Out of all my years in the vehicle repair/sales industry. I have NEVER experienced the TERRIBLE and rude treatment I have gotten from this parts store. They offered me a really reasonable price for an engine that was apparently "running just fine" in the donor vehicle they removed it from but the only issue was the oil pan was bent. This was absolutely not true. They misrepresented the motor. I had to spend an extra $2000 in parts and labor because they had left the engine in the rain with rust in areas that damaged the engine and had several broken bolts that we had to re bore a new thread into at a machine shop to get it to work. I called back and explained the situation and they just said to return the engine for the momey back after I have already started on the project. The person answering the phone at this location was extremely rude and condecending. He told me the manager wasnt there. Then he said I cant speak to the manager, then changed his story again and said he is the manager. I asked why he pretends to not be the manager and he screamed at me and hung up the phone. Very child like immature behavior. I would recommend no one purchase anything from this company. AVOID AT ALL COST
Picked up a Volvo engine here. The folks working here were quite friendly and helped me load the engine onto my truck. The office was also comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience at this place.
I love this wreaking yard! Tony is the best! Always willing to go out of his way to go the extra miles to get me what I need. I recommend this junk yard! They always give me the best deals.
People working at this place are very rude and they do not appreciate your time or business. They told me the part is available in a mint condition. It took me 1 hour driving to arrive. they showed me the part that was in a very bad condition and it had 2 long deep scratches on it. So i asked for a discount. He said i will double the price. As a car dealer I didn’t want to waste more time to find the part so I accepted the price. That is when the owner said i will not sell you the part. I first thought he was joking and then i found out that he is serious. So do not waste your time with in this place as it depends on the owners mood he might or not sell you the part. they were very rude and impolite simply scamming.

After he asked me what color and all information he said yes we have it and it’s in very good condition
I went there and i surprised the door wasn’t in good condition
There is scratches on it and big dent
I said okay any chance to give me a discount on it
He was very rude and he said it’s not for sale

I was told about this place by q coworker of mine after being directed his way due to his knowledge with cars. The power window switch button for the driver's side in my mom's car broke in a manner where the button itself was the only issue. There wasn't any issue with the electrical components of the switch. When I presented this issue here they immediately managed to find the part in their stock and told me they did have one for the exact make model and year of my mom's 15 Nissan Versa. In reality I only needed the physical button not the whole electrical components and what not and I mentioned that to them too but I was given a justified reason as to why they couldn't let me walk away with that tiny piece; however at the given rate and amazing discount I was given by the kindest of gentlemen who work there, I couldn't say no. I should've never doubted the wise words I was given by my coworker and I should've started my search here. Never will I try so hard to find another spot and fail miserably after being horribly let down by Nissan Parts Plus. Im grateful to my coworker and the amazing workers at this place of business. Will be my number 1 go to when it comes to car parts now. Definitely recommend even if you have to go out of your way to get there.
They sold me a transmission. Said there was a 6 month warranty. Within first test drive it was shifting horribly. They then said it was a washer on the oil pressure sensor causing it. They are wrong and don't know what they doing at all. They did not honor their warranty and said whoever installed it is responsible. They suck. They are horrible people. Don't waste your time
Was there to do some work for the owner, but this place is different from just any junkyard....the people that run the place are some very down to earth
People that are most helpful when you need something specific....and as for the price.....it may not be a pick a part price....but it's the next best thing without having to do it yourself! My experience here was a most pleasant one....and dealing with the owner was as real as it can get when it came to fit the bill.....I do for you...you do for me...we both get what we wanted and satisfaction is achieved....business as it should be.......Respectfully!
I called for a transmission and Ivan gave me a price and then he went back on his word and wanted $500.00 dollars more... This is not the way to do business... I tried talking to the owner but there are two guys answering the phones so they never put the owner on the phone...These guys are going to run this business to the ground..
