Asked older man if i can return a car part if i dont use it. He said as long as i dont use it i can return it. Well i came in to return it because i didn't use it at all the guy asked him he said no he didn't say that so he lied which was not cool 200 bucks for part i dont need. As if they cant sell a part they sell thats new yea dumb business move but hope that helps someone. They lie
This is really the best place to get your parts. Friendly staff with a wealth of knowledge at more than decent prices. I don't go anywhere else at this point. Brian you da man!

Had a really great experience today with RFCP!!!: After calling 5 different part stores, in fact 1 even told me the had the C Clips i needed, i get to there shop and the very rude employee went to the back for 5 mins and said Sorry cant find them long story short I called RFCP got their amazing customer service, already even had the parts up front for me!!! Big Thanks to RFCP!
Friendly service, Parking spaces right in front of the building. Affordable Parts. Very reliable and can get the items very quickly. I went on a Tuesday and got tacos too at a taco stand next door for 1 dollar. Really good parts and tacos too honestly .
I manage a local shop, I ordered a part for a customers V.W. when I went to install it I found that it was the incorrect part number, I called back and the correct part number was magically twice the price...I asked for some help price wise as the job had been sold, told no. I had to have the part so fell for the scam hook , line , and sinker...When I told ED the manager that I had written all the checks that had been signed for me I would need to pay tomorrow when the boss gave me more checks, He proceeded to tell me I was steeling from him and not to talk anymore...His teeth are lucky my fist wasn't there...for sure...I have done business with this establishment in good faith in the past but was completely caught of guard to be accused of being a thief, when I was the one who was the bait and switch victim...Make sure you take the part and match it up before you leave this business or you may get the shaft also...I hope they get this fixed as I would love to continue to do business under legitimate conditions... very nice and polite staff , great services. if they don't have the part available they will get it for you same day and you could pick it up , I got the parts from this place that no one had it
Small place, but these guys have had everything I need that I can't find at the other big name stores. They don't usually have it in the store, but they have always been able to order it and either get it same day or next day.
This place is the best. I don't know how I could keep my cars running if I didn't live so close to here. I can call up and order a part in the morning and go pick it up that same afternoon. Sure the price may not be the cheapest but its well worth it to get something that you need same day.
They have parts in stock for my 240sx and 330i for a good price. Very pleased with my purchases. If you don't want to waste time ordering parts online or can't find what you are looking for at autozone etc, check Rancho Foreign out. Most of the times they will have the parts you are looking for.
I thought i was purchasing quality parts for my european car. I guess not. The part barely lasted 10k miles. Not even a year on my car!! And part failed. I contact the owner/manager. And couldnt get my parts warrantied or even swapped!! In the automotive and fleet industry, this is a bad business relationship. I believed in keepin the economy in our community, to the smaller businesses competing against the big corporate auto parts businesses surrounding area. I will definetely take my money to the business that will accomadate if a product they sell fails.
I love that places like this exist!! My older Honda has parts that aren't as easy to find, and therefore are on constant markup elsewhere (it is criminal). Honesty and friendly service!
best store ever...i am an euro hard core fanatic..and this store has help me with everything..i honestly have bought thousands of parts...im a member of a carclub and all of us always go there...its been our store for years..
One of my favorite places to go get parts for my 1971 VW Bus. The staff is very helpful and either have the parts I'm looking for or are willing to order them for me.
