Sam was exceptional. We ran over a screwdriver late at night and needed help changing to the spare. He arrived very quickly and was kind and professional. Would highly recommend!

David at Infiniti Towing was incredibly helpful. Myself and my daughters were driving home to Arizona and got stranded with a broken down car in El Cajon. David was amazing and helped us get my car onto a trailer bed for us to be able to tow home. It was a tough situation and he was quick thinking and got us out of a sticky situation. We are incredibly appreciative of David’s help during a stressful situation.
Very nice, no other towing company would come pick us up because it was through Avis. But Infiniti they can out at 2 in the morning and picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Even though Avis did not tell them they would be dropping us off. Just very nice and we are very thankful!!

Sam’s a really great guy and he’s kind. He came to pick up my tow quick and easy and I got a ride with him to where he was dropping my car off. He would help you with your insurance where he makes them pay and not you! His prices are very great as well if you don’t have insurance that covers! I would call him whenever I need him again.
I contacted Infinity towing and spoke to a Sam the night before and requested for a quote ahead of time for a tow service to be done the following day. Communication process was clear and simple. Their price was lower than the first 2 companies I called for quotes. Sam was professional and communicated well. He called ahead of time that he would be a bit late but was not a big deal, i really appreciated his courtesy call and the fact he didnt notify me last minute. My car was towed for 20 miles and the process went very smooth. I would definitely use them again and certainly recommend their business to anyone!

I didn’t use services but my car went into flames today and David was the only person to kindly help me out and come up to me to get me out of the car and tell me to back up and stay back, he also waited with me. Our hero! This was not an easy tow. It’s a class C RV on dually wheels. No power which meant no way to get vehicle into neutral. This is what happens on all these fancy electronic based vehicles, no manual overrides. RV was in storage sandwiched between two other vehicles, vehicle in rear and narrow drive space before the next row of vehicles. It took 2 attempts over two days. After numerous attempts to jump start, time to move onto plan B. Sam was not going to give up. Sam had a great contact at Mercedes’ in El Cajon which recommended to disconnect the drive shaft. That would free the wheels to be able to move. He was able to move the vehicle out of the space and then onto the flatbed tow truck. It was amazing! He was amazing! Sam also had great follow up with both myself and my husband. Great service….I will highly recommend!
This is the best company I have used for my car. I have had two flat tires due to a nail and Sam has come to the rescue both times. The service is unbelievable and you can truly trust them! This is the only Tow company I would ever use in San Diego. Honest, quick, professional, diligent, and kind!
