Richard was extremely helpful and even lent me his Phillips screw driver so I could install my visor right away in my Toyota truck. They also helped me find the place because Google maps kept turning me around. I will definitely come back here again if I need a part. They pull the part for you so you don't have to be searching around rows & rows of cars looking for exactly the correct part.

If I could give zero stars I would. We put a down payment on a motor 5/30/2023 and were told it would be ready for pick up the following week. It is now 7/13/2023 and we have yet to receive the motor we put a deposit on. Not only that we have to constantly call them to see where they are with the motor instead of them contacting us to let us know what's happening from the very beginning. As well as the fact that when we first wanted to buy the motor they told us it only had an issue with a head that they would fix but yet every week we call again to see what is going on with the motor it's "getting something else fixed". My only issue is if you can't provide a product that you say you have in the time you said you can have it by why say anything at all? Overall the lack of communication there is a big downfall. If you have the time then this is a good place for you but if you're like me who works and has other things going on in life I don't recommend this place. They have done nothing but add more stress to my plate.

I was looking for a intermittent wiper switch for my tacoma. They had one but I live across the country from them. Talked Luis on the phone. He had it removed and sent me pictures of it to make sure it was what I wanted before charging me for it. Shipped it to me and installed it and it works great. Great service will do business with them again.

BEWARE. Terrible business practices from these people. Purchased an item from their online store and then called to have an additional item added to my order. Paid for my items immediately. Get a call the next day saying the main item was actually broken when they went to pull it so they canceled my order and refunded the total. A few weeks later I search for the same item and see that they RELISTED it for sale at a higher price. They lied when telling me it was broken and decided they sold it too cheap so made up some story about it being broken to cancel my order. Why not be up front from the beginning? Very shady business practices going on here. Completely unethical and very disappointing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. If they can lie, I’m sure there’s plenty more deceiving things going on at this business. HORRIBLE.

They had what I needed and were nice on the phone. I ordered on a Monday and paid more than I might have otherwise because I was assured it would ship by Fedex the following day and arrive by Friday or sooner. Instead, they didn't get around to pulling the parts until Thursday, but told me it was guaranteed by GSO to arrive on Friday. When the parts didn't arrive on Friday I called GSO and learned the parts were not shipped until Friday morning and not scheduled to arrive until Monday. It's not the end of the world as I expect I will get the correct parts, but I prefer to deal with folks that do what they say they will.

Not sure why people are rating this place so low. I called ahead of time to get parts for my accord, and to give them time to take the parts off car and call me when it was ready, but to do so must put on hold by giving them my credit card info. They didn't charge me anything on my card until i went there and seen the condition of the parts and if i still wanted. One part was damaged and they asked me to look at it before buying and see if i wanted for a discount, was really just scratched a little but nothing bad so ended up getting anyways. But they took their time to make sure i didn't buy anything faulty and got what i wanted. To make things even better is even though they didn't have all the parts i needed for my Accord, they offered to tell me if any of the nearby shops had in stock, which they didn't but this was very helpful and much appreciative. So again these comments about them being rude and their place being dirty "its a auto recycle shop what you expect...?" I did not see any of this to begin with. 5/5 customer service, i was helped in a professional manner.

Bought an engine off then for a decent price.. the first one had issues so I took it back under warranty and they replaced the faulty one within an hour. Overall these guys are spot on and will help you out regardless of the amount of people there currently helping already.

HORRIBLE I recently contacted them to get another engine for SL2 Saturn we figured out a price and I was told that the engine will be delievered then a week later they called and told me the engine that was suppose to be giving to me was sold and that they will have to wait until another comes in. TWO weeks goes by and they finally have a engine for me after selling one that I was already promised, to find out that the engine they had given me had a blown head gasket after I was told everything was tested and was promised the engine was 100%. I then called Robert who was rude about maybe my mechanic didn't know what he was doing, they sent me another one that they also promised me was a very good engine and that he himself made sure they replaced the seals on the engine even though they didn't have to because of the problems I had with the first engine. I later found out AFTER for the second time that my mechanic placed their engine in that this one had a broken seal so that oil was not only leaking out of my car it was pouring. I later called Robert to explain to him what happen and he told me that it wasn't his problem because they do not cover seals or water pumps and accused me of lying that he did not tell me that he replaced the seals and hung up in my face overall my experience with them was horrible I will NEVER return to them for anything and neither wil I recommend that anyone buys from this company. A waste of time and money!!

I ordered a motor for my 2002 Saturn SL2 and paid for a mechanic to come over to put it in - he determined that the motor was the wrong year (1999). Worked with Robert who said the only part that is different between the two years was the head. After my obvious dissatisfaction, we worked out a compromise that if we brought the car to him, he'd finalize the installation and even fix the A/C (the condenser had a hole in it). We rented a trailer (yet another cost) and brought the car to him two weeks ago. As of today, I'm told he head just got back from the machine shop, so he "believes" his guy is working on it today. Will update this review when I receive the car back (or should I say "if"?).

have been dealing with Robert at mst recycle for a few years now on parts for my 95 and my 96 3000 gt vr4 he has always been nice and helpful,price has always reasonable especially for the cars i own. when ever need a part he is the first person i contact about parts.

Professional staff. Called to check for a part and they were able to help. They do answe phone calls -there were at least 3 men up front taking calls and customers. Walked in and there are plenty of staff available at front desk -very friendly. Got the part I needed for cheap and saved hundreds of dollars buying a used one.

Will never deal with this company again. I ordered some parts over the phone and the person on the phone was extremely rude and all calls after that to check on the status of my order or to ask questions were equally rude. I made my order on about the first or second of July and its now the eighteenth and they say my order "should" ship out today. If I never have to deal with this company or their rude people they have answering the phone it will be too soon!
