I had a great experience with this towing company. They were quick to respond, very professional, and handled my car with care. The driver arrived earlier than expected, was polite, and made sure everything was secure before towing. You can tell they care about doing the job right.

Great service today! Called AAA and Chico Towing was there in 20min. I requested a flat bed and that's what came. Absalon M. did a great job loading up my low car, he made sure to load/unload it as safely as possible.
Reached out to Chicos needing help with finding a roll back to get a forklift off the ground onto a flatbed. They didn't have the right equipment but they found a company that may be able to help. They were nice and tried to help as much as they could.
Broke down in a shopping center. My fuel pump was acting up and finally went out. Called AAA for a tow and Chico’s showed up. He asked for my keys told him they were in the ignition. He hops in my truck and starts cranking it for at least 6 seconds until he hears me yelling at him to stop. He says “what?” I tell him dude you are a tow truck driver I didn’t call you to try and start my truck for me. He doesn’t like that and hops right into his truck and leaves. Cancels my tow and forces me to call another. What a ignorant company.
Was told 10 min wait time that turned into an hour that then turned into 2 hours... going on 3 . Some nice gentlemen helped when they saw me changing my tire and I'm already having it fixed before these guys delay again
I called AAA to help with toy my 1967 Ford Mustang and the driver from Chico's Towing told me he'll be here in 12 minutes and then told me that past 15 minutes past 20 minutes past no driver showed up I called the driver back he said my order was canceled he didn't know why so I called dispatch she couldn't tell me why and no one notified me of being canceled Chico's Towing in notify my AAA either they should have been professional and handle it and tell my AAA that was canceled for whatever reason it was they did not they have bad phone etiquette the lady does not know how to answer a phone and rude on top of that
Chicos towing is Horrible. I have AAA premier membership and when I called to ask where they where because I had been waiting for over an 1 1/2 hours the guy said it would be another 20 min. I said why so long we have been waiting a long time. He said oh well of you want me to cancel the tow I will then hung up.I immediately got on the phone to AAA to complain about the horrible service.

I called Aaa for a help for a flat tire and the driver from Chico stole my rim cap. Instead of returning it, he said I was having a mental break down. Be careful. This is the second time I get my caps stolen. It happened in 2016 when I got a flat tire in the freeway and the tow truck driver took both the extra and the flat tire’s rim cap I couldn’t do a thing before or now. It’s horribly frustrating, especially when you’re a senior. THEY DON’T DESERVE YO HAVE A AAA STICKER ON THEIR TRUCK!!!
