Hit some uneven road and flew off my bike, I am thankfully fine, but my bike not so much. I called Infinite Towing at around 11pm, and they got to me around 11:45 and had my bike hooked up by 12am. Great people, good price.
Said they had a driver on the way and they would be there in 45 minutes. 1 hour and half later still said 30 minutes out, hung up the phone on me. Then argued when i called them back. I called another driver instead. Crap service scam Indian people
We asked to be towed to a dealership. While waiting for driver the dealership called us to report it could not fix our RV. When driver arrived we asked to be taken home. Driver said that was fine. He got on the freeway and my husband was explaining where we lived. Driver pulled over on the freeway, called his boss and that person said we had to fill out a other authorization on our phone. We did. Driver took us home. When we checked our charges on credit card, we were charged for two towings. We called Infinite and asked why this was. Basically, they reiterated over and over that we had signed two authorizations and they expected us to pay. What could we do? We paid.
