TERRIBLE. left us stranded for 3+ hours on the side of the 5 freeway south bound when they said it would be 45min to an 1 hr. They kept telling us 30 more minutes. Hours later never showed up. Technician finally called at 3 hours and said he was 30 min away and refused to tell me where he was. this isn't even a business it's a scam. Don’t waste your time.
Hit some uneven road and flew off my bike, I am thankfully fine, but my bike not so much. I called Infinite Towing at around 11pm, and they got to me around 11:45 and had my bike hooked up by 12am. Great people, good price.
We asked to be towed to a dealership. While waiting for driver the dealership called us to report it could not fix our RV. When driver arrived we asked to be taken home. Driver said that was fine. He got on the freeway and my husband was explaining where we lived. Driver pulled over on the freeway, called his boss and that person said we had to fill out a other authorization on our phone. We did. Driver took us home. When we checked our charges on credit card, we were charged for two towings. We called Infinite and asked why this was. Basically, they reiterated over and over that we had signed two authorizations and they expected us to pay. What could we do? We paid.
