Steller service! We are from Washington and broke down on the side of the freeway. I had my kids and animals in the truck. Danny was so wonderful. I’ve had multiple cars towed throughout the country and this BY FAR the best I have dealt with. Said he would be to me in 40 minutes and was there in 15. Danny & his son were great! I had broken down and called 14 tow places that were either out of business, over priced or going to take over 2 hours to assist me. I was already stressed as I was with my elderly father. Danny called me back quickly, had a good attitude, gave me a quote and a time that he would arrive which was reasonable. He was on time, great attitude with a smile. He brought his son who was helping him that day and they were really wonderful. It's really rare when you find someone that does their job with a smile and puts your mind at ease, so we were very happy. Him and his son put a smile back on our faces. Danny at Pinzon towing made my night complete! Let me say, not only did he come out to serve me in the middle of a monsoon storm, it was also 11PM! He and his assistant towed my car with a flat 63 miles all the way back to my destination. The kindness and care he possess elevates your mood after such an event in a storm. I called over 20 tow companies in Sacramento and no tow company would assist me. I called Danny and he provided me with excellent customer service and an affordable quote. I had a tow truck to me in 28 minutes. The tow truck driver was courteous and worked fast. I’m am very thankful for their help especially in this ugly weather. Terrific service, very helpful. They were able to recover my vehicle before the water got deeper in a flood, communicated throughout the process and didn’t have me waiting that long unlike other services. I recommend this towing company.
