Amanda was very helpful and the driver Oscar was super cool Im glad she called me directly because the 1800 number people you have to deal with just dont make no justice or hope. But when Amanda called me directly and talked to me made my day better and they helped me with picking up my car and getting my payment

You may find your parts here. Over all, it's a good place for used parts. They e become a bot excessive with the pricing of stuff, honestly. I know the cost of living is high, but it is as though they've forgotten the demograph of their customers ... I know for s fact, they have lost sales due to excessive pricing...

I decided to remove my tires my self and thay said I could do that so I had to wait about 2 hours and 10 min to get my tires removed it' was a lot of time waisted waiting in the hot sun

I’ve been to Anaheim, Sun Valley, Monrovia etc Rialto is the cleanest nicest Pick a P I e ever been to. I guess it’s a matter of what’s in your yard but when I see a part I need pop up on there site dude I’m a happy guy!! And I live in Anaheim. It’s a 38 minute drive but I don’t mind. No Taco trucks or food so bring water it gets hot. But lots of room and friendly staff and real clean

This pick a part was one of the cleaner salvage yards I've ever been too. The employees at the entrance ask you a few questions to help you locate the vehicle your looking for, i found that extremely useful, in my case, the employee even let me know many people had already come for parts off the vehicle I was there too pull a few parts off myself. There is a few dollars entry fee just to get in as a heads up.

Charging for an electronic fuel injection wiring harness price for a license plate harness with 2 wires is crazy. And then being told its not a pigtail harness. By both management and counter person.

The Big Homie Rick at the entrance was super Helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. He quickly pointed me in the right direction for what I was searching for. At the checkout counter Jerry was quick to help me save money while maintaining his professionalism. Thank you guys I appreciate it much clean location helpful People I give this place a 10 out of 5

I go to all the locations around Southern California and this one is by far the best! It's the cleanest and most well organized by far. The manager obviously knows what he's doing and runs a very tight ship! Keep up the good work!

This review is for the car buying department. I've come here for years and this location has helped us with all of our cars. The accept lien sales, junk slips and even out of state titles. 100% recommend!

I've gone to many LKQ pick your part facilities and they've all been quite different. The Rialto facility is one of the better ones. It's never really crowded and always plenty of parking. It is on asphalt so you don't have to crawl or lie in the dirt if you're working on a car which is great! That can get very hot during the summer though so be sure to go early. The isles were kept clean and tidy and didn't have parts strewn all over the place like Riverside does. Staff were Great coming in, buying, and checking out. Not sure what the other reviews are referring to, everyone was pretty chill. The San Bernardino facility makes you feel like you're going to a prison that is totally negative environment with very intense and unhappy staff. Here it is pretty straightforward. They do nickel and dime You on the parts which is kind of silly... Literally just charges a couple bucks rather than trying to get every cent out. Be sure to check the online inventory to see what they have as well as it's condition and the space number. Vehicles care won't be picked over pretty quick, so know that you need to come in within a day or two of one the vehicle was posted. If the part you're looking for is gone, it's not the facilities fault, that's just the way it goes, somebody got there first. My only suggestion would be for the $5 entrance fee to be applied as a $5 credit on purchases. If you end up not buying anything, it's a $5 entry, but if you buy something that amount can go towards it. That would be a great move!

They wanted to charge for a glued foam and brackets that are welded on from factory as separate parts from a bumper. That even includes environmental fees and recycling fees and entrance fees. People should just buy and sell the cars via the web. Stop making these organizations money. Look online for part if needed. In the end thats where they get their prices.

It's a good inexpensive place to find your parts but you have to be quick other people will get the parts before you get there

Rude staffs, beware and might as well go to other place to get your parts, i dont really give bad reviews but the guy in cashier like really bad attitude and just say "ok" like he is provoking you to be rude too when you were asking and telling why he just charge extra on a part that i can just remove if it doesnt come as a set, and he said he told all me the charges before which is liar, one thing he is good on is to be a liar thats it!i havent sign the receipt yet telling me he cant change anything.. No wonder not much people here in the yard, charge like 170 for this crap,if i dont really need it for an older man im trying to help i wont,

This whole place is a complete joke. They want you pay for the parts before you remove them. What kind of stupidity is this. Drove from LA to rialto just for this goofy system. Not only that, the cashiers are the ones that come out of their booth to tell you this. So you can’t remove them and go so they can see the parts either or what if the parts broken and you go pay for it or if the parts are not there. Waste of time. They don’t even know what parts you’re talking about, the chubby white girl with glasses asked someone else for help and they done charged me over 100 for an air intake tube with really bad attitude (it’s like 20 bucks in their website), they had no idea what it was in the first place talking about if it’s the intake manifold. Smh. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you’re reading this, DO NOT GO HERE. Complete garbage attitude from the cashier or manager whatever they were. No wonder this place is empty. Every person I saw walk out had nothing in their hands. This place is stealing people’s money with this scam. I lost 10 dollars with my son at entry. They also didn’t wanna return the money from someone who paid for a part before checking if it’s there (that part is hidden and you have to remove parts to get to it. Bunch of garbage) It’s no wonder most cars are all full of dirt and untouched.

Interesting thing about big corporations is that they almost always ignore early warning signs of unhealthy business dynamics and their failures. For example, we see plenty of negative reviews here upon which one could improve and take necessary adjustments to improve business, like customers complaining about astronomical price increases which fall on deaf ears. A simple issue, a freely provided information, literally goes ignored. The same corporation will hire a 3rd party "marketing, consulting and research" company to figure out why their sales are low. You are selling JUNK, hence the name junkyard. Your prices should correspond to your menu. Common sense....

Overpriced! Coming here is worse than the dealership. The price for an engine control module is $100. They are all over eBay for $25-$35 max and in some cases that’s including shipping. What a rip off there’s a reason people come to the salvage yard to pick their own parts so the price can be reasonable, the 45 minute drive was a complete waste of my time

They want full price for damaged parts, where i can get the same or cheaper on eBay, rude staff think they own the world! The manger Stephan claims to have 8 years experience of auto parts when he doesn’t even know what a bumper filler is? Most of the time they ask you in a rude manner or just grab your tools to look inside? Feels like you entering state prison no a junk yard ! And for your tax account they never gave me or informed me for activation, or give an account number, so you cant basically use it ….. it is mess

Some time ago I visited this establishment to purchase rims. I found wheels of very poor quality. These wheels had the rims that I was in urgent need of. The staff informed me I had to remove the wheel from the rim but they’re machine to do so was out of order. Due to the urgency of my situation, I took the wheels and dismounted them at my home and brought them back to the establishment. They did not take back their wheels and were extremely rude, dehumanizing, and condescending. I found this to be incredibly unfair as it was their wheels and their machine was out of order. Frustrated, I left the wheels there for them. Months later I returned and spent half my day looking for and removing parts for a job a client had already paid for. When I was at the register I was told that I was banned and could not return. The staff, again, were extremely rude, dehumanizing, and condescending. I was kicked out of the establishment with no warning leaving the parts I had spent all day choosing behind. They refused to even refund me my entrance fee. I informed my client of my situation. My client understood and visited their establishment to attempt to purchase the parts I had spent half my day day working for. Upon arrival, they also refused to let my client purchase the parts. I find this incredibly unfair. I have visited this establishment many times in the past before this incident and find it extremely disappointing that they would treat clientele this way.

Literally just walked out of this place. I hope to never ever come back. One of the worst LKQ yards and I’ve been to a few. I came from the Los Angeles County area only because I found a specific color vehicle like mine, a hard to find brown metallic and I wanted the fender. I found the vehicle online via LKQ inventory search. This yard Unlike other yards, which are divided by import and domestic GM, Ford and trucks,SUVs in a section etc. Rialto in this yard all cars, trucks, SUVs are scattered everywhere it literally took me 30 minutes to find the vehicle. Online it will say what section and row However, Rialto doesn’t have not one sign directing you towards any type of row or section. Apart from that long lines to pay now you would think it’s because business is booming well locals have no choice but to put up with walking a marathon to find their vehicle but reason for those lines lines are because the cashiers are extremely slow. For me Once at the window the cashier named Estefan guy with a full beard was rude like if I owed him something no, you’re providing a service this is not free only because I asked to remove the warranty he said all rude OK if it doesn’t fit there is no exchanges! yeah bro I’m getting a Chevy fender to put on a Ford vehicle I’m trying to fit this truck fender on my 2 door coupe.. overall the worst experience if your time is money definitely don’t come here.

The cleanest pick a part from the LKQ corporation, you don’t step into any oil pools or slippery grounds, bring your tools and a hat, download the LKQ app, to make it easy to search for the vehicles with pictures , you find lots of Japanese and European , domestic and suv and truck’s

The line to pay its terrible also if you didn't take a picture from the car the you are taking parts off they make you go back to take pictures or the info

I love LKQ. I have a customer for over 40 years. I have seen so many changes during those 40+ years... and I can say that I feel grateful to the the people dedicated to offer US the opportunity to re-use... save money... and save the planet by re-using. I know... Many people won't agree with me... but I'm happy with my thinking. I love LKQ. If you have time and nothing to do... Go to any LKQ location close to you... and Enjoy... Relax... and Get more Automotive Experience. All the vehicles are there for you. Entrance... $3 bucks and everyday open.

Kind is expensive for used car parts, it should be regulated, there seemed to be alot of hazardous material. People with special needs don't seem welcome, workers don't treat them right. While some people are just doing their job, others are very lazy and don't like to deal with their responsibilities. I don't know why come some to work if that's the case. There is the entrance worker that is very lazy, and a jerk.

I love going to Pick a Part. It's my Disneyland! The service, however, at the Rialto location would put a certain mouse to shame. When I told the gu6 at the front, signing everyone in that,"the only 'parts I had in my tool bag were body parts," rather than looking at me with disgust , he instead chuckled and told me I was in the right place and to pick a trunk! Hahaha! When the temp reached 100, around noon, they were giving free water. These guys and gals are kind, patient and knowledgeable. I found my new 'home store."
