain what he was doing as he loaded the truck on to the flatbed tow truck. The vehicle got to the location with no problems. We really really appreciate the excellent professional service your company provides.

Needed my car towed after an accident, no one was hurt but my car was unable to drive anymore. AAA assigned me premier towing and Abraham took care of moving my car from the side of the road and to a safer location. Thank you! It was a seamless and pleasant experience.
I just moved from Texas to California. During my trip, my transmission started acting up and I ended up stranded on the side of the road. I contacted AAA and they contacted Premier Towing. I quickly received a call from Jorge, “George,” to inquire about exactly where I was; he has great knowledge of the area and was able to quickly locate me. I was definitely in a “down” mood but that all changed with Jorge. He clearly loves his job and loves to help people. Jorge was the clear, rational thinker when I needed one. He quickly loaded my truck on the wrecker, ensuring that it was securely strapped down. Jorge then drove me all the way to Oceanside. Our trip is something I will never forget. Jorge is a good man - incredibly compassionate and caring. I cannot say enough good things about him. Jorge is a wonderful human being and an excellent representation of Premier Towing. I’m forever grateful.
Mike was earlier than was expected and very professional. Made sure my spare tire had enough air and lug nuts were tight. Premier towing and AAA are lucky to have a service provider like him.

We had to call CAA as we got stuck in a muddy ditch. Less than an hour later, Mike from Premier Towing. Mike was wonderful. Courteous and took care of popping out our little SUV out of the muck.
Mike stayed with us until we cleared out the mud from the wheel wells and made sure we were able to get back on the road.
I.O.U Didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he saved me from having a panic attack right before work today. He changed my flat right under the overpass and didn't charge me anything. Just told me to get to work safely.
Called triple AAA TONIGHT GOT A FLAT TIRE AT THE NEW 711 ON IMPERIAL AVE. PREMIERE TOWING WAS MY DISPATCH AND IM SO SORRY I FORGOT THE GUYS NAME ALFONSO OR ABRAHAM.. BUT HE CAME AND JUST HAD ABSOLUTE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 10PM WITH MY KIDS AND DOG IN THE CAR I WAS A LITTLE STRESSED AND HE CAME OFF SO POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL GOT THE JOB DONE AND I WAS HOME WITHIN 20 MINUTES had to come on here and leave a review.
I called AAA for a tow and they sent Premier. Lance the driver was great. He was professional, efficient and friendly. Rudy the dispatcher did us a solid and fixed what AAA screwed up royally. Premier towing I would highly recommend. They made my AAA nightmare a better experience.
Premier towing and their driver Daniel are awesome. Kathy dispatched Daniel who made it out in less than 35 minutes. Daniel then towed my vehicle for over three hours and was a complete professional the entire time.. Thanks again Premier!!
They responded as quickly as possible considering that summer is their busiest season as vehicles overheat or other malfunctions occur! Just remember to always pack an ice chest with water to keep hydrated!

I was traveling from Arizona back home to San Diego CA. With my 90 yr old mother in the car, And had a flat on the freeway. The first tow service I googled, couldn't make it to me. As he was already on another tow. But gave me Premier Towing"s number. The gentleman that answered the call stated he could be to me in 15 mins. And he was. Lance is the man. He picked us up in a very timely manner when we were stranded in the desert and was extremely helpful to us when very few in our situation really were. We appreciate the hell out of him and I hope he gets a raise
I was traveling from Holtville to San Diego and towing a large enclosed trailer with an older f-150. I lost the transmission gear selector as I was climbing Mountain Springs grade, it just disconnected. I was stuck in second gear when I reached the top I could not shift back to drive. I didn't want to drive the rest of the way home in second gear so I stopped Jacumba, CA and I called AAA for a tow. They dispatched Premier Towing from El Centro and they sent out a single flat bed truck that could haul both my truck and the trailer. The drivers name was Mike and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Mike represented Premier very well and is an asset to this company. He knew some very valuable tricks to the trade that made the tow a very positive experience. I was very happy with the services provided by Premier and Mike and would use them again.
