If you want to be scammed — this is the place. They sell poor-quality parts and take no responsibility for their mistakes. We spent three days trying to resolve the issue with a “defective part” and another 20 hours driving back and forth dealing with the situation. The part cost over $2,000, yet the sellers didn’t even attempt to help. On the contrary, the store representatives were rude and claimed that “this is their territory” instead of offering any real solution. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

These guys think like they're living in the 1950s, I was going to give 2 stars for not allowing me to pay over the phone or online they required me to come in person only. Unfortunately with his attitude of this is our policy, take your business elsewhere, gives him 0 stars if I can... I guess I'm not the only one, good luck surviving in 2024

Received a headlight from them, which was in good condition. The insurance totaled the vehicle so I called for them to return the lamp. The guy I spoke to said no problem we will come get it- they usually show up 2-3 days later to get the part. Fast forward 3 weeks and I see the light is still here on the shelf waiting to be picked up. I called back to see when they were going to get it and James the Manager (whos is like talking to a rock) said he doesn't have any notes and all he could say over and over is the return window is closed. Shame on me for not getting the name of the gentleman I spoke to at the time when I called for a pickup- I actually think it was James because I recognized his voice- but now they will not pick up the part. Have been ordering from them for years and this is how they treat long time customers. They must not understand how business works as they pathetically fought so hard to save $300 by not taking this Mazda lamp back, which in turn cost them thousands of dollars in future sales. If your time is valuable I highly recommend avoiding these crooks.

Never ever go again to this place un professional made me drive 40 minutes for nothing I called before I go to make sure the part ready for pick I go there I wait an hour and at end sells man he’s like you didn’t say anything I’m like bruh been sitting front of for an hour u think I I’m just there like your guys company or what un professional service bad bad bad bad

Budda temple in front door So Asian guy with hat asked me what I want he told me car no longer in his possession. Then he proceeded to ask if I have money to show me the part Which is against usa laws n he wants $200 part that I can easily get for $50 online. And plus rudeness.

At about 4:15 pm on Friday 3/22, I was traveling north on Perris Blvd leaving Moreno Valley headed towards Reche Canyon. one of your Mercedes cargo vans revved and sped up around me using the right shoulder and then passed the truck in front of me by veering to the left and around using the oncoming traffic lane. All that recklessness just to be ahead of us yet he was still stuck in the afternoon pace of traffic with us right behind him the whole way into Colton He had a truck number of 47 on the back above the license plate.

Don’t recommend this shop. Once you pay for a part they will promise you a shipping date and then give you a run around and not send your part out. Save your self the time and headache and do business with someone else.

Very unprofessional shop not taking care of their customer Called before I come to make sure that they have a parts and I can pay by check They said you can come before 4:30pm and we will pull the part for you I spent 1h 25minutes driving to them came at 4:15 pm and guess what? they answered we can’t take check come back tomorrow and bring cash after that we will get your part. I called to the office they said that we can use the check but we still have to come back next day because they won’t have enough time to pull a parts today. Great 3 hour round trip wasted

I purchased a headlight from this shop. After giving Sean, my vehicle Vin# and complete information, including a picture of my old headlight, they still managed to send me the incorrect headlight. When I reached out to have it replaced or returned, the salesman Sean’s response was, I’m sorry I can’t help you, and he hung up the phone. This place is very unprofessional rude and disrespectful. 0 and I mean absolute 0 customer service or care! Don’t spend a second trying to purchase anything from here. They are not professional at all. STAY AWAY!!!!

I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING PARTS FOR 25 YEASRS. NEVER HAVE I EVER CAME ACROSS A RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP. THE SALESMEN ARE BEYOND CARELESS AND DISRESPECTFUL, ESPECIALLY SEAN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

All of the workers there are incredible. You can either takeoff your part of the car that you need or they take it off for a small fee. You can also call there and they will check to see if they have the part there. If they can’t find the part in their system, they will check to see if they have the car or truck in the lot and call you back. Very good business practices. I will be using them more and more in the future.

Worst customer service ever, wrong part was given and wouldn’t refund the money. I lost $1300 for a wrong item and was damaged too and tried to return it but they didn’t want to refund me the money. Also they would not show me the car part until I paid money which was not fair. They are fraud company I don’t suggest anybody to deal with them.

Got a spindle from this place, after installing it, is makes a huge bearing noise. I have to dissemble the spindle and buy another new bearing from autozone. Totally waist of my time and labor buying parts from this place. Disappointed! Lesson learned, I would rather go with new aftermarket parts than the so called oem used garbage.

Wanted to buy a grille assembly and they wouldn't ship due to "liability". Claimed they have no box either to ship in and refused to attempt anything to resolve their "liability" claim. Just outrageous for a part dismantler to not try and work something out in this circumstance. Not like I'm trying to order sheet metal or glass. Don't understand how they're in business.

Worst customer service ever, selling wrong parts and don’t want to return money. I been there for over 10 minutes and non of the approx 8 guys working there take care of any of the customers standing at lobby. Horrible experience after driving 2 hours to buy parts definitely not coming back never

I drive 2 hours to get there and pick up my part but they told me the part is not available so I have approve of picture with stock number but still they told me it's not available and I told the person he served me i contact yesterday they send me a picture and they told me the part there available for you. they said sir we don't have the part you're looking for. They make me really upset. I couldn't believe I am going back 2 hours empty hand I have really bad experience with this company they can at least put it for me because we already told them we're going to be there so finally we find the part next door and I went back home Happy

The worst place to buy auto parts I have ever been to. Would not allow me to return a part 3 days after I purchased it because the called it electrical when the only part electrical was the motor inside to adjust the side mirror. Electrical such as a wiring harness or something of that nature I understand but to call a complete side mirror an electrical part is a joke. They will say anything just so you can't return a part. That's bad business and shady. Worst customer service I have ever experienced by far

I called for a bumper cover they said (fernando) 330 dls when I got there they raised it up 220 dls so total I paid 592dls I drove from 2 hours away and I really needed it so I was kinda screw . If I could of wait I would've it was a emergency these people are scam artist they get u over the phone and once you get here they screw u over with the price don't come here look somewhere else !! Asian guy who's the manager is a scammer too total RIP off he pays his employees commission to get people to come in and then get them for more money

I would never use them, they are horrible, they sent me a part and it was damaged. they said they would send a return slip and never did. so then they said I would have to ship it too them so I did. When they got it back they never gave me my money back and I am out 675.00. I would not recommend them to anyone. the worst service ever
