Back in 2021 i got into a rollover accident at 2:30 in the morning. They showed up to get my car and were so nice despite me being s huge crying mess. They were super nice to me, answered all my questions as this was my first accident and I had no idea what to expect dealing with the accidents aftermath. Very honest company with great customer service. Tonight was my 2nd time dealing with Aguiar's Towing and if i could give more than 5 stars, i would in a heartbeat. I was driving home from a trip to Vegas and my serpentine belt snapped. When we called triple a they said that the tow truck would arrive to our location in about an hour. The driver arrived in less than 30 minutes and by the time all was said and done and we were on the road going home, it still hadn't even been the hour we were told it would take for the driver to arrive. The driver was super friendly and professional. But too be honest it's nothing less than I expected. Its always nice to deal with folks who are helpful, professional, and deliver prompt services when you need it most! Thank you to Aguiar's Towering for helping out when people need it most.
Tow truck driver Steven was very hospitable and had great service, send this man for every roadside assistance. Friendly and a hard working going out of his way to make sure he got the job done.

I got a flat in the freeway and after about an hour of trying to contact my insurance, and trying to send my location to another tow company, I called this company. They answered promptly, answered everything before I even asked and were on their way to save me. Our driver, Bryan, was SO NICE. It was much appreciated after a stressful event.

What a joke Aguilar towing is they’re known all over the high desert as a bad towing company almost as bad as rainy day anybody wants a good towing company everybody in the high desert knows it’s GNM towing. We’ve been waiting almost 2 hours for these guys to show up Through AAA horrible service Don’t recommend him call somebody else you won’t regret it. Nobody should sit inside of the road waiting for a tow truck for two hours especially when they’re triple AAA covered.
I've used them before and Edgar is the best in the high desert! They are triple aaa approved , today I had Bengi help me out from Aguiars ... my car got impounded to another tow place that was terrible..!!!!! to say the least . BENJI was professional, he was helpful, he called me in advance and he towed my vehicle back to my home ... I will use Aguiars In the High desert always ... his service was above and beyond!! They are the best
Eddie got to us fast, replaced the battery with the correct battery the previous aaa technician erroneously gave us and cleaned the terminals and did everything super fast. He was great.

Absolute extortion. They were tasked with towing my stolen vehicle a short distance. It was there less than 24 hours, but I was charged $70 a day for 2 days storage and $342 for the short tow. Costing me almost $500 to recover my STOLEN vehicle. I would never use them voluntarily. Complete ripoff.
Aguiar’s Towing came to assist after my husband’s serious accident that could have cost him his life. While the initial response was helpful, everything changed when their employee, Mendoza, showed up. Instead of providing support, he chose to record videos and take pictures to post on TikTok — mocking the situation with laughing emojis. This behavior was beyond unprofessional, it was cruel and disrespectful. I had to call the company myself to get the video taken down, yet I still have not received a single apology. No family should have to deal with this kind of treatment in such a traumatic moment.
We had a tire blowout on the freeway today, coming back from vacation, and still hours from home. I was worried we wouldn't find a tire shop that was open, but Basil from Aguiar's towing quickly got us to a place. We were back on the road an hour later. I can't thank you enough for making a scary situation be resolved so easily!!!
I came across one of the tow trucks on the freeway going over 80mph on the carpool lane with a vehicle attached. I know for a fact that a tow truck with an attached vehicle should not go beyond the second lane on the freeway and this was a very dangerous situation. I notified the company as it should not suffer because a careless driver
I was able to get amazing service from Aguiar's Towing working jointly with AAA. After the call with AAA, they called me to confirm my location and gave me an approximate ETA. After showing up, they confirmed the car couldn't start before towing it. They made it to the drop-off location a couple of minutes before I got there, and they unloaded the vehicle in a good location. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again along with AAA.
We had a catastrophic engine failure while towing our camper up the 15. Milton showed up and helped us out of the situation. They not only offered great advice, but also treated us with kindness and patience as we figured out our options. They turned a terrible situation into us feeling thankful and grateful that it happed where it did and we could receive the amazing support we received. .
Just a huge Thank You to Aguilar Towing! I live in Pinon Hills and needed my car towed yesterday and spoke with a few tow services and even set up service with the local service which didnt pan out. So I called Aguilar towing this morning,set up service I was told I have a driver in an hour and they were!..the driver Hector had my car up and to my house within 10mins. I couldn't be more grateful to you Aguilar towing. 5 Stars for me and I highly recommend this company.
My son locked my only set of keys in the trunk of the car without unlocking the car. I called for service and Ruben showed up to unlock my car. Even though he unlocked it, since it triggered the alarm he wasn’t able to open the trunk with the release button. But he didn’t give up! Ruben stayed till he found a way to unlock my trunk and get my keys back. Idk what I would have done. I’m so thankful, he was friendly, helpful and patient. Great service! Would definitely recommend!
This company exhibits nothing but pure professionalism! They were entrusted with the care and the transport of my matching numbers 1967 SS Convertible Camaro. Had an axle break and via AAA this towing service came. Not only did they come earlier than expected but Hector was kind, professional, and quick. When we got home Hector went above an beyond to make sure that the car was position in the correct way and even put in the bolt to stabilize the car's axle in the event we needed to move it-- we can move it forward and backward. We still have to get it fixed of course, but it was so kind of him to go that extra step.
Today I got stuck in some pretty bad soft dirt I was panicking I had to drop a kid off at school and was scared. That has never happened to me. I called in and got a quote she helped me calm down. I wasn't to sure if I could pay for anything I am so broke. she ended up keeping in touch checking in and I said yes. a young man came he was really fast I didn't catch either names but they were genuinely amazing and I would highly suggest them to anyone
I am so grateful for the gentleman that got me out of the side of the freeway and back home safe. Mind you I leave in Highland, CA and was stranded in Hesperia, CA after getting a flat tire due to a huge pothole on the 15-freeway. I was stranded on the Cajon Pass on a Friday afternoon!! AGUIARS TOWING was dispatched by AAA.
The driver, Jordan, was an absolute professional. Jordan called me throughout the time he was in route to update me when he would arrive. There were three other vehicles stranded where I was. One other tow company arrived before my driver and was still there trying to hook up as we were already on our way.
This driver saved my night and weekend. He got me to the closest dealer quickly and safely. The dealer was holding their diesel mechanic there to make my repairs.

Rescued in Death Valley by Aguiar’s Towing during record heat. They were both the least expensive and the quickest to reply to my anxious plea for a motorcycle tow. Totally professional, the young driver was an expert a loading my Harley Fatboy on the truck bed, and strapping down the bike so as not to damage the bike. He carefully negotiated the streets to Death Valley Harley Davidson, unloaded me… on the bike and quickly completed the business transaction. These folks are ethical professionals I hope you won’t have to call, but if you do… they are exceptional!

Great experience called thru AAA. Arrived in timely manner. Bryan was very attentive and made sure we were safe before starting the job. On the drive home he always asked if we were comfortable. Kudos to Bryan sorry didn't catch his last name tho.
Got a flat tire in a McLaren 600LT Spider in 114 degree heat after coming down from Angeles Crest and this was the only towing company in the area with a split flat bed that could take the car without scraping the splitter. They came as quickly as they could and Bryan who was the tow truck driver knew what he was doing.
Aguiar's Towing is the absolute best. When our motorhome broke down on the side of the 15 freeway with my 6 month old baby in it, I was a little stressed to say the least. But our driver Victor was so nice and patient while we tried to figure out the problem. He really helped all of us to calm down and got us to our destination safely. I absolutely recommend this towing company and especially Victor. They are awesome!!!
