Caliber Collision did everything that they said they would do and then some . First thier service manager ( Kenny)gave us a quote that was very reasonable. The manage is extremely rude. I picked my car up and thought it was fine and i was happy but thats not the case. My gas was almost gone from a full tank. There were things in my trunk that didnt belong to me and my car pulls to the right which it never did before. I definitely would not recommend caliber collision. Jorge and the femal manager need some more training on customer service. Very disappointed and have reported my concerns with geico.
They were great on keeping me.uodated however I got it done in Jan and the door they put on dont open on the inside and not the same door before my accident with my job I haven't had time to bring it back and its too late too but very disappointed that its not the same door and very unsafe for my kids if they cant exit if emergency

Caliper Collision in Apple Valley went above and beyond my expectations on my vehicle repair. Luis and the other staff members were kind, courteous and helpful and understood my distress about the damage to my car. They assured me my car was in good hands and made sure I understood about the repair work and the amount of time it would take to do it. They kept me informed about any changes in times on the parts delivery, repair time and calibration or additional gasoline in my car. My car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. The car looked good when I picked it up and I was so happy to see my baby in one smooth piece again. These guys went above and beyond to repair our van. After the repairs, it looked and functioned better than it had before the accident. Customer service was great as well. Highly recommended.
Caliber collison of Apple Valley took my car in for a front end damage collision. They first called and said to pick my vehicle when we arrived. Kenny the estimator stated "sorry we burned the paint we're gonna have to keep it. Followed by a call approx 4 to 5 days later. Saying the vehicle was ready for pick up. Upon arrival the vehicle was damaged in areas not involved in the accident in the first place. Car was taken home to assess damages take pictures etc. Car was returned. They again called on a Friday stating the vehicle would be ready at 5pm. At approximately 4:30 pm we received a call stating they weren't happy with the "polish" it would be ready Monday. Monday came and there was zero communication. Tuesday came they called said the car would be ready at 3pm. Arrived to again pick up the vehicle. There were paint chips in a brand new hood paint chips in the freshsly painted fender. The headlight gaps were all wrong and side skirts which were not part of the accident were lose. Kenny the estimator tried telling me the first time I picked up the vehicle that they didn't work on a lose fender, when I fact saw them working on said fender on the original pick up date. They have absolutely zero clue what they are doing here. None whatsoever. Steer as far away as possible. I have plenty of pictures for proof. This location is a disgrace to caliber collison centers and the reputation they have built.
Kenny Potashnik was amazing with keeping me updated on the status of my car and I couldn't be happier with the work done. They were also fast with their work. If we waited for anything it was Honda. My car looks like it did the day I bought it.

He updated us continuously, took care of communication with rental car place, and anything else. His nice, high energy, professional personality was the best with each call. My Car still looks Brand new, it only took 2 weeks( mine was minor damage),
