I went there to get a car they told me nothing was wrong with it just needed tags and it 400 go to the dmv 900 they door don’t work I feel they was just trying to get rid of it knowing all the problems and was told they can’t do nothing about it

Keith was the assigned dispatcher for my company vehicle for The Ticket Terminator. Keith did a great job. His truck was nice and clean as well. He was a good vibe as well. I hope the owner sees this review and invests more into his employees like Keith so they can stay longer in case we need Kelly’s Towing again in the future. Keith showed no hesitation in helping me. Kelly's towing is the absolute best! I recently found myself in an urgent situation, needing to move 3 vehicles in one day from Hesperia to Wrightwood. Kelly's towing showed up quickly. The drivers were vert professional, respectful and skilled. I will absolutely call on this company in the future if I need a tow! The driver, Winters is one awesome dude too! Had to call AAA to get my classic car towed and they sent Kelly's Tow and they said it would be about hour and half wait but it was awesome cause the driver Brandon showed up 30 mins early and did a great Job! I had a breakdown and Kelley Towing came to my aid. Jeff from Kelley Towing was great!! He was efficient, professional, and personable. They called me and I knew where they were as I was waiting. I’ve had a few towing experiences in the past when I had my car breakdown, and this was actually the one where I had the most communication throughout. Needing a tow is never pleasant. Raymond on the other hand treated me like family, not like a customer. Not only 100% professional but so pleasant and helpful. The truck was in great shape too. Even the dispatcher was fantastic about getting me out of the cold quickly. Thank you Kelly and Raymond!!!!!!!
Had to call AAA on a Sunday night and Jeff with Kelley Towing was as kind and helpful as could be. He got my car safely off the busy shoulder and to my choice of tire shop so painlessly I almost forgot how sad I was just minutes ago about my shredded tire. Great company!! Excellent customer service. The Owner Chris was very nice over the phone was willing to help anyway he could without being expensive. The driver Raymon who came and towed the truck was very nice and professional and worked quick getting the car towed to where it needed to be also went the extra mile to wait and make sure the car was left in the right area. I appreciate you guys so much. Definitely will be going to them for towing services for now on.
It was Christmas evening. Contacted AAA and they advised us that Aguiar Towing would be picking up our disabled vehicle within an hour. 3 hours later Aguiar advised us that they didn't have anyone to pick us up. We contacted Kelly's towing directly and they worked out the details with AAA and arrived to get our vehicle within an hour. Great job Kelly Towing.
Brandon was my service technician and provided a great experience we had an amazing conversation and he was very professional and got my car hitched up and onto the back of the flat bed in a timely manner. May I also note that he insured that everything on the vehicle was secure and in place, I’ve had many experiences with bad towing company’s and drivers but I can say that this was by far one of the best technician I’ve dealt with
I locked my keys inside my car, called the insurance company for help. They sent out someone who was unable to unlock my car. insurance sent out Kelley’s Towing Inc and he was great unlocked my car quick. I recommend everyone who needs services to go to him!! My aunt locked her keys in her 07 Honda Accord. Called insurance company, they sent someone out and he wasn't able to get it unlocked. My car stopped out of no where at 1 am and I was looking on google for a 24 hr towing. The lady on the phone was very very helpful she told me to stay in my car until help arrived! Told me that her driver would get to my location in 30 minutes. Literally 15 min after we hung up he was there to save me! I didn’t catch his name but he’s the night driver. He was so friendly, very helpful, great conversation! Funny thing about it was that when I was driving through the back way (138) he was loading a bmw. And then he ended up saving me! I would definitely recommend this company to any one!
Had an unexpected flat. I believe ourntow truck driver name.was.ray. he had an a great uplifting happy attiude. Made us laugh give us smile. He also was quick to load and unload our car. And even quicker to change our tire. Excellent service great tow and better conversations
After having to stop on the side of the road in the freezing cold, Raymond came and helped me out. He’s very professional and a good dude overall. He made the process quick and easy and eve gave me a lift home. 10 out of 10 service this guy is great at what he does.
Raymond was awesome! He was courteous and professional. He took special care to make sure our Tesla (which had a flat tire) was properly secured for the vehicle type and made sure to explain how to properly secure the vehicle for help with future towing needs. Thank you for such good service!
So I had a blowout to start my morning, I called roadside assistance and in no time Ray the tow truck driver pulled up. This guy has amazing customer service and support, I’m telling you my day started rocky and Ray made everything so much better. I really appreciate his kind and friendly character. After dealing with me this guy deserves so much and at the least a Raise or an at the year end bonus, I’m not lying. If I ever had a problem again this is the person I would want to help me out, handled business quick, made sure I was good before parting ways, super cool, and a beast at his Job. Ray you are top tier in my book and I hope your company values the kind of person you are. Last but not least Kelly’s towing I hope you know you have a keeper so make sure to treat it as such. Where do I begin?? Ray is the definition of professionalism and efficiency. He arrived quickly, and had my car loaded on the flatbed in no time. He engaged in pleasant conversation, providing the highlight of a very stressful evening. His cab was clean, warm, smelled great, and was inviting. I would highly recommend Kelly's, but even more so Ray. He was fast, friendly, efficient and great company to have on my way home.
This company is absolutely amazing. I have a Tesla that lost its charge and I did not know what to do. I called my AAA and they contacted a company that did not service Teslas. I was told to contact Kelly’s Towing. Andrea who helped me with everything is so amazing. Charlie Brown the tow truck driver, absolutely amazing, Ryan the tow truck driver, absolutely amazing. This morning I was helped by RAYMOND. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. It was a stressful situation to deal with, as car troubles usually are. But he was able to keep my mind at ease and help explain to me the best advice going forward and advice I probably should have already known. I didn’t have anything on me to tip him or I honestly would have been extremely generous. Thank you again, Raymond. If I worked for this company and had the authority I would definitely keep this guy in mind when promotions are available. Not only did he do his job correctly, but he also had the ability to connect with myself, the customer, and make me truly appreciate that he was who was able to accommodate me today. That’s not something everyone can do in this line of work but it’s appreciated!
FYI-If you have AAA use it people. I was in a car accident and got charge $607.00 for storage and tow for a pick up at 5pm and got our car out the next day..... So upsetting, will never use this company again. No stars.....
Exceptional service for a "Keys locked in the truck" scenario. Tow operator used detail in making sure not to damage my truck while unlocking my door. He had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes, and even cleaned the windows before he left. Thank you!
My car was in accident and had to be taken to a body shop. They responded quickly to the dispatch and picked up my car within 20 mins from the time they were called. The gentleman that came to pick up my car was Fernando and he was really nice and professional. He had a good sense of humor and Lighten up the mood. He was very fast and reassured me that my car was going to be taken care of. Will definitely used them again, hopefully not due to the same circumstances.
Speedy service. They were dispatched to me through AAA. The estimated wait time was an hour and they got to me in 20 minutes. The driver, Justin was friendly and polite. The car being towed to our mechanic friend down the hill, but I could not go with because of our toddler and the time it would arrive. Graciously Justin called letting us know the car was delivered safely. Best towing experience thus far. Thank you so much.
