All around one of the best smog places I've been. Very simple and fast to set up an appointment. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Even giving great advice unrelated to the smog. The actual check went by quite smoothly and only took a handful of minutes. Will definitely be returning next year, and telling friends and family to do the same!

Love this place! I asked with help putting oil in my car and he was so sweet and friendly! Called a minute before closing, but he told me to come right in. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Thanks so much for helping me :)

I just had an amazing experience with this shop! I overlooked the fact that I needed a smog check on my Porsche. Rory, Not only got me in quickly, he was also very professional and a pleasure to talk with. The shop was very clean and organized. I appreciate the work that Twin Peaks Auto Service provides. I called earlier(Wednesday) and asked if i could get my car smogged. Unfortunately they were swamped and had no openings. They informed me that they would be closed till the following Tuesday. They asked if i would be interested in receiving a phone call if anyone canceled. I agreed, but they called me shortly after and told me to bring it in at closing time and they would squeeze me in. Rory was nothing less than professional and managed to get me in and out of there in no time. I have also had other work done to other cars and would definitely go back.They are honest and fair priced. They make an effort to take of us locals. I would drive the distance for a good mechanic but fortunately that isn't necessary.

I have had my vehicle Smogged here for 12 yrs. Never disappointed in their efficient work. Easy to schedule your appointment on line. Appointment was done in a timely Manner. I recommend Twin Peaks Auto Service. Rory was GREAT 👍🏽

There is only one owner left, he sold the mechanic's side. He runs just the smog check and he was very pleasant very nice man. It only took maybe 20 minutes I would definitely recommend him.

I’ve been with Twin Peaks Auto for 23 years. I can’t express how thankful I am to have them servicing my vehicle. They tell it like it is, they don’t charge for things that are not needed. They continue to provide excellent service. If I ask for something they feel is not Immediately required, they explain why, and assure me they will let me know if they feel it needs to addressed it in the near future. Bottom line, I feel so lucky to have them in LAKE ARROWHEAD, CA.

Great experience getting my car smogged. I was able to set up my appt online on my phone. Easy! I picked a morning appt midweek and they were ready to take me right on time when I arrived. My appointment couldn’t have gone better. Not only Did my car pass smog. The technician was kind and helpful. The office staff also kind and helpful. Extra person in the garage helped me out. Got me to the right places even offered to drive my car up. Great job I really enjoyed my experience. that’s never never happened getting a smog before.

I just moved up to this area and the service at this repair shop was excellent had to have my Toyota smog price very reasonable and nice people specially the gentlemen in the office they love animals and so do I will do service again👍👍
