I called about a Tesla model 3 hood and they reported that it was in excellent condition. Vehicle had been in an accident that damaged the front bumper, so I verified on 3 separate occasions that the hood was not damaged prior to driving an hour out to purchase the hood. They claimed that it was in great condition with no damage. Upon inspecting the hood when I arrived, there was notable damage where the hood was crumpled/buckled in the middle where the built-in crush zone is. Very disappointed. When I pointed out the damage, the salesman just replied "OK, that's fine" and walked away.

I was attended literally immediately upon arrival. In addition, all staff members were not only polite, but friendly. Prices are cheap. And they got everything! All types of brands .
Be carful buying from those guys. they sell there cores as good parts. they won't return anything or give the money back . they post the parts for cheap to get you in. once you buy you can never get your money worth or back. bought 3 different parts. got screwed over every time.
DO NOT BUY HERE. I came for a wheel hub for a BMW M6. They sold me a regular 6 series wheel hub instead of a M6 Wheel hub. M parts go for far more money than regular bmw parts. The mechanic has already installed it by then and it ended up damaging my rim since it was the wrong wheel hub. Going to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau for my damaged rim and for selling a item that was not advertised.
Lady on the phone is extremely rude and definitely not knowledgeable. Would not listen and they want me to pay for rhe windshield and they wont take credit card only zelle and “i cant come see the windshield and wait for them to pull it out”. Sounds very suspicious and other reviews are probably right this place is a scam.
The staff is incredibly helpful whether on the phone or in person. Great source for European take off OEM parts. Sourced a transmission for an Audi A4 Quattro, great price and after a full year with the transmission it's still operating like new 30k miles later.
I purchased one knuckle assembly that was complete. Went back next week to purchase the other side knuckle assembly but I had a family member pick it for me this time. Soon as I received the part I notice a major part was missing. I called to let them know that there is a part missing. She told me, what you bought was just the knuckle and it doesn't come with the other part. I explained her that I purchased one knuckle assembly complete why am I paying the same price for the other side that is incomplete. Lady was very rude, would not let me talk and would not help resolve the matter. I will not do business with them again.
We have bought 3 items from this location. The last item we bought was was a strarter. They put a battery jumper to it to show that it spins. Ok, we took a chance thinking that we have a 14 day warranty. We installed the starter and it bearly turned the engine. On the second attempt, the starter just froze. We removed it and called Empyre and explained our situation and that we needed a replacement starter. The genius on the phone explained to me that it was my bad engine killing good starters. And that he would not warranty the part because our engine was to blame. Just flat out refused to exchange the starter and just hung up the phone. So, with no real warranty, we opened the starter to find it completely rusted internally. Which means it had sat submerged in water for a long time. They just cleaned the outside and lied about a 14 day warranty. Look closely and tell me I am wrong. There was a lot of rudeness from the fella over the phone. Not even with a Full Refund would I ever buy from these people. Just call them, chat with them over the phone. You'll see the have No Customer Service etiquette at all. We quickly called our friends at another location, who gave us a actual good working order. It started the engine with no issues several times, and still working 2 weeks later. Don't waist your time and money. Look somewhere else. Best of luck to everyone.
Great place to obtain hard to find parts. We all have our tendencies to buy cheap over the net, and end up paying a heavy cost for shipping. I like to buy my parts locally, cheap, pay the taxes, but still have the ability to get an exchange or credits for other parts if my parts are not proper fitting, or just poor value.
If I could give no stars I would. This is our second experience using Empyre Auto Parts the first time they claimed the cylinder head for a BMW worked great. Had it sent to a Shop in Riverside to do the repair and it was a non working part. We tried them again yesterday for a front drivers side seat track for a MBZ. Called a few times to make sure they had it ready for us because they don't deliver to Orange County. So I spent two hours there and two hours back only to receive the WRONG side they gave me. My boss is the mechanic and I should've known better to look at the correct part. So we called them and they swear they gave me the left side and kept arguing with us. Wasted our time. Today went back AGAIN for the correct part and couldn't even get an apology or nothing. Never doing business with these guys again. CHEAP PARTS = WARNING
