Please pick this company for towing!!! Their price is EXTREMELY reasonable. While in San Diego County, the average towing price sits around $140-$170, this company would charge $560 on the first day and a $90 fee for each additional calendar day!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. $800 to tow me 5 miles and one day of storage. Says it took their driver an hour and a half when I watched him load the car in 5 minutes. Scam artists. Gave me a different number on the phone after not answering all day so they can keep your car and get more storage. Please do not go here.
Terrible experience. They lie. They towed our son's bike 2 miles and charged us for 1.5 hours. $511. We don't recommend this company for towing unless you want to be ripped off.
Had a car crash, and the police called the towing company. They charged me $820 for 5 miles from the crash site and another $90 per day it was in the yard
I got my car stuck in the middle of the desert down a very steep and sandy hill (I shouldn't have even attempted taking my car on Fonts Point trail, lessons were learned). Willy came out to save me and was so incredibly kind, calming, helpful, and sweet. I was alone and a little panic stricken and he made me feel safe and was very encouraging the entire time. He went above and beyond because this process to get me out took about 2 hours and he had to hike up a steep sandy ravine in 75 degree weather several times. The man is 66 years old and a trooper! He even spoke with the owners to knock the price down for me. I will name my next dog after this gem of a human. Willy thank you again, I am so grateful for you! I hope this message finds you well.

A family member had a bad car accident and the car was towed to S&R Towing. They honestly were so over and above kind and courteous. Best tow company I have come into contact with. Thank you guys!
It was unpleasant l waited over 5 hours for them to pick up my vehicle l thirsty and hungry waiting because l couldn't go get something to eat waiting on them.
My car was towed by this company. They ledt my windows down and my ignition on. Having to pay 730 dollars for a towing fee and 80 dollars per day that is was in the lot.
AVOID! AVOID! A-V-O-I-D!!! Got locked out of my car and called them a little before 10am on a strangers phone since mine was locked in the car. The receptionist had no idea what she was doing and it took much longer than it should have. She gave me a quote and told me the guy would be there soon. 1.5 hours later I call back and ask what’s going on and a different lady tells me she gave me a quote but never dispatched a truck. Wow, ok… they say a truck will be there within the hour. Another 1.5 hours pass and I call back off another strangers phone and they say he’s 30 mins away now and I’m fed up at this point but figure it’s close enough and I just want to go. I ask for a discount of some type and the rude lady laughed at me and was condescending. I keep waiting and by this point it’s around 1:40 pm. I call back and they say they driver cancelled and wasn’t coming anymore when they knew damn well I had been stranded and waiting for almost 4 hours without a phone or wallet. S & R towing is the absolute worst don’t even consider them!!! You’ll regret it if you do.

Who do they think they are? Afert taking some pictures of an incident, the guy follow me to my house and start saying a lot of things in front of my child after that he started recording on his phone and asking me why I was recording him, so unprofessional, no wonder they have one star
I got into a horrible accident and the police called a towing truck to tow my car. I asked as many questions as I could about the tow and the company .. gave me so much detail EXCEPT for the tow fees which were $275!!! Plus they told me daily charge for leaving my car therewas $65 which magically turned out to be $75 once I got there!! Also, Lady was very rude!!
Highway patrol called S&R towing for me when I was in a MVA yesterday. Jeremy came and got my car and offered me a ride home before taking my car to the tow lot, but neglected to mention he was charging $250/hr for that ride. Thanks bud but I could have gotten an uber, I guess that's what I get for trusting a tow guy. Not cool, S&R.
Unprofessional receptionist, I called 4 times and the receptionist Jeniffer was un occupied! Every time she would put me on hold . Additionally she doesn’t pay attention to what you have to say , “what was it again”, “ what model”, “ok , hold on a sec” . Show up to the place , these guys also tow your car without their emergency lights on , they tow you in the dark and are actually professionals at doing it as quietly as they can. Biggest scammers in So cal.
Horrible place like most tow yards. I rec totalled my car n a bad accident and offered to sign over my car for the tow fees when a rude woman tells me I need to sign it over and still pay for the towing and storage fees. What kind of people make u pay them to get your pink slip just to sell out parts for even more money...lying thieving and Extremely rude staff who'd only goal is to manipulate and steal as much money as they can from you. Advice is to stay as far away as humanly possible!!!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!! My car was towed to the carlsbad location and when I went to retrieve money I had stored in my over head compartment it was GONE!!! $260!!!! Yea someone can say I shouldn't have left money in there but my car was towed unexpectedly and I shouldn't have to worry about an honest company stealing from their customers. The tow truck driver even stole all of my change out of the middle console and a credit card!! I then demanded the truck drivers name or someone I can call to report this too and I was told they will reach out to me sometime this afternoon. One would think a situation such as a thief on staff S & R would want to get to the bottom of it, unfortunately this is not the case. Which leaves me to believe they condone this behavior. Please avoid this company my car was there in the yard from 1am to 2-3pm the following day and during that time it was completely raided. I expect a response from S&R in a timely manner because the better business bureau is my next stop and/or whoever I need to report this to so this person is held accountable for his unforgiving actions.
Terrible people to deal with, it was 15 min mutes til lunch was over and even though I called from the hospital and came straight over they made me wait til 1 and were terribly rude.
Avoid these guys. I was stuck and only needed a pull. It took less than 15 minutes of work but they stated that they had a minimum of 2 hours labor at $100 an hour. Real dirt-bag mentality. I used Road One instead.
