My vehicle broke down around 3am. I called AAA and they were having difficulty finding a tow company. Victor Valley Towing called me right away. All other tow company’s were available after 9:00am. They showed up at 3:30am and towed my vehicle to their tow yard until someone was available. My vehicle arrived in Las Vegas safely. I am very satisfied with their help and operations. Most professional tow company I have dealt with during after hours. Thank you very much!!!!
I don't know why this company gets such a bad rap. I waited 30 minutes a s opposed to the 70 minutes I was quoted. I had not 1, not 2, but THREE technicians show up and they were all kind and respectful and respectable. Thank you to Romero and I didn't catch the other 2's names but thank you too.
They don't even deserve a one star rating.. my car in is there yard but its not in my name so its a chore and a half with them to even see my car that was stolen i remind you so I have no clue of the condition or even if my 10 months old son's stuff is in there. The lady is very rude just sits on her phone and eats doritos. I was standing there for 5 mins when she was scrolling on her phone only for her to say yes then go right back to her phone after I told her.. she told me I can have a letter from my brother out of state to see my car but now after driving all that way it needs to be notarized. They need to go out of business.

Be careful with this company. They towed my car and damaged it. They said they would take responsibility and only wanted to pay for the bumper. I told them they also damaged my intercooler and radiator support, but they didn't pay and just left me with my damaged car. Their staff is completely inexperienced. They speak poorly to you and are very rude on the phone.
Had a blowout on my toy hauler on hwy 395 south headed home from Yosemite. Called AAA who sent Victor valley towing to assist. Mr. Mondo arrived quickly, was very professional and got us back on the road. Would not hesitate to use Victor valley towing anytime traveling in their area.
Johnny was so helpful and VVT in general have great customer service, (AAA third party contractor). They kept me updated thoroughly. They even checked in with me after the I already received the yow and asked how was it. Great tow company.
This company is a complete fraud i waited over 2 hours at home for tow to shop. They never showed up n said he came but left ( which is a lie because I have camera around my whole house n he never came. Jennifer the office clerk is terrible with service scammed AAA out of a service call. Please dont use there service because everyone deserves to be treated fairly..
Dishonest, parasitic, and scummy. I was here a few years ago after a DD ran my car off of the road on Thanksgiving. I was told that since they were closed for several days, I would only be hit with one day of fees. Fast forward to pickup, I tell them this, they disappear for a whole hour (I timed it, a whole line was waiting outside the entire time) and then they charged us for the night before it was in custody, the weekend, the day they voluntarily closed, and the day of pickup. Car was unusable entirely but I had to front 4 figures to get my medical equipment and child's belongings from the car. They DO NOT honor the prices they give you. I will NEVER go here again, and I warned all of my family and friends in the HD not to go here either. Don't come here unless you want them to hold your car until it has a $2k bill they can try to scam you for. I don't say this lightly, these people are the absolute worst of the worst. Avoid at all costs.
My car fully broke down southbound on I15, USAA completely screwed me for 3 hours. Then when I called Victor Valley tow up I had a truck and towed up in 20 minutes. Issac was extremely professional going above and beyond his job to make sure me and my wife got home comfortably and safe, we went 60 miles back to my house and he went completely out of his way to make sure we were in a good spot, I was quoted over $200 less than what my actual insurance company quoted me. I’m astonished and extremely grateful for this company and how well they helped me out.
I was involved in an accident. When they were cleaning up the scene, the tow truck company just came and took the car without asking me where I wanted to take it first. The police officer on scene afterwards ask if they gave me a choice. I was not asked. I asked if someone could give me a ride. The officer asked another tow truck driver later if they could give me a ride after they took the car. When I confronted the manager at the office, she made excuses to justify the car being brought to the tow yard to be stored. She said because another tow person had made contact that was justified to take the car. Bad and dishonest business practices.

Jonathan was the one who came to our rescue, and he went above and beyond—driving all the way out to the middle of nowhere to help us. After hearing they kept an elderly woman's walker until she paid $200, I hope nobody calls this heartless unprofessional company. There's plenty of others to call. DO NOT USE VICTOR VALLEY TOWING
I drive a 2024 vehicle and I had a razor blade in my tire. AAA told me 40 min. Mondo was there in 20 min. I was so appreciative of all his help. He was super nice and made me feel as ease and even showed me what happened. I highly recommend Victor Valley towing, especially if you come across this driver.
Excellent service! Victor replaced my flat with a good quality used tire (about 85% tread) for only 50 bucks--installed, mounted, and balanced. He took care of me immediately as soon as the tow truck pulled in. I was out of there in 10 minutes. Good quality used tires! Superb customer service! Just be sure to bring cash, they don't take card.
If I could leave 0 stars I would, requested a tow through AAA & was routed to this company. I have a bagged g35 that i can raise & lower since its on airbags i asked for a flatbed or breakaway bed and they sent a wheel lift. Arrived to my car and told me they wouldn’t be willing to tow my car because it’s “heavily modified” & lowered, even after explaining that I can raise the car they suggest I sign a waiver of liability so I can get a flatbed and then told me they still wouldn’t tow it. Very unsympathetic & don’t recommend.
Def. Wish i could give a no star rating.. The receptionist was extremely rude to me. Told me she felt like she didn't even want to let me back to get the rest of my belongings from my vehicle even tho I had all of the proper paperwork from the dmv. The original tow was $332.00 an hour just to tow my car from cardigan road to their location on gasoline road that is literally about ten to twelve miles. The very next day (it had not even been a full 24 hours) my impound fees were already $774.34 and by 5 oclock(the day after it was originally towed) they would start tacking on the $96.00 a day for the storage fees. It has now been 25 days and my fees are well over $3000.00.
I was in need of a tow after I got a flat on northbound I-15. I ended up on Exit 165 in between Victorville and Barstow. My driver (I'm so sorry I forgot his name!) was awesome! After the 1st tow company assigned to me by AAA declined to drive that far, I was ready to put on my spare and limp back to Victorville on my own. Fortunately, Victor Valley Towing came to my rescue and towed me back to my brother's house. Quick, professional and kind, I can't say thank you enough!

Being stranded in a foreign city and your car breaking down is no fun. I called 2 other towing and no answer. I called this location, since it said 24/7, and got a live person right away. Shocking for it to be a Sunday, and they got to me in 5 minutes. The customer service was amazing. the driver was amazing. Then, on Monday, I had to figure out how to get my car home... yet again, they came in clutch! Yes, it was $700 dollars for a 2.5-hour haul. Was it worth it? Absolutely, they have excellent communication, and I really felt like I could trust them, and they took great care of us and our vehicles. Thank you so much for everything!!!

I called second time, to only find out that the dispatch person a lady was the only one working??? A few tips, if your the only one working, always stay professional at all times, keep your composer.. you take one customer at a time, all the way to the end . One by one... No multitasking, and speak confidently with assurance to your customer, and,! If you don't know the answer to the question, simply tell your customer YOU DONT KNOW BUT YOU WILL FIND OUT AND GET BACK TO THEM... Never tell any customer you by yourself for safety reasons... LASTLY! END YOUR CONVERSATIONS WITH POSITIVE, AND POLITE MANNERISMS...

Car broke down and VV Towing got the call after we had waited 1 hour to find out our battery wasn't the problem.
I recently had Brain Tumor surgery and it was over 100° outside.
After explaining our situation to Jennifer at VV Towing, she went out of her way to assist me and helped me with a solution that got me out of the heat and ensured my vehicle was safely delivered to my mechanic.

Driver that towed my car never told me the price of storage that night so when I called the next morning they told me my price was over $800 so you can guess I was highly upset. When I went to pick up my car no one was in the office to help me and I had to call twice for them to have some one help me pay to get my car and when they came into the office and opened the private door in the office out came a STRONG marijuana smell from the office. Once I paid then didn’t even have enough change to give me back. Super unprofessional.
I usually don't do this but these guys are very unsympathetic and unprofessional. My insurance reached out to them and they agreed to service our vehicle with a blown tire on I-15 with a turn around time of 40mins. After an hour I called them directly and asked if they were close by and they told me they had another emergency and that it'll be 2-3hrs before they can make it out to us, not to mentioned they informed my insurance. Frustrated, I called my insurance and asked if they knew of this and they were unaware anyone called from this service provider. To make matters worse, we're now 4 plus hours on the highway with closing time fast approaching for anyone to help us. Luckily my brother kept in touch and had a in law family member that came through for us in which we are so grateful for! I'm just thankful we made it home safely after a 5 hr delay and thank goodness Costco was nearby to replaced our tire.
The manager was rude and in professional. My car was towed within 30 min and they charged me 360$ and all I had in my account was 390 until next pay day. I asked the manager for half off or payment plan to get my car to get to work or to waive fees. She got rude with me off the jump saying it's not her problem I can't pay to get it out. And next time park correct in the parking spot. I mean the lady had no heart at all. I didn't notice I parked in correct at all. I got home super late from work with two kids late alone trying to rush in the house to get them in bed :( .
