Frank is an awesome guy and is well organized. Everything Pontiac. All the parts are in great condition and it's a very professional serious business. From what I was able to see vehicles ranged between 1960s to 1980s.
Just received parts for my 70 GTO and came in exactly as described. Have bought a few hard to find parts and everything was in good shape. Spoke to a woman on phone, believe her name is Kris( sorry if you spell it differently) and she was very polite and courteous. In an industry where it is getting difficult finding good aftermarket parts and is almost impossible, it's good to know that there are places like yours that will help individuals like us keep these Pontiacs on the road. And for Frank, after reading your responses to some of the reviews, I understand exactly what you are talking about as I'm also in a retail environment. I choose not to leave bad reviews on anyone and make my own choice to just move on for various reasons. Just know that every time I called you guys I've had good experiences. You are one of my go to places for parts now.
I found the customer service to be extremely rude over the phone, which I could tolerate. However, when I requested a photo of the date code and ID number to ensure it wasn't faded, I was told that they only take one picture of the alternator. I then asked if it would be possible for someone to take an additional photo or simply check if the text was clear—both requests were met with a firm "No."
What's more frustrating is that they expect customers to purchase with no returns, no credits, and exorbitant shipping fees. I had previously bought from them once, but after this experience, I will never purchase from them again.
I've bought parts from them a few times over the years. Never had an issue. Honest with their descriptions of the parts and everything I've ordered has been packaged appropriately.

I found some 67 headlight bezels on Frank's website that looked to be in good shape so I called and ordered them. Very nice customer service, order was placed, and paid for. When I got them, instead of packaging them to ensure no damage was done to the 58 year old chrome (for instance back-to-back), the bezels were packaged using shrink wrap face-to-back. When I took the shrink wrap off, there were noticeable scratches in multiple places where the back of one bezel scratched the front chrome side of the other. I was amazed at the fact that Frank's is a used parts seller and the condition of parts they sell is "everything" yet someone in the shipping department packaged these with no sense of preserving the condition. We sent Frank's an email describing the condition with pictures and received no response for over a week. So we called them and they acknowledged they received my email but would not do anything about it. Was very rude as well. I won't buy anything else from Frank's.
Found a rare and needed part for my Pontiac, found the part listed online and I called to purchase. Straightforward easy transaction and had the part the same week!! Part was in excellent condition as pictured and described. So glad I found Franks or I'd be not driving my car!! Thanks ?
Great people with a vast knowledge of the vehicles. ( There is a FB ad under his name which is a scam trying to make you believe it is frank this is Fake !! - Just go to the web page or ring them they're always really helpful).
I ordered a tail light set in August paid for it in full now its January 2024and he keeps blowing me off saying that the part is in transit.it doesn't take 7months to ship a light unit from California to muscle shoals Alabama.

Owning an old Pontiac presents it's challenges when it comes to finding replacement parts. Frank's has been my go to place multiple times for obtaining those hard to find parts. Helpful customer service, quick shipping.
Easy to deal with but you must know what you want and have to search their website write down all information of the part or parts you want then send via email is best . I would shop with Frank's anytime I am in Canada and they shipped directly to my address. And if you are looking for a specific item you will have to look everyday as things come in all the time and get sold quick for some items .
We made a simple mistake and ordered the incorrect timing cover, called and not willing to help, the correct part is 100 cheaper, offered to evenly trade and they keep the difference and not willing to help, these arent car people nor reflect the compassion car people do, we are building a car for a long time employee, not going to be buuing anything from these people, they are perfext though, theu dont make mistakes according to the person that answered. Horrible Sevice !!!!

Have ordered Trans am parts for my 2nd gen They have used and new parts a very large selection. If you are looking for the part you can’t find, chances are they might have it.
Terrible customer service, and nearly useless website.
Their site has a TON of parts that are listed, that are not actually for sale. If you call or email them about what the prices were, they tell you they don't keep track of the information. The end. No offer to try to find out information.
I mean, it's on the website, SURELY someone had to upload it in the first place, and change it from the price, to "Sold"....couldn't even ask them? No invoices? No database?
What kind of company doesn't keep track of things they sell? And why keep up photos of parts that are so long gone, that no one even knows anything about them?
Even if you want to claim that they're just a salvage yard (they're not), it's not that hard to create a database of things that get sold. You know. Invoices. Receipts. BASIC BOOKKEEPING.
It's almost 2022. Stop running your website/company like it's 1970.
And if the owners stand up to their pattern, they'll be a long shortly to say I'm a troll, or have never shopped with them, etc. Go ahead, stick to your script. Blame your customers, instead of fixing your problems.

The best! Drove over from Oceanside to find a trunk lid for my 64 pontiac catalina! The workers were so nice, and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. From my first call, to actually stepping foot inside the facility, I felt comfortable the whole way. Will definitely be back if they get a rear bumper in!
They need to fire her a#@, the woman who answers phones. I just spent $7000, on their competition. Because of their rudeness. My clients, employees , friends. Will never buy a single junk part from them. They forgot, it's more expensive to win back a customer, than keep one.
I first interacted with Kris via e-mail a few times over a pair of fenders for a '79 Trans Am. I made the trip from Las Vegas over cracked and desolate desert roads to pick them up. Both Kris and Frank were great to meet, so nice. I'd make the trip again for more parts in the future. Even the people in town were super friendly. It's not like that here in Las Vegas. Thanks!

I purchased a second generation Firebird body shell from Frank and it was exactly as advertised. I rust free starting point to help put my project back on track.
