Vanessa Amaya so you like mistreating people and hanging up on them. That’s not just rude but your really professional and stuck up. If I were your manager I’d fire you for hanging up on good hearted people and never getting back at them correctly. You also suck at the front desk just move to the back and let someone else handle.
Very average. Parts are good never been disappointed but ordering is such a struggle and took me 30 minutes to just cancel and make a different order and that was after being placed on hold and being redirected to different phone lines and then being sent straight to voicemail for a good 35 minutes again.
!!! Selling parts with 3 times higher mileage than disclosed in they system.
Please make sure that you run vehicle report by VIN before you buy parts. They two times try to sell me low mileage engine from rolled-back vehicle odometer. But the cherry on pie is they answer - “we are selling parts with mileage based on odometer pictures that we have”!!! ALWAYS RUN REPORT BEFORE

Promise to delivery for next day I called to be sure is coming. They say no next day arrange for will callI I go 60 miles to pick up the transmission I got there Big surprise close for lunch one hour and 15 minutes.

Good for sales parts, but when you request a warranty is a problem I’m Waiting 2 weeks for an alternator without a good response, my solution was buy a new alternator.
This is for the truck driver when pulling in check in is right after you pass gate if any of the first doors is open back in and check in if any is occupied just park and check in
Young Girl at the front counter is terrible, I asked her for the parts I need, she tells me they will be ready in 15 minutes, I go wait outside for an hour and a half, I come back. She's on lunch, they give me the receipt, I paid for it, it's a part I did not order!!!! Now I have to wait a week to get my money back for that, The second girl gets my order correct? I go around the back wait another 30 minutes for the guys to find my parts, lkq has gone down the drain these past years, they hire people that don't know what they are selling, big waste of time,, they don't know the difference between a windshield and a bumper
Walked in for a starter, paid for starter, drove around back to pick up the part. Handed the employee my receipt, he walks over grabs the starter off the shelf. Right away I notice the starter has a cracked/broken connector. Employee didn’t even take the time to check the part. Had to go waste time talk to the employee out front doing the sales and get my money back.
I didn't realize used auto parts were available outside of a salvage yard experience. New and clean in the will call office and my order was ready quickly.
They told me they recently moved and this new place is really nice. I've been to others and this one seems brand new. They have tons of car parts and lots of room for more.
Worst and longest service ever. Do not come here expecting to get what you want and leave in 10 min. Not gonna happen at least an hour that's if you have a will call if not you ll be here for longer. Pointless to will call cuz all they ll tell you is nobody called it in. Been here many times and it's a nightmare every time. If it's not out for delivery which is one good thing that they are at, prepare to wait and wait when picking up will call
