EXCELLENT service!!! I had an abandoned car that needed to be removed. The receptionist who took my call was very pleasant and helpful. She said the manager would call to discuss, and he did. Michael then came out to see if they could help me or not. He determined it was better to refer me to someone else. Michael then made the phone call and set everything up. The driver Thomas arrived very quickly and removed the vehicle. Start to finish, about an hour from my initial call. Such a load off my back!! Icing on the cake - Michael called to ensure everything was good. Excellent service, there aren't enough thank yous for their service. So grateful!

Bought a Ford taurus the people here said on the website no mechanical issues even verbally told me before purchasing it come to find out as soon as driving away check engine light came on this car has been a nightmare ever since i would never purchase another car here again or refer people I know to this company I strongly suggest not to purchase your vehicle here unless you plan to fork out more than planned
I purchased a 2008 Ford Focus did a tune up on it spark plugs/coil pack and oil change the normal stuff and no more rough idle. It passed smog with no issue took care of registration and tags with no problem's. I would definitely recommend and would purchase from them again. Affordable and reliable car.

The lady that was on the phone calling me she was so patient with me I think her name was Amber I'm not sure but she was awesome and then the dude that came to tow the car was very cool very polite very funny had the $600 on the spot and everything went really smooth

DO NOT GO HERE This place is so unprofessional this is a shady company that rips off their customers on used cars, the guy mike rips people off by selling a car that has major problems and they do not mention it upon arrival, I got ripped off by this company about numerous times, I bought number of cars from here and it had problems that they never mentioned when buying they only mention about minor things when selling a car and they always hide the fact that the car has major issue like transmission problems or engine problems. Do not buy from here, the car price’s are rip off price too, they want 4K 5k for a used beat up cars that’s worth 500$ 600$ From the auction. they are not in their normal state of mind in handling business the county should take some action against this shady rip off company and shut them down. I bought a car for 1300$ and transmission went out as soon as I left the lot literally couple minutes after and the car was listed as runs and drives great. I’m Never setting foot here again. F this place I’ll make sure the whole Sacramento region knows about this scam rip off company we will make sure they go out of business forsure.
Had a pickup scheduled for today took the dayboff to do it ..so this issue i hsve is they said my 97 civic needed 2 cats mand i have only 1 . well after continuesly trying to explain that they only have 1. i suggested they call any smog station to verify single cat. Well they wouldnt but i did 5 different locations and all the same answers 1 cat ..so now they tell me to find another company to do it but other company cant come for a couple of days
So now the car sits onthe street because i have no way of getting it back up my steep driveway by myself so a possible ticket do 2 not tagged... Your office female is so adimate that shebis right when i have check and she is clearrly wrong ..so i first would like an apppollgy from her cause its a shame that i had to do her job for her and second come get my car thatbi took the day off to do this... They said there was no problems with the car. That was a lie the car is no good master cylinder is licking oil impossible fix. Car smokes real bad l fix valve cover gasket and oil gasket it's still smoking

Tried to buy a car here but my card would not go through 3 times. The lady that was helping me said that she would hold the car 24 hours. I said I would be back after work the next day with cash and a driver. The next day after work I call 2-3 times nobody picks up. I brought my cash and driver but when I got there the car is sold? Why would you tell me you where going to hold it 24 hours then not answer your phone and sell it in the morning? I live an hour away. I wasted 2 hours of driving for what? I read the other reviews and your comments to them. You are LIARS just be upfront with people if you are just going to sell it... at least answer your phone so I can verify if the car is still for sale. I will NEVER buy from you.
The woman who answers the phones and schedules pickups is rude and disrespectful! If you hate your job this much, quit! The attitude started when she found out their company had been trying to reach me for the past week (trying meaning they called one time). I am moving to a city roughly five hours away and have been too busy or simply not home. She gave me the pickup time and when I asked if there were any possible earlier pickup times, instead of politely declining, she chose to ignore my question and talk loudly over me, repeating my pickup time. When I asked if there was anyone else in her position I could talk to I found out she is the only person manning the phones.
Picked up a car for my sister, Mike was very helpful and friendly. If I needed a little something, something to drive around town again I will very much consider Xtreme Muscle again.

Poor business ethics, they lie and laugh at u on the phone like some child, in business for almost 17 years and they pull some type of crap like this. being rude and insulting an taking stuff out of context i also wrote on other social media sites including yelp and facebook to spread the word about this poor excuse of a business, with their lack of customer service and satisfaction and false information or withheld information ruining every ones day. apparently they are not wanting to do business. and should be shut down. or hire better management. you know? people with skills?
This is worst experience I ever had. The employees are rude. When trying to get things done, they want to laugh at you. I will never do business with again. I suggest you go somewhere else, pick -n- pull. I am talking about Extreme Muscle Towing and NOT Extreme Proformance Towing. Next time I will call Extreme Proformance Towing. At Extreme Muscle Towing they want to wait tell they come out to your house instead of explaining anything on phone. Then using a excuse that hostle happen and they won't come. So do not waste time even calling them. If you research them, you find out they give completing different quotes then you research. They will be a lot smaller than you find out on line. For example they quoted me $90.00 for our car, then we find on line they are paying $300.00 for cars.
I called ahead to inquire about buying one of their cars. They told me they would be on site until 15:30. I picked up the cash at the bank then drove over an hour to get there. The place was closed and all locked up. When I called to speak to the employees about their mistake, the girl who answered the phone was rude and disrepectful. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.
