Be careful with this company. They towed my car and damaged it. They said they would take responsibility and only wanted to pay for the bumper. I told them they also damaged my intercooler and radiator support, but they didn't pay and just left me with my damaged car. Their staff is completely inexperienced. They speak poorly to you and are very rude on the phone.
Best tow company after being screwed around for 5 hours by AAA and G&M towing, A Action saved the day. Tow driver was professional and efficient. There response time was amazing. I definitely recommend this company.
Destroyed my fender, door and carbon fiber lip. Not equipped to tow cars without keys. They will damage your car and charge you an extra day. I'm pretty sure they used their fork lift to move my car as I saw them move another car with it. Just not with me there of course. Disgusting service! I had the unfortunate opportunity to get these guys with my stolen recovered car. Dont wish this service on anyone. Worst experience with a tow yard.
They gave us a bit of a run around, making us jump thru what seemed to b unnecessary hoops. Seemed hinky, to say the least. Either way, atleast their intelligent enough to know that they were not going to get away with anything other then giving my uncle his truck ;/... So, we got the truck & they get 3 stars for that much.
