This company is AWFUL, USAA contracts them for roadside service, they take forever and constantly lie about wait times leaving you stranded for hours at times with no update or accuracy. Whatever girl working the phone lacks any sort of customer service and will hang up on you if she messed up or is wrong. Id give sero stars if i could.
Horrible drivers . One of them cut me off and when I beeped at him he proceeded to get next to me and started to have road rage and told me to get out of the car if I had a problem . I don’t know what company allows their employees to act like that on the JOB ..
I called for lockout service. The driver ed did not seem to know how to open my door. While he was in process of trying to unlock door he broke my door handle and I made a claim the company but I was told they are not responsible for damage because there was preexisting damage. So don't call them they might just damage your property..I am very disappointed in the service and the driver

They were supposed to tow my car to caliber collision and just left the car there without notifying anyone or following any of their protocols with the windows open and the key inside the car for anyone to steal. They suck not only at the service they provide but also at talking to their customers. USAA sent them my information and when I called the guy that picked up the phone was rude because he sent the tow truck without confirming if anyone was able to assist them when they arrived and I told him I couldn’t assist them at the moment.
Nothing quality about it! Just had the most ridiculous experience with probably the dumbest tow truck driver I've ever dealt with. Remember, folks bring you own tow equipment if you break down and need to use "quality towing".
I had an emergency with my daughter's car and, as I am a AAA member, I was assigned Quality Towing to provide roadside assistance. They arrived on schedule and the driver provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this company.
AAA assigned this company to pick up my son’s car on a Friday night at 8:45. The ETA on AAA’s chatbot was 9:59. The tow didn’t arrive until 11:15 pm. I do not fault the driver who had an accident occur in front of him on the freeway on his way to my son. I fault the dispatcher who showed no compassion, never updated my son who was sitting on the side of the freeway for 2 hours, nor gave any attempt at a reasonable estimate the two times I called for information. The third time I called, he put me on an endless hold. I am an understanding person, but he was uncaring and dismissive in his attitude toward me and my son, who was sitting on the side of the freeway for over two hours late at night!!
0 STARS! WORST ever towing service. They don’t even do towing. Came to “tow” our car and the short light skinned Arab guy said he couldn’t tow the car but didn’t even bother trying, very lazy, was complaining about their being dirt, he even had to call a “ friend” to help him and also didn’t know how. Disappointing. Could’ve let us know before wasting our time to wait for so called “tow truck” to show up. Dont waste your time calling this “towing” company.
Tried to scam us into paying for trailer to be towed. Got USAA to clear it up and they immediately said it was "out of area". These people are trying to prey on those in a bad situation. Call someone else.
Trash service. Littered in front of my house. I’m sure you’d love to see the video of your driver smoking a cig and throwing the box out on the ground. Don’t worry, we picked it up for you. Terrible drivers. Nothing “quality” about it.
Also hit my driveway retaining wall in 2021 and the manager “forgot” about it and didn’t want to pay for the repairs on the damages their driver did!
Avoid this towing company
Poached a tow from the company we actually called. CHP sided with Quality Towing because the vehicle was already on the bed. In the process of getting the vehicle on the bed, the driver damaged the vehicle more. He didn't seem to care or acknowledge the damage. We are lucky we took pictures before the driver touched it. Do not recommend Quality Towing to anyone. Would give 0 stars if I could.
AAA called Quality Towing to tow me and was confirmed I was good to go, a driver named Angel arrived was super not communicative said there was an issue and made the shut up gesture before flipping me off and leaving me on the road. Called AAA back and they sent a different company. Would not recommend Quality Towing and Recovery in Escondido. Angel made me feel so unsafe and the direct dispatcher Vicky was apathetic. Don’t have a picture of the gestures but tried to take one after he kept giving the shut up gesture. Please be safe on the roads it’s a scary time.
Our 1995 Ford F350 batteries were dead. AAA sent Quality Towing and he brought two diesel batteries, installed them, cleaned everything up, took the old batteries and all is well! Great job!
Car check engine light was on on my way back from SD to LA. Call my insurance and they dispatched quality towing to tow my car to the nearest dealer. However, it was Sunday night and the dealer was closed with a gate. I have no where to drop off the car near street and I had to head back to LA. Lawrence called his manager and asked whether he can unload my car to their yard and tow it to the dealer next morning.
And they didi it without additional charge! I am so touched for the help at my hard time there. I came back a week later when car was fixed.
Really appreciate the help.

Our driver Jonathan was fantastic. Got to us quickly, assessed the damage and found that just a tire change was not going to do the job. He quickly found an open tire shop on a Sunday near by the had the size tire I needed. He loaded my truck and took me to Big O tires that had the size I needed, he helped me find a tool I needed to fix my exhaust so I could get home. In my opinion went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We'll done
A technician came out to my house on Monday. I had a doctors appointment at 9:45am. The technician arrived a tad bit later than originally scheduled however he made up for it with his professional services, honest opinion and recommendations. He wasn’t pushy with his recommendations and just wanted me to be aware of the discounts that I will receive buying a new tire from Discount Tire as a AAA member. I originally created a service call for putting air in my tire, however upon further inspection of the tire it was determined that I needed to replace the tire and he put the spare on our truck in no time at all. I highly recommend Quality Towing to anyone in need of their services! They are efficient, honest and do an amazing job at recommending necessary services and not trying to upsell for things not needed. Thank you for your quality work, we appreciate it.
I got impounded by CHP to this tow yard for 2 days, They stole 2 expensive sunglasses, they are thieves!. When I asked about them they were rude! Said they were going to check cameras. The cameras can see below the steering wheel. Now I have to file a police report. I'm certain that this isn't the first time they stole and it won't be their last. Be careful what you leave in your car because apparently even they . They aren't going to expose the thief. They were acting like if I did something bad because I guess their used to not getting caught
I received a car in storage full of dirt. He not only replaced the battery, but checked all the wires, etc. I am so very impressed with his concern that I understand how to look for each important thing I must take care of for maintenance. His concern is invaluable. His name is Hashim Soraj... what a compassionate soul.
I had a positive experience w/ Quality Towing in Escondido. I got them through calling AAA and I was nervous because of a lot of these bad reviews but I had friendly and solid service both from the operator and the gentleman, Humberto, I believe, who came to help me. The wait was 3 hrs but it was a Saturday and the operator said they were busy and was apologetic about it, so, not holding that against them.
This place is great! The wait times aren’t too bad and the drivers are always very courteous. Majed was my tow truck driver this morning and he did an excellent job. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Getting a flat tire is always very stressful but I know I’ll always be well taken care of with Quality Towing. Would definitely recommend!!
Just had a bad experience with quality towing on 5/19/2024. I had a drivetrain issue with my vehicle. Quality towing driver showed up took a picture of my car, got in his truck and they took off without telling us anything. We called them in which the dispatcher argues with me and hangs up with out a reason. Horrible company and horrible service was provided.
We have never been so impressed by a tow company ever!! Quality Towing takes the cake!! 5 STARS, hands down!! This buisness is by far the most PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY company we have ever came into contact with. Our driver, CARTER is the best in the buisness. He over exceeded our expectations. He did the impossible. Safely, accurately and securely transported our RV. It seemed to be a difficult task but not with CARTER. He exceeded our expectations. We only will use Quality Towing for now on. A great Driver really makes all the difference. We can’t say THANK YOU enough. We will surely recommend this company to all of our friends. I would like to write a 5 star review for Quality Towing & Recovery but specifically for Mr. Steeven Esho! My car battery died after a long day of work, and he was dispatched as the AAA responder to my car. He not only was quick and efficient but made sure that the rest of my car was working properly and found out that I actually had zero oil in my car. He even filled my oil with some of his own so that way my engine wouldn't be destroyed until I got an oil change. 5 star review for the kind individual Mr. Steeven Esho is !
Matthew has only been working for the past two weeks. He was great, I've been battling health issues for a while. I never told Matthew I needed help pushing my 700 lb bike up the steep hill of my driveway, and to be honest I wouldn't have asked. He was quick to help, and I kept my dignity, by not having to ask. Pushing that bike wasn't easy, and finding a quality human at quality towing was unexpected, and a change from similar companies that I've used in the past. So to the managers at quality towing; "You hired someone that I wished had worked for me" good job by your HR Dept.

A little tricky to figure out their driver was calling us, as the text from the Farmer's Roadside service was not clear about who was performing the service.
The dispatcher optimized getting a service vehicle to our location quickly as the tow truck was a longer wait. The arriving driver was very pleasant, diagnosed the battery quickly, and installed a warranted battery in short order.
I rode my motorcycle from north county SD to Arizona and back then it broke down 20 miles from home. I called my insurance and they contacted Quality Towing who showed up a reasonably fast 40 minutes later. Upon arrival, Gary the driver let me know that my insurance roadside coverage did not include motorcycle tow so he quoted me $342. I asked if he could wait a moment while I explored lower cost options and he could not have been more cool about it. After taking 10 to 15 minutes to call four other tow options I found that the best cash price was only $50 less and I would have had to wait another hour or two, so I went with Quality since they were already there. It's apparent Gary understands and appreciates owning nice bikes so he took his time and secured mine with obvious care to not scratch while securing it at five anchor points...rock solid. On the ride to my house the guy was super customer focused, friendly conversation, and when I shared that I had just ridden from Arizona and was looking forward to something to drink he offered to stop and grab something for me to which I thankfully declined because it was a short drive. When we got to my house he took the same great care unloading bike and maintained his helpful, positive demeanor the whole time. I could not have asked for a better towing experience thanks to Gary. Great job!
They were scheduled to show up at 8am. They never did. When I called them they asked for photos of my motorhome and said they would call back in 20 minutes with an eta. They never did. When I called them back they kept asking if I had a Nissan car. I kept telling them over and over that I still have a motorhome. They said their big truck is being serviced and they would be here by 10. They weren’t. When I called again they didn’t know who I was again so my roadside assistance started looking for another provider. Quality towing called me again and told me if I had the tow assigned back to them again they would definitely be here by noon. So I did. Noon came and went and they never showed up. At 12:01pm Quality towing cancelled the call with my roadside assistance. They are completely dishonest and unreliable. I’m now stuck in a campground I was supposed to be out of by noon and have to start the process of finding a tow provider all over again. The only good news in this is that these people will not be anywhere near my vehicle, as they are clearly incompetent.
Highly recommend. Grateful to Technician, Mo, for his help with my battery on 6/15, after my car wouldn't start. He arrived much earlier than the estimated time. The location was less than ideal. I was parked in disabled parking in a parking garage, but he found me and was able to make it work out. He was professional, friendly, kind and quick with diagnosing and replacing the battery. I genuinely appreciated his assistance.
