I recently had to use ASAP Towing, and I was genuinely impressed with their service. The driver arrived quickly, was professional, and handled my car with care. I had the worst experience with ASAP Towing. My insurance company initially assigned them to tow my vehicle, but after waiting over an hour, I found out they never even received the assignment. When I asked how that was possible, I was hung up on.
Eventually, a new driver named Sukar was dispatched, and things went from bad to worse. The moment he arrived, he rudely told me to get off the phone because he “didn’t have much time.” Completely unprofessional.
When we got to the drop-off location, Sukar sat in his vehicle and took a photo of my credit card and ID without asking for consent, claiming he was sending it to dispatch. I told him I was uncomfortable with that and offered to provide the info directly, but he laughed it off and didn’t take me seriously.
To make matters worse — he didn’t give me my keys back. He falsely claimed he gave them to my cousin, which was absolutely untrue. I even have video proof showing he handed us nothing. When I tried to talk to him calmly about retracing his steps, he refused to engage and kept joking and laughing on the phone with his boss, like it was all a game.
Once I started recording the situation, he completely changed his tone and suddenly said it “wasn’t up to him to find the keys.” He contradicted himself multiple times, first saying he wasn’t sure if he gave them to me, then insisting he did — and then he just dropped my car and drove off.
When I followed up with Jennifer in dispatch, she was just as dishonest. She kept changing her story, saying dashcam footage would take “an hour,” then later saying “it hasn’t even been 30 minutes” and that it might take days. She also denied telling me to call back within an hour.
This entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Sukar refused to take accountability, and now I’m out of pocket replacing my car keys, house keys, and key fob. I will be filing a formal complaint and working with my insurance to get reimbursed.
Avoid ASAP Towing at all costs. Completely unreliable and disrespectful.

Car got chewed up under hood by rats, made an insurance claim and geico made the appointment with asap towing and they are true to their name - the driver showed up asap with zero issues, kind and courteous. Dropped my vehicle off at the dealership for repairs, and again, there were zero issues. I would use again!
Not sure why this flatbed idiot had on all his rear LED work lights on blocking the left lane on the 125 North Toll Road swerving between the lanes to prevent anyone from passing.

I would also state that the driver was throwing things from his truck while swerving between the 2 lanes with his rear lights on while empty going around 50 MPH in the left lane and not letting any cars to pass him on the right.
Received an eta of one hour through my insurance. Received a text that the driver was on their way with a half hour eta, but was in the same parking lot for over ten minutes, and was then told an hour and a half. An hour after their initial text from me, I call for an update and said the ride was cancelled.
I don't mean to offend, but people don't live here at all, they all behave like animals. We spent more than 7 hours and 8 hours with our client there since yesterday until now. There is still no news about the car. And he says we will come, when we went to their office, two people fought with us.
My car battery died so I called Geico and they sent Yousif from service at ASAP towing. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He understood exactly what the problem was after taking a look at my battery and was able to replace it for me on the spot with a brand new battery in a short amount of time.

Terrible, HORRIBLE LIARS! I waited nearly TWO hours for them to unlock my car doors! Every time I would call they would say 30min more, after 30 min x2 then 40 min. I cancelled the service. I’m angry at Geico for contracting with them. I am in Pennsylvania this business is in CA so I’m confused and pissed.

Unprofessional and unreliable company, my request took 2 hours with no towing driver show up. Called 3 times and the dispatcher who she seems know nothing keeps giving me 15-20 minutes ETA, after she realized that the driver (if there is a driver at all) is not going to make it she asked me to call the driver directly, so unprofessional. I wish if Google had zero star because I feel 1 star is even more for them
Was booked a tow through insurance. Did this at 6am, said they'd be there around 8am. Didn't show so I called, said they were backed up so it's be another 40min. But app showed another 1.5 hrs. So I called back and they confirmed 1.5 hrs. Told them they were lying to me about the 40min, so I canceled the tow. It's not that difficult, get your logistics I order. No wonder you have poor ratings.
Customer Service was on point, had my Mustang towed from Oceanside to Kearny Mesa with no problem at all. Wrecker arrived at the designated time given and didn’t even have to ask for a flat bed, they already knew my car sat low to the ground so they are very good and knowledgeable on what they do. The driver was very friendly. I’ve had a very good experience with this place, so I definitely recommend it.
Was referred to this company through my insurance, my insurance agent set up the tow at 11:45am. The original text said the ETA was 12:30pm. Which I knew was not likely. At 1:30 I called to get a better ETA and was told 45 min. At 230 I called again and I was told another 45 min that they were sorry for the delay and that I would be called when he is on his way. At 330 my car was picked up, and I was never called. I get that delays happen. But communication between dispatch and their drivers needs to be better. I had two appointments I had to cancel waiting. Had I known at 12 noon, it would be 3 and half hours I could have better arranged my day. Especially when I’m being told 45 more min every hour.
I got the best price at ASAP Towing for a last-minute tow! And the tow guy was very communicative and came pretty fast. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the phone rep told me it would be around 90 minutes, so I drove home (10 mins away) but had to turn around right away because the tow truck was almost there!! Next time maybe tell the customer to wait to hear from the driver.. Thank you for the speedy service!
They straight lied to me 5 times saying the driver was almost there, 15 minutes away, the driver would call me in 1 minute, they were 7 minutes away. 2 hours after they were supposed to be at my house the driver actually called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. The mechanic promised they would look at my car today but now that it will be there more than 2 hours late it isn’t going to happen and I leave town tomorrow. The dispatch just lied to my every time . I would have rather paid for a tow than deal with this company thru my roadside assistance
Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced with a towing company. I, my friend, and his family called for a tow at 2pm and were told one would be on the way within 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later we were told there was a 30-40 minute delay. This repeated four times for hours until almost 6pm. I missed my appointment with my car dealership, spoke with multiple people on the phone who lied about the location of the tow truck, their own titles, and refused to give their names. Avoid the stress and just go with another company.
Besides being late...
He was polite on the phone, but in person, once he arrived, he gave no greeting, no apology for being late, and didn't even acknowledge my presence; he just started opening my vehicle. It was very weird!
He was very off-putting and had an attitude or something. I almost said something because he was making me upset, but I held back. I would not feel comfortable with that guy coming to help my wife. He was just "off". Horrible experience!
If my insurance company ever says ASAP is coming to assist, I will cancel the service and request someone else. I'm not happy.
Charged $65 to replace my driver side rear tire with my spare Took him 5 min. Took 2 min to charge my Credit card before taking off. When I tried to start my car, battery was low due to the wait. When I called to ask if he could circle back, they said it was another $65 charge. No room to negotiate. Unbelievable. Followed up with the company and fell on deaf ears. I would not recommend using
My car had a flat tire so I called the manufacturer road side assistance program and they dispatched ASAP Towing. It honestly took me longer to get through the roadside assistance phone call than it did for ASAP towing to come out, find my vehicle on a college campus, change my tire and get on with it. They were super professional and did it quick. I could tell the one gentlemen was training the other and even with the training it was quick. good experience and thankful.
I was very disappointed with the service of ASAP. Just after 12 noon, I scheduled an appointment for them to come out to my job to give me a jump at 5:30 pm. At 5:40 pm. I called to get an ETA; the operator stated they were stuck in traffic nearby. At 5:55, I called again. When they still had not arrived, I called again at 6:15 pm. This time I asked to speak to a Manager; Moe came on the line; I asked him why the driver or the operator didn't just send another driver so that I didn't have to be stranded for such a long period of time especially since I made an appointment. He agreed, and said he would send me a gift card for the inconvenience. I ended up cancelling the appointment since my husband (who was driving from La Jolla) arrived at 6:30. I am also sending this complaint to Geico so that they never dispatch an ASAP driver to me again. After reading all of the reviews, it is clear there is no consistency with providing good customer service. It's a shame that they do not care enough to improve or to provide better customer service training for their employees. P.S. I never received the gift card either.
