The worts Copart Yard Location, they sell Clean Title Vehicles but at the time you Register the vehicle it turns out to be Salvage Title? They don't help you at all when you make a complain! Caution on this yard to all members!!! Also the price of the supposely vehicle is high however is just a scam. Do research on google before buying instead of believing their Estimate Value. Copart is wortless, is either car has no air bags, dashboards, or stolen catalyst but there is always something. I recommend other Auction instead of this!
They’re terrible. Came to grab my things out my car before they total it. All my stuff was in a trash bag, including the trash that was left in my car. They couldn’t at least separate the trash from my clothes and other belongings. I just left everything else for trash because that’s gross. Also, the wait time is insane. I was told I had to wait about 15 minutes so I waited in my car and was told I would be called when they were ready for me. Half an hour later, still no phone call received. I walked in and the man said he was about to call me but that he got busy. This is understandable but at the same time, it only takes one minute to call me and let me know they’re ready. Then, after seeing my car, I came back in to receive paperwork which was left and there is another unnecessary long wait time. Rather than attend to the customer standing right in front of them, they are more worried about those on the phone. Now, I have no idea where the man went who was helping me and it has now been another 15 minutes. Terrible place. Only reason I’m here is because this is where my insurance chose to send my car to. They also stole many things from my car. I have many missing items. Low lives.
This business has no interest in helping their customers. I’ve towed from here twice, they will decide whether your towing arrangement is acceptable. The Mexican loader operator lied to me and said that he would let me back in after he forced me out of the yard when I needed to cut a little metal off the fenders on my dolly to fit a load on. Then he wouldn’t let me in again until the next day, even though it wasn’t even close to closing time. Try hard to do business elsewhere.

I would leave 0 stars for this unprofessional business. Who doesn’t give keys to the vehicles purchased and just makes up excuses this is unacceptable. Bought a vehicle over $15,000 and had it towed over 500 miles just for them not to give the key to tow truck driver.
Very sneaky. Stole my belongings. Bad customer service. Bad communication. Seems like they really don’t give a “darn” about their sellers so I can only imagine how the treat their customers. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Do not buy from them.
Stupid on top of lazy. They claim they cant lift heavy truck yet the whole underneathe is damaged by the forks. They claim they dont move the trucks at all with the forks yet the location of where the tow truck dropped and the pictures online dont match. They speed with the cars and they jump up and damage underneath.
I live in the neighborhood and this business is an eyesore. Don't appreciate all the semi trucks driving through neighborhood creating noise and pollution. The trucks are destroying the street in front of the driveway, which is a shame because the streets were just redone. Much of the landscaping is dead/dying. Bad location for this type of business. Should have been located near a freeway away from residential areas.
Our car was towed to this place, we went to pick up our stuff out of our vehicle and everything worth of value was gone. Everything And my wife's wallet was gone. The children's medical cards, her credit cards, ids. My iPhone 12, two android phones, dash cam, My car stereo my Bluetooth speaker. Anything that we had in our car worth of Value was gone. We are filing a police report and will be going to court over this.
Semi trucks cannot get in from the entrance (will get stuck). There are no signs saying this and the staff will say it happens all the time and tell you to call a towing company. If it happens all the time why don’t you put a sign or fix your driveway. Don’t come here with a semi. You will get stuck and staff will not help. You’ll end up paying over 2k for towing and lose your day. Horrible place.
