Employees are very helpful. Everything is organized in a way that it’s easy to navigate and to know where to go and to know what to do. The manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about California law. I really appreciate this place will be returning often.
I almost felt overwhelmed coming here for the first time today and was about to turn around and leave but I just asked a couple of people that work there a few questions on how to get things done and they put me at ease and one gentleman even rolled the net bins to my car. I forgot to get his name but thank you and he even picked up my credit card on the way out after I dropped it without knowing and handed it back to me. I'm so glad I found this place.

Words fall short of the praise AIM deserves. Extremely friendly customer service, expedite process. For example there was a pretty long line in front of me and I was weighed and paid in less than 10 min. I also left my dolly there. I got distracted and left it outside when I left l. They found it, watched the video of me leaving it, looked up my info and called me. How awesome is that?? I didn’t realize it was gone until I got back across town. I’m going to grab it tomorrow, but man I am grateful. I will never go anywhere else.
Works were very helpful...got there when it was a little windy some of my aluminum can flew away with the wind and one of the works seen and helped me recover them ....
Not in to recycling this type of aluminum but it was clean too. And all we got was 4$ I feel for the those that do pretty much live of doing this. (Wish I would have taken a photo of the aluminum) miss tye penny saver when you could see the competitive prices and get tye coupons. Yeah I'm old.
Just left AiM recycling and my first time going here was great. The attendants were prompt and very helpful, gentleman named Chad was informative. I highly recommend this recycling center.
Very kind employees, I loved how they explained why they don’t accept certain bottles. On previous places, the employees don’t interact much, and so it made things confusing because some accepted the bottles and other places did not, even though their sign had posted things differently. But, here they made it clear as to why. I received the amount I deserved for what I gave.

Best spot ever we showed up people were on the hustle. They didn’t care about nothing else but getting that money and you know the picture goes to approve that hard times flow on everybody and obviously they fell on his pants laughing out loud ha ha ha ha ha ha.
Always a good experience with aim. My usual recycling center closed unexpectedly and I found out about aim and have been going ever since. Everyone is friendly and helpful
They were very polite the building was surprisingly very clean and they gave me the money by the way I'd be happy to come back again and again and again continue business with them I say this is by far the best recycling place around
Heyy I had went to this recycling place w just a little bit and got a lot of money for what I had and the staff so good, the place is clean and even got a place to wash your hands such a good place to do your recycling. I’ll be back for sure. 5/5

Very clean, welcoming, helpful! Better prices than were I used to go.. workers are very helpful with carts and separating items, bringing you buckets. Will go back.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to sell their recyclables! It was my first time going here and will be coming back again. I had a young gentleman help me out today named Gerardo, very friendly, very helpful and amazing customer service. He made sure I understood exactly what items could be recycled and how to properly sort them and the pricing. Facility is as clean as can be! The staff was efficient and worked quickly to process your recyclables, minimizing any wait time. Keep up the great work everyone! 10/10 recommend.
Very friendly staff and informative about what's recyclable. Only place I will return to from now on. Honest and clean location. Trustworthy people, unlike other businesses up in the HD. We didn't feel ripped off.
