Needed an O2 sensor. I was quoted $42 plus change. I drove from West Covina to the Upland store.
The counter guy was helpful but struggling to find the part. When he did, the cost was higher than quoted and higher than several other parts stores.
The person I spoke to on the phone took my name and verified that I was going to the Upland location
These guys saved us! We needed a wheel bearing pressed out then new one in. They did it while we waited! What a life saver. They also have auto parts anx do auto/truck machine work. DEFINITELY a shop to know about!
This is one of the few places that stocks almost every part of the car.
However, I have received the wrong parts for one of my cars more often than not.
So this has had me make multiple trips just to get the right part.
It has happened when it comes to shocks, struts and sway bars.
Therefore, this shop is not up to speed and not knowledgeable when it comes to suspension of a car.
This place has lost my business!

Awesome customer service, best selection for auto parts, and the best prices! My go to place,if AutoZone/pep boys can't get it...They can usually same day too!
It's tucked away in a cul-de-sac but if you're able to find the place you're sure to find the parts. Tony, Johnny, Keith and J.D are very experienced and are sure to get you the right part the first time. No guess work.
