Was in Ocotillo wells when my truck broke down friday night. Went to Napa saturday morning to get parts. The staff was very helpful and found everything I needed to get me back on the road.

I've known the manager for many years, even before he was working for NAPA. He's always been friendly and helpful.

Always a pleasure to see Al, and its even better that I can actually buy something locally at fair market prices.

I ordered a bunch of parts and left 1 very small fitting on the counter (my fault). I went in 2 or 3 months later they remembered me and saved the part and handed it to me. I was surprised that of all the people they deal with every day they remembered what I looked like and the part I left there.

Great, friendly little small town shop. Knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and quick turnaround on parts that they don't have in stock. No reason to drive all the way to Indio or Ramona. Support local :)
