Went to O'Reillys in upland for some spark plugs I was in dire need of. This nice youg man named Julio was quick to help me out and get the parts I needed. He even made sure I recieved my military discount as well. Definitely a great help and will come back again.

Julio, a short Hispanic male, refused to swap out a recently purchased battery that had a bad terminal. Julio said it was "against policy." This is NOT true - I have a family member who works in upper management for O'Reilly's upstate, which is why I shop here to support them instead of Autozone. I explained to Julio that my family member advised me to come to my local O'Reilly's and informed me of the policy for all warrantied parts, to which Julio replied, "Take it to him then," and dismissed me. He had a VERY rude attitude, unprofessional and, honestly, just LAZY. Julio said he needed to "test it, then charge it," but he didn't have time because it was too close to closing. I explained that the battery had already been tested and charged and that I have proof of purchase. It is warrantied, but he still refused. I had to drive to Ontario where the sales associate switched it out without question, only needed proof of my purchase. Poor work ethic. Lazy. Rude. I will never return to this location again.

These guys are great. I had just had my battery jumped by a AAA hired tow company that told me my battery was dead and only had 4% left and I should not turn off my car. The AAA representative, and I want to stress that they weren’t an employee of AAA rather one of the contracted tow companies, tried to sell me a $200 battery on the spot. This felt super shady to me and I declined. I went to O’Reilly auto parts Because it’s my trusted place and I know that they’ll test your battery for free. If I was going to get a new battery, I wanted to see the reading myself and I wanted to purchase it from O’Reilly if that was the case. The employee at this branch was super helpful and checked my battery, which, in fact was not at 4% and still had half a life to it. I’m glad I trusted my gut feeling that the tow guy was just trying to sell a battery and pocket money, And that I could go someplace where people actually wanted to help. I didn’t need to buy a new battery. In fact I didn’t need to buy anything, but I’ll always come back to the store because of that interaction.

Needed wipers for a 2023 CRV hybrid. If you own one, you'd know that it's hard to find well fitting wipers as they changed the design. A local dealer has not been much help other than it's in backorder. Wes offered to install what should have been a good fit but turns out it didn't. After a few more tries he offered to refund the pair I bought and exchange with another type that he thinks would fit. He spent a total of almost 30 mins to get the proper wipers installed. That level of service deserves a tip instead of the mandatory restaurant tips for mediocre service.

I’ve never previously been to an O’Reilly auto parts store before and was unsure what to expect. I was in need of a new car battery as mine was leaking and the dealership was going to charge a crazy price to replace it. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Dillan. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I made the decision to invest in a little better model than I had previously looked at based on his recommendations and he was kind enough to also help me install it in My vehicle. He was a pleasure to chat and work with and gave me peace of mind on my purchase. I highly recommend this location if you need help getting advice and parts for your vehicle. Thank you Dillan!

I find this place to be above the other auto parts store. Employees here know what you're talking about for the most part and are great at assisting you with any questions you may have. Their selection of parts, accessories, and tools is vast, plentiful, and at great prices. Their loaner tool program is second to none. Also, they resurface rotors at a low price and quick turn around. I suggest you check out O-O-O-O'Reilly for all your vehicle needs.

The service was good. Did not wait in line. Not too busy there. The place was clean. Neighborhood is okay. There is enough parking place there. The price is little expensive. They help you right away.

Stefan was not helpful. Scanned my car and nothing popped up on my radar. Told me ?my battery must have been unplugged? or its an electrical issue, while biting his nails, wished me “luck” while walking back inside

Worst auto place ever. Went in and ordered a set of supports for the trunk/hatch. It was clarified that both were needed. As in a set which would clearly be one for each side. It was around 30$, paid and was told that when they arrived they would call. Never got a call. Next morning I went in and they said it was soooo busy and they forgot to call, got the supposed supports which turned out to be ONE when the clerk was asked and said clearly the day before that it was the set. The set in advance and at auto zone is cheaper as it is showing $15-17 per piece. If it were possible to give no stars I would. They are not interested in giving clear answers, doing their job, calling back to get people their parts or correctly pricing things. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else!

I wish I could remember the guys name. Super nice and I liked that he explained why not to touch the bulb to my rear back light when replacing it. Upland is my go to store.

Normally I go to autozone but done but this is my 2nd choice. The gentleman was very helpful in helping me decide to purchase a wheel Stud installer. They didn't have it in stock so they called another store to make sure that they had it and sent me over there. I always have good experiences here and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Mike was very professional, knowledgable, and sincerely cared about helping me. Employees can “make-or-break” a business. ..... Braviiiiiiisimo!!!!!! FANTASTIC employees Ivan and Lucio sold me a brilliant air filter yesterday and their great attitudes & enthusiasm were greatly appreciated. Lucio took the time yesterday to help me put the air filter in my car which was a little bit tricky because the housing was a little bit stiff and challenging to open. he then proceeded to show me exactly why my air filter was so filthy and old because he brought it up to the light of the sun and no light at all would pass through it. He was kind enough to give me a quick tutorial! Ivan was also so helpful and happy when I originally called the store to see how much an air filter would cost for my Altima period his enthusiasm and his good sense of humor were excellent. The store manager (Julio) is very well how can I say this, dumb and uneducated as well as unprofessional since instead of caring for my concerns and finding a solution he would shove upsells down my throat. I know I am a young lady that isn't very knowledgeable about cars but come one. I would rate zero stars if I could!

Three young individuals were working the counter as I walked in on a Monday afternoon. The guy that started helping me seemed to be confused as I descibed the parts I needed. I guess he was new because he needed help. He also was distraced by two girls who were having a conversation with the other two other counter sales reps. The service was so so they were not rude with their words as they spoke politely to me, but they were very rude by thier body language.

Two young people were managing the store. The young woman was courteous and professional on the phone. The young man was very knowledgeable about the parts I needed, gave me a selection, and offered to do the service on the spot instead of me replacing the part myself. He was able to answer questions about other items I plan to buy in the future & offered good advice. The prices of the top-brand item I needed was a little lower than the other 3 auto supply retailers I checked before in the area, and the customer service was very good. I will be back!
