  Suddenly my account was suspended with no reason, I’ve been visited this office and the manager told me that I have a debt 20$ which I paid by cash directly to the manager Paola. Just in case I didn’t get any recipe. 10 days after my account still suspended, is it a great service you think?

  I can’t believe the negative reviews on this place! I had nothing but a positive experience with this location. All I can say is do your due diligence before purchasing a vehicle from any CoPart. Also, generally speaking, people may go out of their way to help you if you’re nice to them or else one should expect only what’s required of them. Everybody at the CoPart was super helpful even though I had an issue picking up my vehicle. They were helpful in giving me advice and I finally was able to pick up my vehicle. Thank you Leslie and Jordan!! You two were amazing as with your employees in the yard.

  THIS LOT HAVE THE WROST CUSTER SERVICE, I BOUGHT THIS CAR AND IT SAYS ON IT RUN AND DRIVE BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVER WHEEL ON THE CAR, I CALLED THE LOT AND THEY SAID AS LONG AS THE CAR DOSE NOT MOVE BY FORCED 3 FT FRONT AND BACK, IT MEANS ITS RUN AND DRIVE, CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW DOES THE CAR MOVE 3 FT FRONT OR BACK WITH OUT USING FORCE WHEN THE CAR DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVER WHEEL ON IT AND ITS SITTING ON A THE SUSPENSION SMH WORST LOT EVER, THEY PLAY AROUND IT SO THEY CAN SELL THE CAR AT ANY CONITION, STAYED ON THE PHONE FOR 30 MIN FOR THE SECOND PHONE CALL AND NO ONE ANSWER ME

  this place SUCKS!! my friend was on the phone with a customer service rep by the name of misty. she was on speaker phone and the lady was beyond rude and unwilling to help in any way. when asked to speak with a manager, she was told there isn’t one here and was hung up on in her face. that is extremely poor customer service!

  Avoid purchasing from this copart yard they ajuste started off business and already starting bad! They don’t pick up phone calls, I’ve tried to speak to Richard about a situation and he just ignore you!
