Me and my partner work for Schneider our truck broke down at intersection Jimmy came in swift timing explained what he was doing when hooking up to our truck and what the process would look like amazing driver.
An absolute scam. Have delayed recovery of cars intentionally. They've towed cars with animals inside and prevented owners from retrieving their animals. Completely out of line and against laws. We will be pursuing legal action against this unlawful towing company for their international negligence.

Literally towed a vehicle stating one of the reasons being the "condition of vehicle" when asked a worker showed me pictures of the vehicle and stated it was dirty and showed me a picture of leaves behind the tire. They also claimed it was parked incorrectly. But the picture showed it within the lines but slightly crooked. When questioned about this his responce was that I should contact the mobile home park owner. No! You were the one claiming these reasons as part of why it was towed, NOT the park owner. Ultimately he stated it was towed due to it not being registered. It was registered Non Operational. Being perfectly legal seeing how it was on private property. Then the sticker adhered to the vehicle prior to it being towed stated it would be towed after 8:30pm but they towed it about 8 hours prior to that around noon. It was towed on 1-20 but on 1-21 they had invoiced it for towing fee plus 2 days storage. Ummm yeah! The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one was because the woman working behind the desk was actually professional and polite. The paper work was fumbled and filled out incorrectly with incorrect information. The sticker adhered to the vehicle prior to being towed was unreadable. The guy in the picture stated he wasn't the one that towed it but some how had all the photos on his phone he had in his hands that he stated was company property and couldn't show us or allow us to get the photos of the vehicle.
This place had my trailer wedged in the back I couldn't free it on my own. The tow guy had to come from home to help and was pissed at me for his screw up. Bad character all around.
Side note
They seriously need to know the difference between aggregate and gravel or at the least do a depth of 6 to 8 inches or a foot to be safe and It's very bad compaction back there almost nonexistent.

Jim the guy that came out to recover my truck was very courtious, didn't waste no time getting the job done and was very sociable, I enjoyed the ride as coversated to the drop yard.
I had a car that my name was on was taken here per Yucaipa Sheriff. DMV records had me as the person of liability for the vehicle but I didn’t get any notification regarding the car until they tried to go to Lein sale. I called 6 times trying to get information on the vehicle. Answers ranged from it being totaled to they need to go find it. I was told they would call me back twice, which that never happened. They were always polite but don’t know what they have. Called the day I was going to pick it up and was then told I need to get a release from the Sheriffs Department. They never mentioned that before. Got all that and came to get the car. The police report says a key was with the car. The company gave me the car with no key. They kept saying they didn’t have it. There were multiple keys all over and non had tags saying what car they went to. Very disorganized place. Now have to get a key made because they lost it. Very disorganized group. The only reason they are getting a star is because they were polite.
Edit: after continuing to proceed with my civil case this company used my personal information to contact my father and his place of business to complain about me. This is unacceptable and a huge breach of data privacy laws not to meantion childish i am 30 years old and this company decided to cry to my dad like i was a misbehaving 10 year old.
Predatory towing service my car towed out of albertsons parking lot 7 minutes after I parked. Spoke with albertsons manager says they started hooking my car up then knocked on the door asking for authorization which the night manager named Jennifer signed off on. Albertsons is refunding me but I will be filing a civil suit against this company. Predatory in every way and no posted signs on the Cyprus entrance that parking was not alloud even albertsons manager walked with me and agreed that the correct signage was missing
They illegally towed my car for supposed overnight parking in the the parking lot of the building that I own while I was working late this evening. I thought it was stolen until the police told me that it had been towed.
The worst people don't have a heart, that's why they have this job, because it's a job where you don't have to have good feelings, they didn't even lift the car from the Mobile Home Park, I dropped something off and when I left, the tow truck was already taking it, without caring at all It didn't even last 3 minutes leaving the delivery, so carefully, the Mobile Home Park was in 34111 Wildwood Canyon Rd, Yucaipa CA
Quite possibly one of the worst tow companies in regards of price $ 783.77 for 1 vehicle being in their yard 2 days ?!?!?! That's less than 4 miles from that yard.
Scheduled a tow truck to assist with the off loading of a trailer from a larger shipping truck. They were super accommodating with last minute time changes due to delivery delays. Christina was fantastic in trouble shooting what became a complicated task. She was professional, on-time, and great at her job. Thank you!
Jacob was great! I locked my car keys and my phone in my car in a Trader Joe's parking lot. His truck was parked next to mine and when he walked up, I asked if he could unlock my car door. He didn't have the equipment on hand so he left, got the equipment, and returned to help me out! He was incredibly kind and dedicated. He went above and beyond to help - I would 10/10 recommend Jacob at Bill and Wags
No sane person would willingly give this greasy scam joint their business so they work on contract picking up vehicles overnight, charging hundreds to get it back. Guys behind the counter have an IQ of 6 if I had to guess. (That's everyone combined) criminals will be criminals I guess. Stay away.
My customers vehicle was stolen and recovered by the police department in Loma Linda and towed by Bill and wags to there impound. Mike called ahead to understand the process and to pick up the van and when he arrived was turned away needing a release from the city to get the vehicle. Mike went to City Hall in Loma Linda and couldn’t get the release without the registration. The Registration is in the impounded vehicle at Bill and wags. So it remains another day there and more fees. Mike called them in advance to get his vehicle but the tow company offered no information to help this elderly man. Bill and Wags certainly knew the process and could have offered to retrieve the registration from the glove compartment. It’s a bad week for Mike. Vehicle stolen then messed up by the tow company. What a wonderful world we live in.
Scam artist dishonest people. Extremely rude. Not dealing with them, Lawsuit is brewing. Unlawful. Rude, don't get caught with these idiots. They are full scammers!! You waste time trying to talk to them, take it to court. They have no documentation or proof they are following tow law.
Carol was very unprofessional and provided the worst customer service experience. All the low ratings for this towing company are true. They provide wrongful information, rip people off, and claim to not have a manager you can talk to. I hate giving reviews but the service provided by this business was unacceptable.
Bill and wags behind the desk people leaves you on hold for ever if you ask them please brake down the charges for me, and the never give you a correct amount to pay.
They towed my car a few miles to there place and they stored it for only one night and they are asking me to pay $820.
I asked to breakdown the bill for me and they’ve never did, they said you will have to pay or will put lean sale on your car and send you to collection.

You have better odds getting back on the road walking into traffic. This company is absolutely useless. They do not provide roadside service they will not tow for under 500; if you were referred by your insurance or AAA ask for anyone else. Still stuck on the side of the road for almost 4 hours thanks to empty promises.
Dont EVER park in or even a centimeter over a fire lane or they will tow your car!! One of the guys was extremely rude to one of my clients who was here to pick up her son. Had her hazards on and ran out as soon as she saw him and he still charged her $120 just to put her car down. I understand it's their job but to talk down on me and my client on my own property is crazy. Dont ever use this tow company!!!!

I find it disturbing that the reviews are already stating that this company is suspected of stealing personal property. We had to wait an hour and a half while this company would even release my sisters car even after she called ahead and they said they would have paperwork ready for her on arrival. This was after they sped off with her car as we flagged them down and while they were on private property. The car was not in neutral as they drove off with her car. Literally hadn't even had the car lifted yet as we flagged them down. Surprisingly we got to their yard before the tow truck driver, even though he had sped off a good 20 minutes before. When they got to their yard they didn't want to provide a receipt for payments. Made us wait an hour before they finally gave us a receipt with a false narrative of events. They claimed that they had no true manager to contact when asked. Overall, this was an illegal tow due to the fact that their yard was outside the legal area of 10 miles from tow location.
