I ordered a door and fender on acura cl on monday 9-29-25 at around 2 pm.for my customer a shop in san jose.my shop cancelled at 4 pm i had already paid htp by zelle.my customer lost the job thats why i had to cancell.owner from h t p informs me he's going to with hold 25 percent of $375 so he keeps $75 on parts that hadn't even been sent or delivered.very unprofessional auto wreckers and shops beware.

Ali Straight up scammer was selling me a used front bumper for 170 for a civic and found out on Amazon they are 155 do research before buying a car part from here
The owner of this business is not only so very helpful, but he knows which car parts can be used if it is not exactly the same part for a car. I needed a passenger door for my 2003 Toyota Corolla LE as an old pickup truck smashed into me. My son called HTP and told them what he needed. The owner did not have one of those, but he had a 2008 Toyota Corolla Door that was red, just like my 2003 Toyota. Then, my son asked if he could install it, and he said yes!! And they are interchangeable!! It was not an easy job because it had all these "wires" in both doors to raise and lower the window and do other things that I (an "older", haha! woman) knows nothing about. He even had a side view mirror that fit and he was able to replace the side view mirror. He is extremely knowledgeable in auto parts and on top of it, has wonderful mechanical skills. Polite, helpful, and very reasonable in his prices. Call him before you go to a body shop. He might be able to save you a lot of money!
Dude overcharges for parts and is unwilling to make reasonable compromises. Expect to pay 20-30% over market value for parts that are probably lightly damaged.
This place is a scam. He overcharges everything and lies about parts. I should have read the reviews here before going to this place. They wasted my time and lied to me for over a week. Very bad experience. AVOID DO NOT buy here!
I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience here was unmatchable. I expected just to buy a car I had found off of Facebook. But no, these guys did so much more. They installed an alarm on my car, a pretty good one too. They didn’t take advantage of my little knowledge of cars. I even had it checked by a mechanic to make sure. Everything in the car was good. Even after I bought the car and left, they stayed in contact with me making sure I got the license plate, that the car passed the check at CHP, and etc. More than once they said if I ever needed anything to let them know. If you are looking for something reliable and inexpensive, I highly recommend this place.

I should have read the reviews on here before going to this place. Very bad experience. He didn’t want to refund me for a bad transmission he sold me, and lied about the mileage on it. STAY AWAY
This place is a scam. He overcharges for everything and lies about the parts. I got busted for having a part that was stolen off another car. The CHP caught me and verified it by vin. I reported the shop. I think it’s getting investigated. Don’t shop here, they are crooks.
