Depends on why you are there. They're the only ones that Wil tow my lifted 4 x 4 truck and my RV but if you're there because your car got impounded you're screwed cuz they don't muck around

Towed my wife’s car 0.3 miles, possessed the car for 26 hours and charged her $600 dollars to get it back, was not in an accident or from an arrest, simply towed from a no parking spot due to special event otherwise it was in a legal parking spot, this is her reward for trying to do the right thing and not drive after a few drinks. Tow companies are the most soulest type of people. I hope you enjoy our hard earned money you crooks.
These reviews do not accurately paint a picture of the staff and service they provide. They answered every call and questions I had day after day regarding my vehicle. The woman at the front desk Kristina is amazing. She took time out of her day to help me with my vehicle and stayed after hours to help me get my truck towed out of the lot. If anyone ever needs a reliable and friendly lot to have a vehicle towed at its this location. I wish I could give more stars. She is an amazing woman and does a fantastic job. I hope I don’t have another accident but if I do this lot I will bring my vehicle to.
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. These guys botched a simple tow job and TOTALLED my car in the process!!! After that failure, they proceeded to try and charge me extra, made me drive over 250 miles back and forth to try and get my belongings, and then tried to charge me again!! Absolute worst service I have EVER experienced. Every single one of there representatives were rude, especially someone named Christina. This excremental pit needs to be shut down! Go elsewhere for a tow, these guys will STICK you!
Called because I needed urgent assistance for a flat tire since I’m pregnant with my little kids and the operator made the situation harder then it should've been she was unprofessional and unhelpful I would not recommend their services!!!!!!!!!!
When I first called S& R Towing, I spoke with Kristin. I Was afraid, frantic, not knowing what to do. She explained everything to me so that I could understand.She also gave me permission to have my daughter speak to her also to help me with the situation at hand. I was very satisfied with the outcome, and again want to say Thanks Kristen snd to the S& R towing team.
After my husbands accident his bike was taken hear. With terrible luck this fell over a long weekend so we had to pay an extra $150 to have somebody come open the gate or we can wait an extra day and pay $75 more , by waiting for normal business hours.That's what their dispatcher or women working the phone had explained to us anyway. We took the cheaper option; coming to find we had more undisclosed charges plus a lien charge. We were asking questions on why these charges were there and the women working refused to let my husband speak and yelling over him simply asking a question "you called on the 16th today's now the 18th" she must have done this about 3x before I told him to pay her she is extremely rude and unprofessional. Low and behold her attitude changed. It's no wonder they price gouge no one would go heer by choice with such rude employees. If you do chose to work with this establishment I strongly suggest you don't let her intimidate you like she tried to do with us.
Totally unprofessional and out to empty your pockets. Have dealt with S and R towing several times and they are totally incompetent. They wanted to charge me for breaking out my window because they couldn’t figure out how to open my car. Do that myself with a rock for free
Broke down on freeway called my insurance they dispatched roadway towing out.of escondido. That company had me sitting on the freeway over 3 hours...called insurance back and S&R towing was dispatched. They arrived in 8 minutes...now that's service. They are my saviors
My car was there for 2days and shy of an hour and I got charged for four days!! Owner was kind at first, when i came back was rude simply because i forgot something. What a crook.
Had these guys tow my car home. Saw them load up my car. Waited for them at home and some how they damaged my fender. Got the job quoted for over $2,000. Owner said there was no way it would cost that much to fix the car. Parts alone were over $1000. They never ended up fixing my car just brushed it aside.
I had them tow my Ford F-800 that had a flat tire. Due to it being a large truck the tires are not easily accessible and I had to get it towed until I got a tire. They removed the drive shaft (which is standard procedure) but failed to put it back. We only have one driver for this truck and he had to go to he hospital (for other reasons) we didn't notice the driveshaft was not put back until the driver came back and tried to drive it. I called S&R and apparently their "policy liability" allows them to remove parts and not put them back; leaving an otherwise great truck unusable. Now I have to pay someone to put it back because I can't do it myself. That's aside from the $1,500.00 I already paid S&R to leave my truck not running! Spoke to Liliana who was very rude, yelling and basically wanting to hang up on me. I also spoke to Greg who was no help at all. They pretty much said figure it out yourself. Thanks for nothing S&R!
Our car was stolen and apparently when the police pulled the thief over he had no license so our car was impounded before we even noticed it missing. So arriving at the tow yard to pick up vehicle we were informed the cost was over 300 bucks to get the car out. We were unable to come up with all of it that day which was Friday sign on the door said they were closed Saturday and Sunday so Monday we go back down to pick up our car and we’re told it was 500 Thankfully we brought enough money to pay the 500 for our car to be stolen. Now mind you I believe the tow company did a job and should get paid but what the heck?? Maybe someone should take into consideration the circumstances and charge a more realistic price for storage. I understand it’s regulated but really?
They were there in less than half an hour which was awesome, and the guy was friendly. However, it was almost $120 to tow my little Toyota Corolla 6.6 miles. I know they are the only tow company around that area but Jesus you guys are taking advantage of people in a bad situation. And they have multiple reviews about it! Only responses are cold. American business has lost compassion even though we people put money in their pockets. It's sad.
Got my car towed called asked to talk to owner no call back my sister passed away in Dec my daughter has thyroid cancer and that's the only car I have to get her to cancer treatments you think someone would call thanks for nothing
