I'm actually experiencing the same issue as Brody right now as we speak,so y'all might wanna do something about that, since I can't seem to reply to the owner's response I'll say it here and that is the fact despite having that issue I went in to the place here in Adelanto and the people are actually decent so whatever the issue is about the phones I don't get it how can you be one way on the phones and another way in person
called for parts and pricing and after being told to hold on multiple times in a very rude manner by someone i could barely understand and set on hold i finally got through and asked for the parts they have listed. without saying a word the guy just hung up on me. extremely disrespectful.
They really did not have a lot of cars to pick parts from the car that they did have that was the same car year of my car but forgot to put in there system the whole car parts were sold
THIS LOCATION DOES NOT DO WILL CALL. It is a dismantling facility only. I made the mistake of coming to this location after I was improperly informed by the LKQ call center. Staff was super nice, even though they couldn't help me, which earns them the 5-stars. Place your order over the phone and have it sent to your nearest LKQ pickup location/distributor.
The worst customer service you can get and the most frustrating is they call you a liar as they lie this is getting too much it is not my fault you guys has to work for a living don’t take it on me. If you don’t like your job just quit it’s not my fault I am only a customer trying to buy products. Just the worst not just this lkq all of them just don’t want to help out. I tried contacting the manager many times left many messages but no call back they just don’t care.
Don't call this guys unless you need the parts 10 days later. They always do the same. You order parts, they won't ship on time and then you will have to wait forever until they decide to deliver
The open time said 8 am and i was there before 8 and thet never open untill 10 am so i think the owner need to something wot his workers and there bad service

Not good being watch after the owner from Ecology Auto wreck yard provided cameras to watch everything going on in my wife's house, crushed my sacrum my family being stalked 3 years gave up on me,the accident accurred 2015 after 2 years case closed so why continue to follow my wife everywhere she goes or moves in to . monitors all our phone activity stealing money out of our accounts.magdelena Perez aka mondragon is a prime suspect ,she's the one calling shoot's.she wants me dead, because her son laught at me,. Ill
Went to pick up a part and while my car was parked in the parking lot the Manager came out and started doing doughnuts in his vehicle. It caused rocks to kick up and damaged my vehicle in several places. He left the scene and refused to pay for it, saying he was not responsible for the damage. No customer should go into an establishment and come out to damage caused by a staff member! I will never patronize that location again and I plan to file a complaint to the corporate office.
They're very slow when it comes to speaking with someone in the phone. Average 25 min wait time when calling them. I came to their store to pick up the part I purchased and had to wait on the phone just to ask them to open the gate so I could come in. Then they gave me the wrong color part and had a ton of scratches. I wouldn't go back to them.
LKQ The ppl here were friendly, and went above n beyond to make us comfortable BUT THEIR IS NO WAY TO INDICATE WHERE THEY WERE LOCATED!! Who ever own the property infront of them needs to advertise LKQ pick n pull!
Out in the middle of nowhere but don't worry it's there. Had container loaded but once arrived at drop off location container was leaking motor oil, so be aware.
