We had an issue with my sisters car earlier this year and a few mechanic shops in our area were quoting us over $5k for a new engine. The car is older and I just didn't think investing over $5k was going to be worth it for an older car. We decided it would be best to just sell the car for parts/junk it. When we contacted this business the gentlemen asked me why not fix it and I told him why. He asked to see/diagnose the car and few days later quoted the work parts and labor for a fraction of the price of other mechanics with WARRANTY! We were stoked and couldn't believe it. This place saved my sisters car and she's back on the road and gained her independency/confidence back. I'm so happy I don't have to share my car with her anymore. Thank you AA Imports!!!

I recently inquired about a 2009 Mazda 3 transmission listed on Copart. Over the phone, I was told the car had 70,000 miles, so I drove 40 miles (one way) to see it in person. Upon arrival, I was escorted to the car, only to find that the mileage was actually 170,000 miles. When I pointed this out, the agent denied it and showed no concern about the misinformation or the inconvenience caused. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste time.
U wonder why this place has 3 stars…people in the office are lousy!! They hate sitting down! Customer service is trash! 1st time and last time i stop here. By the way this is coming from a business owner, i do labor and office work…i feel bad for this company, STAY AWAY
Sergio spent a great deal of time with me on the phone about my Toyoya Matrix. Really good guy even resourced an auto body shop to install the part for me too. Can't say enough good things about Sergio. Thank you!
If the guy at the front desk doesn’t like his job tell him to go find another one that will pay him what he thinks her worth because clearly he hates his job . Bad attitude bad service. You lost a TON of potential business.
