DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED.
Very, very bad experience. Super rude staff , the three employees working the site were rude and insulting. They referred to us as poor people because of the car we were driving. She called my husband about bitter old homeless man. We took our business elsewhere. They are not doing us a favor as they think they are based on their attitude.
We also weighted our recyclables several times prior to going there and their scale came up several pounds short.
Again, I’ve never had such a bad experience before. I would give them zero stars, but the system does not allow that.
Went somewhere else and guess what? the same recycling weighted more than what they were telling me. According to Chino Hills recycling the weight was 12.4 lbs. below is my receipt from the recycling center that I went to following this unfortunate event.
Shame on them.
Then should not be allowed to conduct business in our community.
I’ve been going here for about 3 1/2 years! The staff member Ruby always greets me with a warm smile and a hello! Mario is one of the most hardest workers ever! They make a great team for sure! They are always so kind to me and other customers as I witness them interacting with others! Thanks team for making recycling a fun project to do!
DO NOT GO Here!!!! This is just a middle man !!! I Brought approximately $200 dollars worth of aluminum here and only got $35. Didn’t find out until I did some research. Go to a real metal disposal center and you will get your 5 cents per can.
