Last call to pick up your belongings from your car is 4:00pm at the latest. I arrived at 4:20PM Tuesday evening (09/09/2025) they would not allow me to enter to retrieve my belongings. Over the phone I was told that 4:30PM was the last call to enter the lot. The individual at the desk stated that they didn't have anyone to bring the car to the front, they also stated that they take all your belongings and place them in the trunk of the vehicle. My car was brought here by Allstate after a hit and run accident. I am not happy about my belongings being touched without video evidence that nothing was taken without permission or misplaced. Several reviews on Google maps state that they had their belongings stolen. I hope very much I'm not one of the statistics.

Horrible place called this morning and explained I will be cutting it short to due work flow but what’s the latest I can arrive to pick up lady told me get here by 430 and we will load you which is completely understandable considering they close at 5 That being said I arrange for my tow truck to be on site by 4 and he was and I arrived at 415( all the way from Whittier ca) was speaking to them at 420 latest and was simply turned away by the lazy staff was told it takes 45min to and hour I said then why do you have your staff saying 430 is cut off and you turn me away 10 minutes early why? Why state 430 and it’s not even 430 guy just looked at me stupid … all Cause you want to go home early? Dont we all ? Guy was already on the fork lift to make matters worse worst horrible horrible place and lazy staff in talking to insurance to have them deliver the truck since they bring it here not by my choice screw compare and it’s lazy management

BUYES BEWARE. CHECK YOUR VIN #'S THERES PARTIAL INCOMPLETE REPAIRS. PEOPLE BUY REALLY MESSED UP CARS FROM OTHER AUCTIONS. THEY DO A LITTLE FIXING, AND THEY PUT THEM BACK FOR SALE.

I would be wonderful if the people at this location could read as a start. Big sign on the car that got thrown in the boot saying do not start no oil, and then put up a pic of it running. Stupid waiting times

They stole from my car, when I told the guy in the yard and a woman at the front desk, they weren't even surprised. They just said to work it out with my insurance. One of those items was a gift from my dad who passed away. I am going to get to the bottom of this because this is unforgivable and unfathomable.

Us transporters don’t have all day to wait here we loose money sitting waiting to PU. What’s the point of the appointment if your are going to bring the car 2 hours after the appointment? Hope you guys solve this issue

The woman at the counter is extremely unprofessional and rude for no reason, this woman needs to be fired. Copart is a big corporation and they have a big customer base. Employees like her are making a buying process of harder for customers. This is unacceptable behavior by a copart employee. I will not be coming back to this location because of this woman

This was my first time there, and the front desk staff were indifferent to me. Then I registered as a visitor on the app, but I didn't receive any information. My visit was marked as completed even though I didn't receive any messages. Maybe the company is too famous and they don't care about losing customers. It was a terrible experience.

They listed a van as “run & drive”. Went to go see the van. Tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t start, it only cranked. Used a jump box, still didn’t start. Pictures clearly showed it started with a half tank of gas. IDK if they messed with the van? They also don’t allow scanners. They have a person watch you as you inspect a vehicle.

Buyers and dealerships beware. I've been buying from all copart locations in socal without a problem except for this branch, they are lying thieves that will sell you broken engines as run and drives, different transmissions than offered, the list of complaints is long. Don't buy from this location

Thieves they will steel your money. It’s like a freaking highway robbery they will add fees left and right fees that don’t even make sense stay away buy from another auction. No ethics will never ever buy from these thieves again stay a way,I wish I could give them -5 stars .

If they are going to charge me over $1000 for buyer fees!!! They should at least treat me good. First of all the bathroom here is disgusting it’s just a portable potty, for a location that makes $200k-$500k per auction!!! I would at least expect cleanliness and customer service. Now to go inside, it’s just a bunch of robot looking like people doing meaningless work on the computer to seem like they are busy!!!! What a shame Copart!! Step up your game and actually use your profits to invest in this location and better it up!! And I also had to wait hours for a vehicle!! My appointment was at 3 PM I did not get it until 6PM!!

Absolutely garbage customer service here. Waited over 3 hours to pick up a title. The General Manager and staff are a complete waste of space and assets to Copart. Needless to say the little puppets inside on computers doing robotic work. Hopefully AI takes this space soon so we don’t have to deal with these airheads.

I finished loading my car. Give me my title so I can go. What's the point of having me wait 80 minutes? I don't mind waiting. I'm a truck driver. It's what I do, wait. But that's not efficient for you. I have a big rig that's taking a spot in your yard. The sooner I leave, the better for you so other drivers can come in and park easily. That's what happens when you have women running the system. Any system run by women is a total disaster

I had my Vehicle stored at this location and was ransacked while there , over $1,300 with of tools was stolen along with personal papers that were in the glove compartment. When I contacted the company they were no help and would not take any ownership for how my vehicle was left and items stole .

Sold my truck to them, I got more than I was expecting and more than people offered me when I posted on offerup. Would've been 5 stars except the fact that when they picked it up they forgot to bring paperwork for me to sign. They DID send out someone the next day but knocked on the wrong door so I had to drive to them to sign the papers. All said, they have a good operation going that just needs some kinks worked out.

I can’t even start to explain how Unprofessional these kids behind the counter are. I’m literally standing there and know one acknowledges me. Then when some one does they have an attitude. I had to wait for Zachary to finish telling a story about how he had a Customer wait to get something out of his car and instead of helping him Zachary went to take his lunch and an hour later the guy is still waiting. How disrespectful can you be that your telling this story to another person while a paying customer is waiting. Steven was the only one to help me and did not have a awful attitude…. Worse than the DMV

I've called more than 3 times just for me to speak to the GM or let him give me a call back and no call back yet from him. I don't think people that run businesses should be so disrespectful to their customers. It's really annoying calling for an issue to be resolved and they will treat you like a piece of trash. Items were stolen from my car , I asked to speak with a supervisor. He started his conversation with we are not responsible, we are the last place your vehicle ends up . I said well my cars much cleaner now then it was when it got towed. He acknowledged they cleaned it but still said no one took my items. It always seems the guilty partys . An employee even went to look in the back because she said sometimes stuff gets taken out of the cars.

I read so many reviews about them not being concerned about the customers time, but figured I'd give it a go anyway. There was a couple of lots I wanted to preview. At arrival there's a bunch of signs on the doors. Read them all and then 'got in line' via the kiosk. After the hour or so wait I get called up. Only to be denied access. The lady tells me you have to have one of those reflective vest to go in. And certain shoes. Nothing on the door says any of this. Nothing on website where it encourages you to come take a look mentions any of this. Come on Copart. Smh

Horrible customer service with 4 hours of wait time for anybody to help you. Not my first time, but it is my last. When you ask Martha, the manager, why does it take 4 hours to help 12 peaople she will reply with this is how it is. Not that she and or upper management is incompetent and unable to delegate work to the poor employees that are asked to do a million things at once and are expected to do a job of 7 personal at one. Overworked and undermanned. Horrible place

I am coming to this place for more that 10 years, every year gets slower that year before, long waiting time at the office, long waiting time at the gate. I really don't know what to say. Every car pulled out with forklift cost to us (customer) $59, that's why I don't understand why you wait so long when it is not free!!! This is not a forklift guys problem, these guys at the office has a lot things to do. I think it a corporation problem of logistic.

Went to cash the check and their account had insufficient funds. They made up several stories about how only a bank manager could see their real balance and we just needed to wait and keep the check. The bank said they've never heard of such a thing. Bank balance is bank balance, there is no privilege for one bank employee or another. They eventually tried to fix it by giving us cash for the check but we had to incur an uber ride charge which they refused to reimburse us for. They also admitted that they frequently have this problem with their checks and people are unable to get their monies. Be careful and ask for cash. They won't tell you they offer that option instead of a check.

Longest wait time ever especially during lunch. Not sure why they can't schedule lunch so all the sudden 5 loaders are gone and only 1 works. Manager was helpful though in a couple of occasions.
