I believe my drivers name was Jerry, but he was super helpful and very friendly. He was able to get my car into neutral and haul it on to the truck. Amazing service and I hope he’s getting paid well!
C&D towing damaged my vehicle while unloading the vehicle and thought they can get away without notifying me, however the dealership made contact with me and provided pictures of the damage. Bryan over at CD has been beating around the bush in regards to getting this fixed. They are refusing any damages and refusing to pay for the damage the driver made. They also won't take any of my phone calls, the only form of communication is via email. I will make sure they pay for the damages they have done.

I am happy to give C+D a 5 star review even after AAA messed up my service call and I had to wait an additional hour. Anthony and DeShaun were both extremely professional and friendly, and the actual tow truck was the nicest I have ever ridden in. Anthony even offered to drop me off at my home after delivering my car to the mechanic because of AAA's mistake. Top tier service and professionalism.
I'm waiting for a new sign that I had started requesting for about 2 years ago. I've called several times, and the girl in the office takes a note and says she'll pass it to whoever will call me back?? They don't call back. They used to have better customer service. If you could at least tell me what to do to get one. We've offered to pick it up ourselves.
One of their drivers damaged a customers vehicle and hit our building when dropping off a car at our shop. We had to pay out of pocket to fix these damages, and we have been waiting weeks to get a response back from David the Manager. I have emailed him multiple times and called the office multiple times asking to speak with him with no reply. I told him if he doesn't respond to me soon I would escalate the situation. As a business owner I would never post a bad review for another company, but I don't know what else to do to get a response from these guys! My father worked with C&D towing in the past for many years and always had a good relationship. This is sad that the quality of this company has gotten this unprofessional. One of their drivers gave me the middle finger as he drove away as well, so that was real nice! If they are willing to settle the issue I will remove this review.
I was unfortunately involved in a bad car wreck that disabled my vehicle and their driver was on the scene quickly. He took my car to their yard after he dropped me at my doorstep. Really nice guy. Then I had to sign a release at their office and their office staff were equally exceptional. Super great place!!!
I had called my AAA for a towing and to find out because they heard accident and insurance they took it upon themselves to cancel AAA and leave it as an insurance claim to collect extra money. What if I wouldn't have had insurance and got billed $580 that they billed my insurance, who was gonna pay that. When I called and asked why they did that they said I had agreed to that which a complete lie. How is a tow of 6 miles going to be $580!! When I called to get an estimate on another towing they said it would be $300 based on a 10mile radius. They're just looking for a payout. Once AAA is canceled there is no charging them back. So good thing I did have insurance or I would have been screwed over with $580. Don't trust the tow drivers they recommend shops that they give cuts to so they can recommend each other. My police report even states called came through AAA so there's nothing this company can say to justify there actions. FYl you can make a claim on your insurance company to file a complaint so they don't call them and have a report against them.
My estimated tow time was 36 mins and turn out to be over an hour 1/2.
Buckle up. This is going to be long. My father-in-law passed away two months ago and my husband inherited his 1977 Chevy. On Tuesday, we had it towed from his former residence to our house on a flatbed truck. Unfortunately, the tow truck wasn’t able to get his flatbed up our steep drive, so the truck was left on the street. Since the truck is PNO, it can’t be left there. So, the drive told us to call for a second tow and request a wheel lift truck, which I did. C&D Towing responded to the request but they didn’t have a wheel lift available. So, the woman I spoke with told me to request another tow in the morning and they would send a wheel lift. Great! I called OnStar and AAA, who was subcontracted for the roadside assistance. Everyone approved this plan. This morning, I requested the tow. C&D accidentally sent a flatbed. So I called the office, explained the situation again and was told “we can’t do that.” I explained that they could and it was already approved by OnStar. I was transferred to a manager who was clearly adamant to just say no and had zero interest in attempting to help remedy the situation. All he could seem to do was argue. I will admit that I allowed my frustration and grief to get the better of me and ended the call with some choice words. However, I don’t understand how a company can tell me one thing and then 12 hours later, tell me something completely different. I called OnStar again. They approved the tow and we will be using a different tow company. TL;DR If you’re expecting compassion and for someone to work with you, this isn’t the company for you. Trust us important, especially when dealing with something valuable like a vehicle. I wouldn’t trust this company.
This review is for the awesome job Natalie the dispatch provided for me and my family. She went over and beyond to make us feel safe and getting the information to the driver even tho we canceled due to truck starting.
Their customer service was terrible. There’s no consistent front desk agent, and employees walk in and out without acknowledging customers in the lobby. No one seems willing to help; you’re just passed off to the next person. Tow companies often get a bad reputation due to impounding vehicles, but they also have customers who aren’t in that situation. Instead of reducing the stigma, they make it worse with their lack of support and disorganized staff. Customers shouldn’t have to intrude into offices just to get help, only to be met with anger for expressing their frustration.
The young lady who eventually helped us was quick, efficient, and kind enough to apologize for the rest of her team, but she shouldn’t have to be the one to apologize on their behalf. It felt like she was pawned off on us to figure things out, which is unfair to both her and the customers. We shouldn’t have to reach a boiling point just to be acknowledged and assisted.
Highly recommend these are the people you call when you need help!
I needed help with changing a flat, Steven was able to make it to my location within just a handful of minutes, super helpful and cool. Definitely drivers like him make this company so great!
Me and my brother were on our way to a BMX race in perris, ca on the way we broke down and got a tow to the track we went and bought the two parts we thought would fix it well it didn’t
So we called AAA and Rebecca came to our aid she was very polite and got us on the truck within a couple of minutes and had us on the road.
Weather your using AAA or just need a tow in Southern California C&D does it best would definitely recommend and use agian!!
Even offered us her only two drinks in the truck.

this place towed my car after getting into a horrible accident. Not only are they not at their la mesa office (which, according to CHP they MUST have someone there during listed business hours, since CHP works with them), they left me to sit there after getting out of the hospital (in much pain) for two hours after calling four times to be told each time, "they'll be there in 20 minutes" and have one of their drivers show up without having the key to the gate. I was not leaving without getting my stuff out of the car since it was raining and the sunroof was open. The dispatcher was very rude and very unprofessional. and come to find out they stole my headphones out of my car! Imagine getting into a horrific accident to have your stuff being taken and treated like absolute garbage, and the dispatcher saying "what are you going to do if I tell you my managers name?" What kind of bottom of the barrel business is this? LOL. Don't use this company, and if you're lucky enough to see who shows up to take your totaled car away and you see them, REFUSE. They have been reported to CHP and are on "watch" and if they are reported again, CHP will be cutting ties with them. If you've had an issue with this company, I encourage you to call CHP. No one should be getting their stuff stolen out of their vehicle, treated like garbage on one of the worst days of their life, and left at their business when someone should be there! good luck!!!

One of the best services I ever received. We had an extremely difficult situation with a truck stuck in the desert on some horrible terrain. Jerry was the tow truck driver assigned to us and he was extremely competent and determined to get the job done. We had some minor setbacks and the boss came out to help us out. I want to say again how great Jerry was during this whole ordeal and I would recommend this service to anybody! A+ 10/10
Great experience!! on Feb 25 we had a car stuck in the desert and had Jerry the driver help us out, he was committed to getting the job done, but encountered a few obstacles along the way but got the job done. He represented his company very well!
Well i gotta let the public know whenever my vehicle is towed and personal belongings disappear, and when these guys towed my car they took a few items, so they're thieves. Perhaps not every driver, but the guy who i got stuck with did. Don't i pay enough to you guys ? What do u expect, a tip? Well u can't just go to town peeking thru my stuff and helping yourself to whatever u want. Now in the midway district there's a company called Quality towing, and these guys are professionals. They took great care of my car and there was nothing amiss. Thank you, Quality, for your outstanding service! And my advice to the public, beware C & D towing, their drivers have sticky fingers!
It is always an emergency when using a towing company and this company is great to lean on in your time of need! They were responsive and even got to us early! The technician was so helpful! His name was Hari and he was polite and never gave up! We highly recommend this company and would give them 10 stars if we could! Thank you C&D Towing!
This truck from your company just started yelling at me during a traffic stop for no reason. I don't know who he is but he looks high on crack or some kinda drugs. Vehicle number 71 or 72 I tried taking a picture.... Drug test this foo He acting crazy

Our daughter's vehicle had an ignition switch malfunction and we needed to move it out from the No Parking side of our street. Called AAA, and they dispatched Khalid of C&D Towing. He was professional, courteous, along with the friendly service he provided. Even came ahead of ETA. I highly recommend Khalid based on my pleasant experience on Jul 05, 2023.
C&D towing company is the worst company I will say because they have such a bad employee Name( Frank Mikha)he towed my car to home and he was supposed to drop my at my house but he didn’t because he was asking me to pay him cash instead of credit card, when I was giving him my card he was trying to scape with my car which was still on his flatbed truck and hit another car which was parked on the street. I called the C&D towing company and spoke with a lady and she got my information and said my supervisor will call you to get the complete information but no one call me yet.
Wow. Grade A Con Artists. I can’t begin to explain the level of unprofessionalism from this company i’m actually amazed. First tow truck driver arrives (This kid is like 20 or something, no experience clearly) He begins to tow my expensive BMW M3 up on his trailer, this kid SNAPPED my tow hook cover in half! When I began to ask how he did that, he said “I thought the clamp was on the left side like most cars” MOST CARS? What kind of excuse is that. Anyways, I assumed this would be taken care of because, why not they broke it right? He makes me sign a damage waiver AFTER he already broke my tow hook cover and lied to me and said this is just incase I scrape the bumper etc. When I called to hash out this situation, the manager gave not even an inch of remorse, not a single apology to the situation leading to me being very frustrated at how you can possibly mess up this bad and not even give your customer a sense of security that they trusted you. I do not recommend ANYONE to use this company unless they decide to make this situation right with me. Things happen I get it, but to do this without rectifying the problem? Completely unethical and unprofessional.
AAA was SO quick! I got my keys locked in my trunk last night and they seemed to be at my location in a blink of an eye. They were able to help get my keys out within minutes. I loved my experience. It was stress free, which helped me A LOT since it was my first time having to call AAA for help. The person on the phone was wonderful and sweet. The person that came out was very professional. I had a great experience! I don’t ever leave reviews but I had such a great experience that I need to share it!
