I ordered an automated electric rear locking soft close lock for my 2006 BMW X-5from EuroChopshop and they got the part to me within 3 days here in Reno, NV.
I brought the car by our local BMW dealership and they told me to check the relays that control the electric rear locking soft close lock. So, turned out to be a bad relay and not the utomated electric rear locking soft close lock.
I called Eurochopshop and talked to Duke and he gladly gave me a return authorization number to send the part back to Eurochopshop. No restocking fee, no hassle, no problems.
These guys are very good and their service was EXCELLENT!
I will call Eurochopshop next time I need a part for my BMW!
