I recently took my car in for a repair. The staff is professional and courtesy. They diagnosed the problem with integrity and fairness. The price is fair and I feel like I got value for the work required. Definitely one of the best auto shops in Fallbrook!

Eric was great detailed exactly what was the cause of the issue. A true professional. I have an appointment for January 27. Looking forward to it. Last time I was here it was with the other Eric in 2009-2013. The woman eased our mind that it wasn’t the head gasket. The mechanic who test drove and performed the inspection was excellent had to much oil in the engine and he pumped The excess out. Best mechanics in San Diego County. Highly recommend to everyone.

Absolutely perfect service. Came here for a tire alignment because of a big ol’ pothole and was in an out within an hour. Dropped off the car, walked my dogs on main street, came back and boom! Friendly service, local, fast. What more could you ask for?

Ive brought my truck in here 2 times since moving to fallbrook. Both times they did exceptional work and told me about other issues they found. This last time was crazy we thought it was the starter but ended up being the key and anti theft system that was making the truck not start. They did a great job if finding and getting it fixed and back to me asap. 5 star service

Was visiting friends at n Fallbrook. Having air conditioning problems. They did a diagnostic test. Solved the problem and got me back on the road. All very nice people working there.

I am so grateful I got a second opinion at Fallbrook auto works! Our first mechanic gave us a bill of over $2500 in repairs so I decided to get a second opinion and Fallbrook auto was so honest with me and greatly priced for the minor work they did. Highly recommend!!

Long story short, the OBD connector on the truck was broken (recessed connectors) and I needed it fixed to get smog checked. Fallbrook Auto Works was able to order just the connector/pigtail and splice it into the harness. Now the truck can relay horror stories to the external connectors. Thanks for giving the truck at least 2 more years!

As always the staff was welcoming, helpful and efficient. Also, Jessica and Eric are always on top of everything. Appreciate how patient they all are dealing with my many vehicle repair issues especially now that I'm getting the cars ready for sale. As a long-time customer I wholeheartedly recommend Fallbrook Auto Works.

Because of a dead battery and other needed maintenance, Eric had his staff transport my car (in Fallbrook) to his shop, provided the services at a reasonable cost and dropped off my car( I was unable to drive due to a recent surgery). I have been taking my cars to FAW for 10 years and he and his staff have 100% been great each time

Great auto work. They keep their prices reasonable too. My only suggestion is that Fallbrook Autoworks identifies themselves on the phone when calling. So I know it is them and not spam. That’s it. Great place that I highly recommend.

Iv Been going to Eric's shop for 5 years now and I'm disappointed to say that's after my last experience with him. I refuse to bring my vehicle back. Eric threatened me into removing my google review. I was told if it wasnt removed he wasnt going to warrenty the vehicle. I removed my previeus review in hopes he would actually uphold his warrenty. After 5 months and 4500$ Eric voided my warrenty and wont fix any of the damage his poor mechanic work caused. Eric is unprofessional, arrogant, and unqualified to perform the jobs he charges thousands of dollars for. Unless you like to pay lots of your hard earned money to a shop that doesn't care to make right there mystakes, Then I would recommend anyone else in town other then fallbrook auto works. ??

I’ve been taking my car to Fallbrook Auto Works for a few years now and cannot say enough positive things about this place! From the attention to detail to the genuine staff working there, I am always left more than satisfied with the work done on my car. I appreciate the timely manner in which things get done and how everything is thoroughly explained to me after my visit. I would recommend Fallbrook Auto Works to anyone who needs their cars worked on !!!!

Fast, friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and service was top notch!! Got my air conditioner fixed in my Honda CRV 2019 and I could not be happier. I would definitely come again!

We had just started on our road trip and the check engine light came on. It was before 8am and we found Fallbrook Auto Works as they were one of the only places open. They were so helpful and very honest. They got us back on our trip within a couple hours. If we lived in Fallbrook, they would be our new mechanic. Thank you so much! Also, the coffee shop next door was really good and a nice place to wait for our car.

Our family was on the way back to AZ from vacation when our car started sputtering. Went to Autozone and did a Diagnostic test. When it said we needed new spark plugs, but I just had them changed in Feb. Eric took a look and found out it was the fuel injector. They were quick and efficient and so very nice to work with. I thought it would be more expensive, but the price was very reasonable. Thank you to all of them. So pleasant!!!!

This might be long… I’m a single mother and not only did my truck stop working, but after the repairs, my daughters car needed repairs. 100% love these guys. Having repairs needed sucks no matter what- knowing that these guys treat you like family and having them truly support me in helping my daughter get back on the road - is priceless. Watching people walk in and out of their shop just to say “hi” or watching them great their customers on a first name basis is nothing short of impressive. They work hard. They are honest. It’s obvious that they have lifetime clients - 1 woman sat and talked to the owner about what has been happening in her life and having the owner listen - attentively- she as exactly what the world is missing in terms of auto care. I literally will not bring my vehicle anywhere else in the future- they became my village. Offering to help pick me up or drop me off was just an additional display of a small business that truly cares. They are dog friendly, too so … walk in and you’ll see dog toys, bowls and food - plus treats. Come on- need I say more?
