Did not use them but I witnessed one of their drivers on June 4th 2025 speeding down greenfield towing a white honda civic almost hit a student coming home from school. Driver had the audacity to honk his horn at the student after almost running him over
had to pay 400$ for my truck to be lifted with a jack (the driver made ME help) and pull the truck back 5ft with a winch,, if you see a jeep drive by with their sky jacks and winch on the front just ask them for help honestly
Randy in truck #24 went above and beyond. My car died and the service was amazing! My battery was completely eroded and Randy even had a battery on the truck I could buy. Pricing was right on point and he saved me a lot of time. Randy is very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly, highly recommend this company! A+++++
Abbas was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I had a dead battery on a newer car that refused to be jumped. He was clever and unplugged the battery completely to reboot the computers. Highly recommend his service. Thank you Abbas!
Ameen in truck number 3 helped fix our tire. He was so quick, and had the tools we were missing. It was very fast, and he was super kind and professional.

Had my fuel pump fail while traveling at freeway speeds on 805 in the late even hours. My insurance's towing coverage used Quality Towing. Imagine being out of town with a major fail. Within a reasonable time the tow truck came. Driver was Wisam. Super nice young man. I was thinking maybe my alternator gave out and I was possibly driving on just battery power or something, but no check lights alerted me. Wisam checked my battery and looked around. He immediately thought fuel pump and he was right. He got my vehicle and me safely to my destination and recommended a trustworthy mechanic to call in the morning, since I was just visiting El Cajon for 2 days. The mechanic diagnosed the problem and the quoted price was well under what I was thinking I'd be out of pocket. Quality has the right kind of drivers working for them. I would recommend my family and friends to use them if they ever were in a jam. Thank you Quality Towing.
Called for a tow when I was in an accident and a girl named Zara picked up the phone and her service was beyond trash especially the other Indian dude who answered the phone. Get better dispatchers or close down your business. SMH. In all I’d give you 5 stars cause your tow truck driver was the best. I’m only heated cause of your dispatchers!!
Been sitting on the side of the freeway for 2 hours waiting for these people. I call, only to be told it would be an additional hour past my estimate, because they weren't sure exactly where I was. Never bothered calling me. Never bothered texting me.
Worst service ever. I called my insurance and they sent me here. I called the dispatcher to let them know my phone was dying. They said fine driver is 2 mins away. The driver never shows up. When I finally was able to charge my phone they dispatcher says the driver arrived and you didn’t answer your phone so they left. I literally was standing outside in the middle of the road for 30 mins and no one showed up. Plus I let them know
My phone was dead. Said there’s nothing we can do that I have to call my insurance for another road side assistance services. Never use them. If your insurance sends you them you’re better off canceling it and getting another company
My insurance provided this company as a provider to tow my car. I had just been to the tire place for a air check, on way home tire warning light, came on and by the time I got home, tire was wasted. Quality called quickly and was then in less than 30 minutes. Wasim was very nice, professional, easy to chat with driving to Discount Tires. Told me to take my time while I worked with Discount. Appreciated his service unlike my road side assistance with my insurance.
Showed up at 4:20PM, no one was there even after I called beforehand letting them know I was going to pick up my car. They close at 5PM. They had only one phone number for several different locations. Use literally any other tow except this one.
DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL CANCEL ON YOU 10 mins before if they get a call for more money. Left me waiting for an hour and canceled ten minutes away from me. They said someone else had a bigger emergency than me.

They have THE WORST FEMALE OPERATORS; I’m saying this as a WOMAN in Customer Service!! They are extremely rude and sound irritated, are reluctant to give any information or help and all around make the experience worse!!
When it came time to get my vehicle I had to call AGAIN and talk to the snarky operator to have her send someone out to get my vehicle because no one was working?!?
They should rethink naming the company LowQuality Towing because they’re AWFUL!
Lost the keys to my car, called my insurance company and had them schedule a tow. They sent this company out and they tried to charge me 75 dollars to use the wench to pick the car. My insurance covers 100% of towing costs. They just wanted to try and get extra money on top of the service I already pay for. Really dishonest people that work at this place. Stay away if you can.
If Quality Towing is your only choice for road side assistance, you may be better off calling a non dependent friend. The customer service with this company is Horrible!! If I could’ve given them zero starts I would have. To make a long story short I ended up having to call my insurance and requesting them to send a completely different company just from the service I received over the phone from Quality Towing. If the service over the phone was that bad I did not want to take a chance with whomever they sent out. Try Valley Roadside Assistance, they were friendly and on time!
Left family stranded on side of freeway for3 plus hrs after taking roadside assistance call. Quoted a 1 hr ability and then never showed. Called at the 1.5 hr mark and they stated the wrecker was a few min away... 30 minutes later after they still had not arrived called and the dispatch couldn’t find our service ticket. Had to call and get a new wrecker service to help.
Sold my old car through Peddler and this was whom was assigned to pick up. Was given a window 7am to 11am, took off work and at 10:30 called them for ETA. Well here is where we had issues dispatcher hemmed and hawed and said that it will be midday now. Well tried to pin him down back and forth we went finely said between 10am - 2pm. Find and a FYI any tow services that have CHP contracts will drop all other calls to cover CHP. So it ended up I had to leave and 2 minutes from house they call were here on site....2:15pm. Over seven hours they had me wait with no sorry about that, driver said am not in the office so don't care not my problem. Beware of this towing service if you call it could be hours if CHP calls in to them YOU WILL BE AT BOTTOM OF LIST.
This was the worst experience I have ever had! I had to call 5 times for a tow truck. After 4.5 hours the guy came and said he could not pick it up! Front desk was not helpful.
