These guys were some of the kindest and most helpful people ever. I got a PPI done by them, which was done really well and throughly. They gave me a deal, and took half the price off the original quote off just out of the kindness of their own hearts. Then, I had some issues with it right as I started to drive it home, and they helped me diagnose it, and even gave me a tutorial on how to fix that issue, and how to do some other basic car maintenance. They’re an awesome group of people and I would 100% recommend to anyone!

I never let anyone touch my car because I’m always scared there going to mess it up , I came here because a lot of people recommended Cruz auto to get my air condition in my car repaired and honestly I’m glad I did come , I had a really good experience . My kids & I where really dying in this heat and Cruz auto really saved our life , they got my ac back to working normally like it use to before it went out . I see some reviews are stating they take longer then expected but honestly they have more then one car , what do you expect ? I don’t know about others but I rather wait and have my stuff done correctly then have someone rushing to get the work done and your back in a week or two . I will be recommending there services to others and I will also be back to get my car serviced again . Thank you again .

Great customer service! They took my truck even though it was close to closing time. Very knowledgeable and got my A/C going again. My family enjoyed the stay while we waiting. Waiting area was comfortable and they provided ice cold drinks and ice cream for the kiddos! Highly recommend!
I went into cruz auto after calling several other auto shops in the high desert. Not only did he give me the best price,but he was fast and extremely honest. The service took less time than I was quoted by other mechanics. I had my camera shop sensor replaced and I was able to use my own aftermarket part. I highly recommend their services. Very fast to work on vehicles. Was a wait to get ac charged, but had cold water and sodas for the people waiting in the lobby. Ice cold ac in waiting room. Would recommend to anyone. Ac is now fixed and working great.

On our way to San Diego from Utah, and our car got a flat. Most places were closed since it was a Sunday, and the auto place we tried before turned us away. We would have been stranded for the night, but the owner came after hours and went above and beyond to help us out! If we lived nearby, I would personally go here all the time! Very honest and knowledgeable! Goes the extra mile for the customer!
