  When I tell you this is the best Jaguar parts shop I have ever found, I mean it. They personally helped me find the correct parts that I needed for my Series 1 Jaguar XJ6 when I had the car torn apart and was in a bit of a pickle. Even better, they have these parts local and for pick up, which for classic Jaguar parts, is extremely rare and unheard of. The amount of knowledge and help they provided me is extremely valuable and I could not recommend them more. Give them a quick call for all of your parts needs.

  The one star reviews are completely fake. This is the ONLY place you should go in the Inland Empire West area for service & parts if you're a classic Jaguar owner. The crew at Exotic is beyond knowledgeable, genuine parts priced fair & service rates competitive, and they build customer relationships that last the lifetime of Jaguar ownership. Can't recommend highly enough.

  I don't understand the negative reviews. I've used Exotic for 20 years and always been happy with their service. As to the quality of parts, it seems that there has been a general decline over the years. I've bought parts with official Jaguar labeling that were defective, from other reputable Jaguar parts suppliers as well as Exotic. The truth is Jaguar, and probably every manufacturer these days, makes nothing themselves. They simply "source it" from the cheapest supplier and slap a label on it. At least Exotic takes it back for full refund.

  Pretty pricy for parts you should be getting genuine name brand parts for the price,kits were missing parts,the show room was not impressing at all just some junk crates to make it look used not happy

  Receptionist, front office person answering phones was very rude and took it upon herself to make decisions for the owner without telling the owner. Very rude person.
