I was concerned about the small tricky space that my container would be going since I live in Lake arrowhead I was Able call Rick and he returned my call promptly it was easy to communicate with Rick and send photos of my space. He delivered my container and put it in a very tight spot. Great job very pleased..
R&R is fantastic! Rescued my dead car (&me) from the side of the road in the desert in October. Towed me to a great mechanic (blown engine so no hope) and then into Victorville. Driver was professional, courteous, friendly. All in all the best experience you can have in this situation.

My dad’s truck was buried up to the axels in sand out in Johnson Valley with his toy hauler attached. Called these guys and they responded in about 30 minutes. 15 minutes later dad was on his way. 5 stars!! Clutch
We broke down in the area. Was able to be picked up fast and brought to a Napa for a new alternator. Thankfully had room for all three of us and our dog. Nice friendly service. Rick was awesome

I have used R&R Towing multiple times. Once was for a prearranged deal for Mr. Rick to pick up a 20 foot long container in Long Beach and bring to our property in Lucerne Valley. There was no issue, and the cost was more than fair. Just as it was for the time he relocated an RV for us during a break down. Rick is very courteous, polite, and a great businessman.
Rick was amazing! My dear friends were stranded part way into the first leg of the trip out of state and Boom out goes a tire on the trailer, well it turns out the tire is the axel piece and trailer isn't going on the trip. He (Rick) swooped it up and towed it back and on with the trip, uhual in tow and the vacation continues, and trailer is safe at my house awaiting their return! He was kind, he came faster than we were expecting to get us out of the heat. Got everything loaded and delivered it easily. He even put it exactly where we needed it to go and put a big log to hold it up in place. Great service, went above and beyond! Reasonable price! Thank you

Rick was great! Our truck broke down during off-roading, and AAA wasn't able to dispatch any towing company. We called Rick, and he was at our location within 20 minutes.

Rick was a life saver. We got stuck on a dirt road about a mile off the hwy 18. He showed up less than 20 minutes after we called. We were really stuck out there spinning our tires and he was able to pull us right out. Thanks Rick! There’s no way AAA would’ve been able to get us out.
Was extremely punctual, arrived exactly on the time that we had discussed. I was under a lot of stress to get my car into a transmission shop before they closed at 5 and him being on time really helped with that. The only thing I could say is a payment system is a little inconvenient because it took them almost a week and a half to take my payment out of my account.
I had one of my company service vehicles shut down on hwy 18 on the edge of Big Bear. Rick with R&R was friendly, professional, & timely getting to my truck and driver and towing to our repair shop in Victorville. I broke down in a little town outside of the Mojave Desert about 360 miles from home. We called several places and R&R was professional and a good value for the long trip. Rick was our tow driver, he was professional and arrived when he thought he would to pick the truck up and to deliver it home. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you need towing and would definitely use them again in the unfortunate situation that I break down in that neck of the woods (or desert in this case) again. Rick got me out of a real bad jam, Semi tractor stuck in soft sand on a dirt road...I thought there was no help, the more I tried to get out the deeper the tires dug a hole. Finally I called around and found R&R Towing & that's when I met Rick, a guy who wouldn't give up, we tried a few different methods but we were still in the hole but I'm thankful this guy came to the rescue, after about 2 hours we were out the whole lol....
I recommend R&R TOWING for low prices and great customer service! Another company close by wanted to charge $900 lol but I paid less with R&R TOWING:)

Needed a tow , as I was stuck in the sand and had my young kids with me and it was very windy. R&R towing got to us in a reasonable time frame . The driver was super friendly and calmed us right away. Great service !
