I was having car trouble on my way to work and needed my car towed home and an hour later to the Auto shop. The Owner came to pick up the vehicle in a decent time and was really nice and professional. I recommend this towing service to anyone who needs their service.
This is the 3rd time we use A&J towing and it has been amazing. They always take care of me. Great price and great service. Unfortunately my mechanic was running late but he waited for him. Anyone else would've just left the car on the street. I would recommend them to everyone I know!
Hello everyone, I don't write reviews much but tgis one I had too. I had an accident on Sunday and it was truly hard to find tow truck and didn't have AAA and all the others were charging me way over the cost but these people was truly wonderful and helpful. We needed our 5th wheel towed and they came thru with a great price and AMAZING service. It was in a tough spot to get it out from and he did it like a pro 5th wheel mover! When we got the the delivery location the dirt was much softer then we thought he went above and beyond to make sure he got it exactly where we wanted it
We shopped around for rates to tow our car to a mechanic and thank God we found A&J. Not only were they the most economic, but he was extremely helpful and courteous. Even to the point of helping us out to try and resolve our issue. He went out of his way to find options that we didn’t know we had. We first contacted our AAA service provider who gave us an hour waiting time in 110 degree heat off the side of the road with a company that don't even service that area, I had to call the company to find out that info, then recalled AAA to send me another tow which was a 2 hour wait in a major city. Finally I called my local repair shop and he said call A & J Towing. They came in less than 20 minutes. Took my car to my repair shop an drove me home. Awesome Quick,

Very good service! They were able to give me a nice deal and got my car home safely. Definitely would recommend going with them. Car was on the trailer in about 5 minutes. Didn’t hassle me, made the process super smooth and easy.

Couldn’t be happier with their service. Our car broke down 8 hours from home leaving my daughter and I stranded. I called A&J towing and recovery and explained the situation. They immediately said they could help and even offered to give us a ride to the dealership as we couldn’t get any of the car rental companies to pick us up. Overall very pleased with towing my mercedes benz i had a good experienced. The boss is very polite, and professional. The receptionist was very straight forward and helpful and was willing to help me out with any questions i had. I only waited like 20 minutes for them to arrive. After breaking down almost three hours from home and calling multiple businesses- Mike was by far the most helpful (and responded immediately in the middle of the night) Giving an honest and fair estimate and even offering to price match for other licensed tow businesses. The whole car situation was bad enough and breaking down in a town with no public transportation was even worse. Mike went as far as to pick me up from where I stayed overnight and was helpful with additional car advice. Lots of sketchy businesses in the barstow/ middle of the desert area or in general out that way. It was a breath of fresh air to have A&J towing be so reliable. Can’t thank them enough for the good experience.

this past monday we got a flat tire called our insurance and they just did circles for us no help at all, we started to look around to find a towing company personally, don't look further, this place plus the owner Mike is beyond amazing we were stranded for 5 hours in the heat and he helped us immediately no hesitation we wish we just called him within the first hour of waiting. he helped us out easily no issues even gave all of us a ride to the tire shop. when he saw my dads very big lifted truck he didn't turn us down. he's very friendly and willing to help in any situation which is rare to find these days. thank you for being our saving grace that day. 100 and more percent go with this company
We called for help when we were stranded in a sand bank. We were out on a cat rescue and in full panic. AAA wouldn’t help us, local tow wanted $409/hr to help us. They weren’t able to get us in the sandy off road terrain but did stay in touch until we were out and literally had friends coming to help us. Great customer service and I wasn’t even their customer! That tells you what kind of ethics they have. I was in full panic and they made me feel so much better even just talking to me when I was worrying and assuring me they’d help me find help. Really good guy! I will be using for services in the future.
