Absolutely terrible service. “John” and “Cindy” were terrible to deal with. Don’t expect this company to send out human beings both dispatch and the tow truck drivers are garbage hostile right off the bat, threatening, ended up dropping me on the side of the road.

Victor Valley towing service is top tier. From their dispatchers to the tow truck drivers, they are professional. They always come quickly and prepare the car efficiently. Thank you for everything.

Being stranded in a foreign city and your car breaking down is no fun. I called 2 other towing and no answer. I called this location, since it said 24/7, and got a live person right away. Shocking for it to be a Sunday, and they got to me in 5 minutes. The customer service was amazing. the driver was amazing. Then, on Monday, I had to figure out how to get my car home... yet again, they came in clutch! Yes, it was $700 dollars for a 2.5-hour haul. Was it worth it? Absolutely, they have excellent communication, and I really felt like I could trust them, and they took great care of us and our vehicles. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Def. Wish i could give a no star rating.. The receptionist was extremely rude to me. Told me she felt like she didn't even want to let me back to get the rest of my belongings from my vehicle even tho I had all of the proper paperwork from the dmv. The original tow was $332.00 an hour just to tow my car from cardigan road to their location on gasoline road that is literally about ten to twelve miles. The very next day (it had not even been a full 24 hours) my impound fees were already $774.34 and by 5 oclock(the day after it was originally towed) they would start tacking on the $96.00 a day for the storage fees. It has now been 25 days and my fees are well over $3000.00.

The service is so terrible that it's laughable. Every single time I need a tow through AAA, I'm always routed to this company, and every single time I needed a tow they would cancel on me and blame AAA or they would never show up on time and then reschedule 24 hours later and still not show up. If you need a motorcycle towed, avoid this place if possible they don't know what street bikes are and think they're dirt bikes lmao and then they will call you a liar when you say that your STREET bike is street legal. The customer service is a joke and nowhere to be found. The dispatcher is a liar and doesn't know about vehicles at all, and anyone who thinks an R6, ZX6r, or a gsxr600 is a dirt bike shouldn't be working dispatch. You guys need some serious improvement and help.

Great people to work with, helped us with a difficult tow needing assistance with getting our travel trailer back home. They took our call on a holiday weekend, after our truck needed to stay in Victorville for repairs , their kindness and professional manner were greatly appreciated,

If I could give a negative star I would these folks are in nothing more than a hustle with San Bernardino County sheriff to get cars from folks and make money off of them getting them back My car was Part with paid hotel registration All due to backtags and I wasn't even driving it it was parked on private property It was into and I was staying there overnight to then have a cold season 42 more residents no laws were violated but yet I still lost my car and had to spend $1200 to get it out with another vehicle yet both of us had to pay the same towing fee if I'm not misthinking that's worse than double dipping and I highly doubt this is the only company Participating In part of this hustle sad to see what are local governments will do just to make a dollar

Victor Valley Towing was very well organized from the time of inquiry, to the scheduling of service a grade A towing co. My driver Nick was quick and informative he stayed on the phone with details and up to date info on his location. I would highly recommend Victor Valley towing if you need a tow in Victor Valley!

I was in an unfortunate accident where my car was totalled. . I called Victor valley towing and was treated with a little harshness. I called second time, to only find out that the dispatch person a lady was the only one working??? A few tips, if your the only one working, always stay professional at all times, keep your composer.. you take one customer at a time, all the way to the end . One by one... No multitasking, and speak confidently with assurance to your customer, and,! If you don't know the answer to the question, simply tell your customer YOU DONT KNOW BUT YOU WILL FIND OUT AND GET BACK TO THEM... Never tell any customer you by yourself for safety reasons... LASTLY! END YOUR CONVERSATIONS WITH POSITIVE, AND POLITE MANNERISMS... YOUR ONLY ONE PERSON, SO MAKE THE BEST ONE PERSON CHOICES. HOPE IT HELPS 😉

I usually don't do this but these guys are very unsympathetic and unprofessional. My insurance reached out to them and they agreed to service our vehicle with a blown tire on I-15 with a turn around time of 40mins. After an hour I called them directly and asked if they were close by and they told me they had another emergency and that it'll be 2-3hrs before they can make it out to us, not to mentioned they informed my insurance. Frustrated, I called my insurance and asked if they knew of this and they were unaware anyone called from this service provider. To make matters worse, we're now 4 plus hours on the highway with closing time fast approaching for anyone to help us. Luckily my brother kept in touch and had a in law family member that came through for us in which we are so grateful for! I'm just thankful we made it home safely after a 5 hr delay and thank goodness Costco was nearby to replaced our tire.

Driver that towed my car never told me the price of storage that night so when I called the next morning they told me my price was over $800 so you can guess I was highly upset. When I went to pick up my car no one was in the office to help me and I had to call twice for them to have some one help me pay to get my car and when they came into the office and opened the private door in the office out came a STRONG marijuana smell from the office. Once I paid then didn’t even have enough change to give me back. Super unprofessional.

They where willing to help me and my family even tho we didn't have enough money. But the didn't have the key to get my spare off!! I highly recommend!!

My (mom with a baby) truck broke down about 3O minutes from home.The driver was friendly and made us feel comfortable and safe. I would absolutely feel good about using their services again

The manager was rude and in professional. My car was towed within 30 min and they charged me 360$ and all I had in my account was 390 until next pay day. I asked the manager for half off or payment plan to get my car to get to work or to waive fees. She got rude with me off the jump saying it's not her problem I can't pay to get it out. And next time park correct in the parking spot. I mean the lady had no heart at all. I didn't notice I parked in correct at all. I got home super late from work with two kids late alone trying to rush in the house to get them in bed :( .

Don’t know these guys personally but my friend showed me pictures of them towing his truck from the front end knowing his rear ended cratered and causing both axles and wheels to come off and struck a mustang in the door. I hate to give your company a bad review but that was neglect on your part, you know I’ve run wreckers before and a roll off like y’all used the second go around would have been the best thing to do. At least help the guy out with some compensation like not charging him a bill and or helping with the rear end since all he had to replace was the ring gear originally now he’s gonna need another rear end.

Took a friend to retrieve there personal belongings to me the lady who worked in the office was friendly, but overall wasn't allowed enough enough to retrieve all of their belongings, rules are rules, lucky barely got there in time, so they were appreciative.

Car broke down and VV Towing got the call after we had waited 1 hour to find out our battery wasn't the problem. I recently had Brain Tumor surgery and it was over 100° outside. After explaining our situation to Jennifer at VV Towing, she went out of her way to assist me and helped me with a solution that got me out of the heat and ensured my vehicle was safely delivered to my mechanic. These guys really care about excellent Customer Service. Thanks VV Towing team, especially Jennifer!!

They often have really great deals on RVs for sale that have been impounded. There are also a variety of cars and trucks to purchase. The employees at Victor Valley Towing were all extremely helpful and pleasant. They are located next to Pick n Pull off of Air Expressway. I will be returning there again in the future, as well as their location in Hesperia.

i never write yelp reviews however it is the least i can do for how grateful we were for there expediate, compassionate and professional response. Super curteous dispatchers. Richard the driver total pro even had in flight movies for my kids as it was a 150 mile journey. Super grateful we made it back and didn't miss a day of school. Highly recommend Victor Valley Tow.

My mother got her car stuck in mud (on a paved road!) after some of the heavy rains we had in the desert this winter. We called Air Expressway Towing and she had a tow truck driver come out, he drove up and sat in his truck, did not get out and then left her stuck without saying anything. After calling them and complaining, their dispatcher told her they couldn't help and left her high and dry. Then she called Victor Valley Towing and got a very nice tow truck driver who helped her and made sure she was OK. She doesn't remember the guys name but he was very helpful (and useful), he was shocked to hear about how the service she received from Air Expressway Towing. Thought it was worth a review.

These people are complete frauds!!!! Attended their auction & won a car. When we went to pay they decided to say "never mind" because they weren't happy with the price it sold for. There was no notice of any reserve that had to be met. There were several others there that had the same thing happen. They were completely rude to everyone and didn't care that they committed fraud! DON'T GO TO ANY OF THEIR AUCTIONS OR USE THEIR TOW SERVICES! I filed a complaint with the state and will file with any other agencies I can find

If i could give them -10 stars i would. Police impounded my newly purchased veh for not having registration. " ALTHOUGH ALL PAPER WORK HAD BEEN SENT TO DMV ALREADY. I HAD TO PAY $800.00 TO RETRIEVE MY VEH BECAUSE IT WAS TOWED ON A SATURDAY.

Been waiting 12 hours for the tow.. then call back several times to find out that victor valley towing lied to AAA saying that the member holder wasn't there.. which he was .. instead of denying the request and bump it to some one they held for 12 hours... Now phelan towing is coming to do it for use .. Victor valley towing sucks I will make sure next time we use AAA I request NOT to use them
