These guys think like they're living in the 1950s, I was going to give 2 stars for not allowing me to pay over the phone or online they required me to come in person only. Unfortunately with his attitude of this is our police, take your business elsewhere gives him 0 stars if I can... I guess I'm not the only one, good luck surviving in 2024
Nasty attitude from a person who answered the phone, talks to you as if he were to give you the parts for free. Not the best prices in town, needs to work on customer oriented business
Received a headlight from them, which was in good condition. The insurance totaled the vehicle so I called for them to return the lamp. The guy I spoke to said no problem we will come get it- they usually show up 2-3 days later to get the part. Fast forward 3 weeks and the light is still here on the shelf waiting to be picked up. I called back to see when they were going to get it and James the Manager said he doesn't have any notes and all he could say over and over is the return window is closed. Shame on me for not getting the name of the gentleman I spoke to at the time when I called for a pickup- I actually think it was James because I recognized his voice- but now they will not pick up the part. Have been ordering from them for years and this is how they treat long time customers. Shame on them, save the headache and order from Tapatio instead.
